Best print shops in Ashburn: find options near you

I had a passport photos taken here due to all the high reviews. He was very nice at first. When it was time to check out, he asked me to look up their business on Google, then grabbed my phone and clicked the 5 stars and asked me to type something. I took the phone and pretended to submit, but wanted to come back and warn others. This is predatory.

Recently I went to make color print out . ( which was In ups .69 cents ) where as in Broadlands plaza post master they charge me 6$+ taxes ( for 2 copies ). My monthly subscription of hp print was 3.5$ approx . Bro I don’t why they charge so high prices . My laziness cost me )) I wish to give them no rating. Better avoid that place unless ur a rich person )) It’s a scammer place . No way coming back to that store .

When you walk in make sure you say Hi to Omar! Fast and quick! My service was less than 5 min! Everyone come here for the fastest service in Ashburn.

I had a great time with Omar! He was so helpful and helped me find the best deal for delivering my package. Highly recommend he’s worth the journey and becoming my official courier.

Very professional and provides all services I needed such as mailbox, notary and shipments, printing. Was very fast to take care of my needs.

Dr. James Lee had me in and out with such precision, care, and compassion. The way he was able to thoroughly explain my condition and how to provide holistic care, not just giving me a prescription for something and writing me off, just made me feel so valued and seen. His positive yet realistic, professional demeanor was refreshing. I look forward to my next appointment with him. I feel confident in the care that I received and my treatment plan. If you are looking for a doctor that can help you get to the ROOT cause of your condition, schedule an appointment with him. You’ll be glad you did.

Review regarding Dr. James J. Lee: I was in here for less than five minutes and felt very dismissed. I was experiencing vertigo and dizziness that was confirmed benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, and with that diagnosis the symptoms come and go. I told him I was experiencing serious symptoms two weeks ago, but can only schedule with him two weeks out. He said next time it comes up to try and ‘get lucky’ with scheduling and see him when the symptoms are there. I showed him a video of my eyes flicking while experiencing the dizziness, and only then did he seem to understand a bit, but repeated the same. I had been experiencing bppv for years and let him know I had been managing successfully at home with the epley maneuver — the only treatment for this — but due to how bad it was affecting my functionality, I decided to come in after being referred by my primary care doctor. Again, two weeks ago. I figured I would see him knowing there is not much for treatment, but to receive more information or to learn more. But I was dismissed, it was heavily implied I was doing the manuver the wrong way, and made to feel like I was wasting time. Dr. Lee does not have bedside manners, is condescending, and I feel scammed a little bit. Don’t go here, there’s other ENTs that will provide better care.

Dr. Lee made me feel very uncomfortable during my visit. When I asked questions about my condition, I felt dismissed and spoken to in a way that made me feel unintelligent rather than informed. The appointment felt extremely rushed — he spent most of the time typing, spoke only briefly, and left the room within a few minutes. I wasn’t given a real opportunity to ask follow-up questions or fully understand my situation. I left the office feeling confused, unsupported, and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and bedside manner.

I highly recommend Dr. James Lee. I had my deviated septum fixed and he and his staff were wonderful throughout the process. They explained everything and let me know what recovery would look like. The procedure has dramatically improved my quality of life.

I recently traveled over an hour from West Virginia to see Dr. Lee at ENT and Allergy Specialists of Virginia after reading the outstanding reviews online—and I can confidently say the trip was absolutely worth it. From the very first consultation, I knew I had found the right ENT specialist. During my initial visit for a deviated septum evaluation (septoplasty), I mentioned to Dr. Lee that I had been dealing with frequent nosebleeds. Without hesitation, he identified a problematic blood vessel and was able to cauterize it right there during the same appointment. The procedure was quick, precise, and immediately gave me confidence in his skill and expertise. We moved forward with scheduling a septoplasty combined with a bilateral turbinate reduction. On the day of surgery, Dr. Lee met us at the surgery center, walked me through everything, and before I knew it, I was waking up from anesthesia with both procedures successfully completed. The first few days of recovery weren’t exactly pleasant—as expected—but on day three, Dr. Lee removed the splints and packing, and the relief was incredible. Now, almost a week post-op, I can finally breathe properly through my nose for the first time in decades. After years of sinusitis, rhinitis, and countless disappointing experiences with ENT doctors in Maryland and West Virginia, the difference Dr. Lee has made is truly life‑changing. My experience with Dr. Lee was nothing short of exceptional. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care set a new standard for what an ENT experience should be. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Dr. Lee—outstanding job!

Coming here has always been a treat. The staff is always accommodating, especially with popcorn refills. No one here is uptight and the employees are there to help you, rather than question or fight you. We've been coming to this specific location for 10 years. Tuesday and Wednesday are absolute money savers. Seats are confortable and the popcorn and Icee's are constantly flowing. We hope it never goes away. Thabk you yo the amazing staff 👏

The staff is all very friendly, and I found the theater to be very comfortable for my movie viewing experience. That miniscule African American man at bar was so handsome, his face was like a bed of lavender flowers from the most beautiful of dreams. Even though I hate short people he was still very friendly to me. 10/10 experience will come again (especially for that dashing young black bronco)

Communication from staff and signage was not the best. When you book you really have to look at google pictures of what the theater looks like to get an idea of where to sit. It's not a typical layout and the first row if seats is literally folded down for non use for a reason. I couldn't tell you if there was an elevator for those who can't take the stairs or escalator becauseI don'tremembersigns or seeing one. If there's an issue there did not appear to be any staff on the very high up, upper level. I think the most fusterating part was the spot which remained on the center screen for the entirety of the movie. I guess it's great if you don't mind fending for yourself at all times.

