It was great experience in Verizon Ashburn village. Asim a guy with green eyes helped me alot and did everything to get me a good offer. They were very good and help you with everything you need to get you what you need or works for you. I recommend this center more than any other Verizon store.

I have had a not so great experience with Verizon after restarting my business services with them and leaving T-Mobile. I was at the point of discontinuing the service as I came in and cancelled two lines with the intention of severing all ties. Ali and Wes took great care of us. Personable and honest. I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off or hustled. I wasn’t in the store for too long and they both met my expectations. The store was busy and Ali was still able to give me his attention and assist several customers during that time. The reviews reflected are true. Great customer service without all the extra upselling. The only issue I did notice was that even with my business discount the phone case prices were astronomical. You can get an otter box or better at Best Buy! There’s no reason those phone cases should be $55+ or $50 with a discount that part felt super shady because I was told one price and paid another not realizing it until I was reviewing my receipt once I got home. All in all, if I were to experience any issues this is the location I would come back to because I know I’ll receive honest, thoughtful feedback about my services.

I had great help from Russell with my newiPhone 17 pro max. He got me a great deal. I will definitely be back. Thank you for all that you do!

This store just opened a few days and I’m so glad it did! It’s in a great location in one London and easy to walk to around a lot of shops and restaurants. The customer service was great. I was able to come in after work and get a new phone very easy. Daniel was my rep and he was so helpful and showed me all the options I had to buy a new phone on my plan. Highly recommend this location and the service!

Jaden at the One Loudoun location was great! Super quick service, didn’t push me on things I didn’t need, and was very kind to my bored daughter while we got a new phone set up.

I had one of the worst experiences with AT&T. I ordered an iPhone Pro Max, but they sent me an iPhone Pro instead — and that was completely their mistake, not mine. To make things worse, they still charged me an extra $55, even after admitting the issue. The salesperson Arham was completely unhelpful and took no responsibility for the error. I wasted my time calling and visiting the store, but no one cared to fix it. This kind of dishonest and careless service is totally unacceptable, especially from a company like AT&T. I’m extremely disappointed and will never recommend AT&T to anyone. They need to train their staff and start respecting their customers instead of blaming them for their own mistakes.

Sim the sales rep is AWESOME. He took the time out to fix my issue with my business line! He was courteous, knowledgeable & he mans the entire store by himself. I recommend this location.

Jackie and Angie were fantastic this evening. They got my whole family switched to T-Mobile from ATT despite one of us being at home. They were super knowledgeable about current promotions and they made a time consuming experience wonderful and worthwhile. We will definitely return to this location!

THEY LIE ABOUT PRICES IN THE STORE. Went to T-Mobile in Ashburn to replace my home internet device a few weeks ago. Swap went smoothly and quickly. Was told that my bill “would not change” Got my new bill and they raised the price by $10.00. I was assured that there would be no change in the price. I went to the store, only to be greeted by women with an attitude from the beginning. I explained my situation and asked why my bill had increased. She admitted that the home internet charge went up by $5.00 and could not tell me why it went up by $10.00. When I expressed my frustration, she simply said I could leave T-Mobile if I was unsatisfied with the new pricing Woah! Really???? If you don’t like it, leave……… So, for my troubles, I got attitude from the Assistant Manager and an extra $10 per month for life. So Very Disappointed in T-Mobile!!!!!

Taylor at T-Mobile is hands down the best! So knowledgeable and incredibly fast. I usually put off going to phone carriers because it’s often time-consuming and frustrating, but Taylor completely proved me wrong. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and the whole experience was actually pleasant. Huge thank you for the great service and the mood boost from not having to spend half my day there! Also got lucky with no line, which made it even better.

Can’t say enough about our incredible experience with Jackie! She took her time to understand our needs (while assisting multiple customers), helped us when our old carrier tried to make the switch difficult, and made sure we had everything we needed. She’s the reason T-Mobile has 5 new customers. Thank you Jackie!

Update May 2026. Jackie told me in February that if my IPhone continued with problems it had a warranty. Finally gave up and called T Mobile who sent me over to Apple for new phone. A bit complicated as they send you new with the need to send old back (as I was travelling it was complicated). Sitting at T Mobile (Mike managing, Mo handling set up). Big crowd and an hour to transfer data but Mo promised comletion and Mike runs a great ship. This location has definitely stepped it up. Mo (and Mike) stayed beyond closing. Mo is anononsense manager, what the shop needed. Keep up the good work. Update February 2026. Just stopped in for screen replacement under care plan. Jackie (my recommendation for manager) got to talking and I told her of my troubles (see below, before today it was a 1 star). Jackie has the store turned around. She handled the screen replacement (while muktitasking with another complex customer) and was fast, polite and perfect. She even reviewedmy full account and made some money saving recommendstions. Again my go to T Mobile store. Update, September 20, 2023. Jerry has quit and last night the store was abandoned (well before internet closing time) and phone line did not work. Corporate is screwed up but go to Dulles and work with Lenny (cost me a few hours but at least resolved). Don’t think this locale is long for this world. Good luck Jerry. You deserved better. Moved over from ATT to T Mobile down in Florida, but home is Virginia. When I got the original, they put on screen protector and said stop in any time if it is not perfect. Coming back today I noticed multiple cracks on my screen. Stopped in here and Jerry (from Buffalo, a fellow blue collar dude) took care of both my screen and my wife’s phone too! As I commented to him, T Mobile is heads above the rest when it comes to quality of staff. Jerry is another example as to why they are the best around. Besides fixing my screens, Jerry also explained how TMobile service will get even better (not bad now) as Sprint is fully integrated, not the usual competency one finds when you walk into a retail shop. Great company, great service, and the best staff around. Highly recommended for all your needs!

My phone died just hours before I was heading to the airport. In quite a pinch I brought my phone to Batteries Plus and they were bale to fix it and get it up and running in a couple hours. During the process they accidentally damaged a different part internally and replaced it free of charge. The customer service wad excellent, and in a pinch they had the parts that were needed and were able to get my phone working again. I highly recommend Batteries Plus when you are in need!

This place is a joke. Wasted my time driving over 40 minutes to get my phone fixed here, which was approved that the store could in fact fix it. Just to be told no one would be no tech will be there for next few days.

This place is great! Absolutely destroyed my iPhone’s screen last night. I dropped my phone off in the AM and had it like new by the afternoon. The staff were extremely kind and courteous. Sebastian was really good at explaining what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

This place is amazing. They fixed my phone screen in 45 minutes, gave me a discount because it was my birthday, and even had a song playing with my name in it. It Felt so good in there that I asked if they had any job openings and I’m fully employed in a career I mostly love and don’t particularly like light bulbs or batteries. Although they did have pretty kick ass night lights in there. Did I mention how nice they were? So so nice. I will only buy my light bulbs here from now on and I don’t even live in Ashburn.

I had a Galaxy S7 battery replaced here. The service was very professional and the price was reasonable. In the few days since I’ve had the new battery, I’ve noticed a dramatic increase in the average useful life. My battery went from 3/4 of a day to more than a full day on a single charge. It’s saved me from having to get a new phone for at least another year or two. The only knock on the shop was that they didn’t verify the battery was in stock before confirming my initial appointment. It meant that I had to come back another day.
