I've gotten three piercings from Diana at Rowan so far, and to put it simply, she's the best. I brought my five year old daughter in to get her ears pierced, and as a mom, I had SO many emotions going into it. I was excited, nervous, and honestly a little scared that she would be frightened or that it would be a traumatic experience for her. Alexis completely changed that. From the moment we met her, she was so warm, patient, reassuring, and genuinely wonderful with my daughter. She made her feel safe and excited, and you could tell that she truly understood what a big moment this was for a little girl. Then came the piercing, and I was SHOCKED. Alexis and another nurse pierced both ears at the exact same time, and my daughter DIDN’T EVEN CRY! Not a tear. Not a flinch. She was done before she even had time to process what happened! 😂🥹 And then she looked in the mirror and saw her new earrings… and that moment absolutely broke me in the best way. ❤️ I cried tears of pure joy watching my little girl see herself with her earrings for the first time. It was one of those tiny moments that somehow feels so big as a mom… watching your baby girl grow up right in front of you. And I will always remember that moment. Midtown Jewelers did a wonderful job and setting my grandmother’s diamond into a pendant with the setting to resemble my Mother’s vintage engagement ring. Morva was communicative and worked closely with me until it was just right. They were also able to increase the size of my grandmother’s wedding band set with channel diamonds so I could wear it.

I have never been to a jewelry store that had such a friendly staff! Not to mention that their jewelry is gorgeous & customer service outstanding! All this and more! They have a boutique section with clothing and shoes, as well as accessories like purses, wallets and more. There is also a gift area, a childrens section with childrens toys, clothing and fun items etc., And more sections that I didn't have time to see! All together a positive and entertaining visit! I will go back for all of the above reasons and to explore more of their product offerings!

I had a great experience with Gabriella to get some custom engraving done! I had a specific request and Gabriella was an expert with understanding what I needed done, including size and depth of the engraving. I also consulted with her about a custom ring and stone setting, and she was very helpful in finding a setting style and rough pricing. I highly recommend Ketterman's! They seem like a great family-owned business, and based on folks in the store while I was there, they clearly have a great reputation in the area.

I absolutely LOVE my engagment ring that my fiance had made at AQ Jewelers. We'd been in the store before, Andrew and his mom are so friendly, warm and informative. You can tell they truly have a passion for their jewelry and care about their customers. They did an amazing job and we most definitely will be going back for our wedding bands!

Awful experience. I went to have a custom ring made (w/ my own stones) and to sell gold jewelry (some rings & a bangle). Due to complexity, it would cost $2067 to make the ring. When I tried to sell my 24k gold bangle, Stephanie (owner) tested it and said it was not pure 24k but maybe 18k. She offered $3300 for it. Since that meant I would be walking home w/ a check, I was content. Problem 1 – it took Stephanie 1 month of holding my jewelry to start designing it. Problem 2 – Owner’s son, Andrew, retested my bangle and said it was 14k. Owner called me saying she did not want the bracelet anymore and I needed to refund her. Stephanie would not work on my ring until then. 1) This is not good business practice to renege on a deal already made and then to hold another job over the customer’s head, terrible. 2) She is the expert on gold (not me!) and should have tested further at the time if needed. When I asked her how much my 14k bangle was worth, she said $3000 would be fair. That was almost what it was sold for originally!! Problem 3 – I decided to take business elsewhere. On the phone, they said they could offer $3900 for my 14k bangle based on the gram amount it was. In person, they had advanced technology, retested it and my bangle WAS 24k gold. AQ Jewelry unproperly tested my jewelry two times!! This new seller offered me $6100 for the bangle plus $390 for the gold rings. AQ Jewelers took advantage of my naivety of gold prices, with extreme below market values. The owner, Stephanie, seems exceptionally nice and tries to make you feel comfortable, making sure you take pictures of the gems you leave in their care. But really…she is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, completely untrustworthy. Problem 4 – New place said they would create my ring for $1800 in 2 weeks not 6 weeks. Cheaper and faster, more reasons why I’m glad it didn’t work out with AQ Jewelers. Never again. AQ Jewelers – would have gone home with $1,233 if deal was not reneged (and have a custom ring). Other Jeweler – get the custom ring and go home with $4,690. BIG DIFFERENCE

I met Erica at the 2026 Lucketts Spring Market and had my bracelet placed. It was a lovely experience casually chatting. Sadly I had to have the bracelet removed for a medical procedure but I saved the chain. Erica made time for me to reattach the bracelet at no cost. During that visit we chatted for an hour – appointments are only slotted for 30 minutes, but conversation was so good and easy! I ended up looking at her charms and got another bracelet!!! ALSO, she shortened some of my personal jewelry I was already wearing and made them fit better. Loved everything about my experience, interactions, and the jewelry itself!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My mother and I visited this location this past week. It was my first time visiting a Kendra Scott store and I was very excited to pick out my first pieces ever. Although the store was beautiful and the selections were lovely, I was truly disappointed in the customer service of this location. My mother and I were browsing and I made multiple laps around the store and were never approached by the staff to provide assistance or to answer our questions. As previously stated this was my first time ever shopping in a Kendra Scott, so I would’ve greatly appreciated a simple "Is there something you’re looking for," or "Let me know if you have any questions," Normally, this wouldn’t have bothered us but what was alarmingly clear to my mother and I was that the staff went out of their way to help other clients who came in after us. At this point I become increasingly uncomfortable, because I felt as though how we looked was the reason for why we were not approached or given help. Regardless, if that were true all customers should be treated with an equal level of respect no matter how they look.

The new store is finally open and it looks great! I worked with Anna and she was incredibly helpful. She made the whole experience easy and helped me find everything I needed. Highly recommend asking for her!