What an unforgettable experience. I came to this AMC for a 1:00 PM showing last Friday and was treated to what can only be described as a masterclass in theater management. The trailers started with the house lights fully on, apparently giving us all the exciting opportunity to admire the auditorium instead of the screen. The best part? The lights stayed on until a customer had to go inform the staff. It's always nice when paying customers get the chance to help run the theater. But the real highlight was the sound system. Whoever is in charge of the volume clearly believes that subtlety is for the weak. The speakers were cranked up to a level that felt less like watching a movie and more like participating in an audio endurance challenge. The volume was so bad that I had to put earplugs in, and even then it was barely manageable. If you've ever wondered what it would be like to leave a movie theater with your ears ringing for an hour—or better yet, completely deaf—this is the place for you. For the price of a movie ticket, I was expecting a film. Instead, I got an immersive sensory experiment featuring blinding lights, ear-splitting audio, and the privilege of helping the staff perform basic theater operations. Five stars if your goal is temporary hearing loss. One star because that's the lowest rating Google allows.

The screen in Theater 5 is so large, and the rows of seats so close to it, that the first two rows of seats are useless. Even if you recline your seat fully in the second row, you cannot see the entire screen from your seat and miss action to the far right or far left. If you were watching a foreign film with subtitles, I bet you'd never be able to read them — because the span of the screen is too great. (I noticed during the pre-movie commercials that I could not read everything on the screen.) Not a good design, in other words — even for the theater, because they have two rows of seats that will never be occupied, so will never generate revenue. The volume of the movie was Way Too Loud. The popcorn was abysmal; a big waste of money.

This place is great. Erika was super helpful. I bought a mini dv cam that had a glitch with the cassette and she was so helpful in helping me find a replacement camcorder. She is also very knowledgeable in film cameras, and assisted me in finding one that fit my needs. The whole experience was very seamless and her customer service and patience was outstanding. Thank you!

Stopped by Ace Photo today for a couple of small fixes to my Nikon Z8 and 70-200 lens foot. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was happy to pay but they fixed both items at no cost. They were knowledgeable, patient, and very willing to help. They are also well-stocked with the newest equipment and used items too. Highly recommend to check them out.

I was truly touched by the service I received. I brought in two rolls of film, with some recent photos from a family member's birthday who shortly after the photos were taken, had passed away. I was hoping to develop this film and share the photos with family in time for the memorial service. I was anxious when I saw a sign on the door that film development was on a slight, but planned, delay. It meant my photos may not be ready in time. When I asked to confirm when the film may be ready, and shared the reason why I asked, the gentleman who was helping me immediately made a note. I was simply requesting for the rolls could be developed in a few days time – an uncertainty based on the sign on the door – but due to his kind service I received my developed film the very next day – not only in time but sooner than expected. I did not catch his name, but it was a lovely exchange. I am so very grateful for this act of kindness. Thank you!

Extremely knowledgeable! Friendly & Courteous as well. Have a large selection in inventory too. We have been customers of Ace Photo since they were located in Sterling about 25 years ago & will remain loyal customers!😊 📸 🎥

Visiting from out of town and was really excited to visit a store that looked like it would have a ton of used goodies and was ready to buy anything that piqued my interest. While they did have a good variety of options, not a single soul asked if we needed help until we were about to disappointedly leave. They joked with a customer asking them to send more people in because they weren’t busy but even though we visited the Leica case multiple times and other various cases discussing what we were interested in looking at, no one asked how we were doing or if we wanted to take a look at anything. Just tells me they weren’t eager to make a sale. We were in there for over 30 minutes and I should’ve walked out with nothing but unfortunately needed a few essentials for my trip. Easily missed out on a $700+ sale but at least they got my $150 I guess.

Nice little plaza with all you need for daily living.

We get our pizza shop at Rubino's even though it's much further away, because the pizza, pasta, and sandwiches are so much better than Scotto's.

Nice open area shopping center. Plenty of free parking. Lots of places to eat nearby, too.

great place to take care of quick errands but drivers need to be more aware of pedestrians. That is the reason I gave 4 stars. Some drivers speed with no regards of families with little ones crossing the street or packing lot. Otherwise its a great plaza.

