Great Clips

I went here for the first time today WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE! Went inside it was pretty clean. My son’s hair was getting really big. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and this old lady said she could do it. When she was doing the haircut she was cutting the hair to short I told her keep it long and she ignored me. I kept telling her do this not that and I kept complaining but she kept ignoring me. When she was done she kept complimenting herself and I told her the haircut was to short on the sides but she kept ignoring me and said it was great. She also said the kid in the picture has curly hair and my kid has straight hair. I guess that’s true BUT WHAT DOES IT HAVE TO DO WITH A HAIRCUT! They need to hire people who are experienced and have good eyesight.

I was introduced to Len by few friends I know. She is great, friendly, and she takes her time on your hair cut. I have told few of my friends about her and they all love their hair cut and will continued to go to her.

Len is fantastic! I have been getting my hair cut by her for years. Best haircut I have had in my life! 5 stars to Len! Not only is Len beautiful but she is always in a great mood. Great Clips.... don't lose her!

Great Clips totally redeemed themselves. I had a bad experience last time at another location. They reached out and invited me back. And the haircut I received yesterday was one of the best I’ve ever gotten. Thanks to Steve and Jessica.

Have been going to the Broadlands location for years altogether now. But the main reason is the hair stylist - Len. She is very consistent and always gives the haircut that I like. So thank you Len!