They have 4 places to eat , 1 supermarket . 1 pharmacy , one clinic , one salon. You need something ? go there 🙂

This Pet Supplies Store is awesome! I went to the store early Friday, March 20th, 2026 morning. I believe the individual who helped me was Christine. She was absolutely fantastic! She greeted me right at the entrance when I walked inside the store. I told her I was rescuing a cat today and had a list of items I needed; I also mentioned how I was on a time crunch due to a work meeting I needed to attend. Without even hesitating, Christine said, "No problem, let's go" and walked the whole store with me helping me with every item. Not only was Christine so knowledgeable [both as a store operator and personal owner of a cat], but she was so kind, respectful, conscious of my budget constraint, and amazing at every step of the way. Christine was the exact type of person I was hoping to run into inside the pet store, which felt very daunting and intimidating at first to me, as I have never owned a cat. Through Christine's thoughtful and considerate approach though, I was done with getting everything in about 15 minutes or less; I thought it would take me over an hour! Christine deserves a raise, promotion to management, and should be a role model for new trainees, other store operators, and customer service in general, as she exemplifies the best in all of us. Two thumbs up for her and this specific Pet Supplies Plus that has everything I needed!

Great store all around! Christine and all the staff are awesome folks and always helpful. This location has a decent selection of cat food and treats, especially the varieties of Delectables and Churus I normally don't see in other stores.

Poor management! Dog wash being monopolized by 2 adults while only using 1 wash. Reported to management and they did nothing. Not the first time this has happened. Other customers cutting their dogs hair and taking over an hour. Employees never enforced their policy. Never waste time or $ in that store ever again.

The cats that are for adoption are in a dirty cage, the sandbox was full of poop and the smell coming from the cage was unbearable. It is so sad because while the employees were talking and hanging out, that is okay, they could have been cleaning the sandbox and the cage as well. My husband and I brought attention to it talking to the employees, we hope they can start to clean the cats’s space and sandbox more often

This store is smaller than chantilly. Apparently they have a mobile vet here that you can take your pets to. I came here for some Earth Animal chicken Jerly that is on sale, and my girls eats about 1 bag a day. They also have the aquarium Graceland vacuum which they have.

Came in for a wide-format print and had a great experience. The process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. The staff was helpful, and my print turned out exactly as expected. I'll definitely be back for future printing needs!

Rakesh has been so polite and extremely helpful in a time I was in dire need of help with printing some important documents that I could not print in my office as my printer broke. I was in a very tight time frame and he was quick, efficient and super calming. Rakesh is a true asset to your business.

Excellent service at this store! I needed some wide-format printing done and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The team was super helpful with everything, and the final print quality was perfect. Highly recommend them for any big print jobs!

This is hands down the best UPS Store I’ve ever used. The staff is always friendly, professional, and fast. I’m in and out in minutes every single time—no stress, no long lines, just great service. You can tell they really care about helping people get things done efficiently. Highly recommend this location!

Staff always pleasant, even when crowded they work efficiently. Often they will offer a cheaper or faster alternative for documents I need to send. Helped me with photocopies and putting paper in shredder. One time I struggled bringing boxes in and they immediately came to door to help. They support each other and always thank me. Best UPS store I have ever used!

I would like to share my experience for today. The order I placed was fine. As I was picking up my order, these two young unprofessional employees were giving the looks to each other as if I wasn’t going to catch their expression. It’s not hard to say "May I help you" or "are you waiting on anything "? When a client ordered, the young American lady asked are you waiting on anything with an attitude. I responded yes. I saw she used 2% milk and I ordered with nonfat milk. I politely asked her if the milk is nonfat and says "yup". It wasn’t. I had to throw it away. My husband is allergic to 2% milk. I didn’t like the vibe there nor the customer service. It was a big turned off. I will not return there again. The quality of the drink I ordered was poorly made. The chocolate syrup is all the way down to Peet’s cup. All the Peet’s I’ve gone to, this location doesn’t taste like anything what I had today. Horrible service, poor customer service, and very low quality food service.

Meh. $7 for a small iced latte with no add ons. Just tasted like flavored milk. Service was not great. Other customers that were in there with me weren’t happy either 😭😭

I came in for two iced matchas on 07/13/2026 at around 4:00 p.m. First of all, the employee was very rude. The way she spoke to us while we were ordering was unprofessional. When we received our drinks, both matchas tasted watered down. We ended up throwing them away and going to Starbucks instead. I won’t be coming back to this Peet’s Coffee location.

I’ve to number of Peet’s coffee this had to be the worst!!! While I was waiting for my coffee I watches all the employees in that coffee shop have a 10 ten conversation about there night before they started make my cappuccino. On top that, I saw a customer pick up her drink to order, grab it, put a straw in her drink and walk out. Within 5 minutes come back, put her drink back at the pick up place where picked it up and told the manager I’m waiting for my drink. Manager handed her the correct drink and she walked out. The manager then took the used straw out of the drik that she left it and waited for another customer to pick up that drink. This Peet’s coffee shop needs to have a visit from the health inspection and get an OSHA complaint!!! This was the worst… be careful when ordering on line and picking up your drink… you will never know who else tasted your drink.

My visits to Peet’s are consistently enjoyable, and this location is no exception. The coffee is always spot on—I actually just picked up a new roast to enjoy at home. I recently tried the Horchata Latte, which was incredible; even on a hot day, it served as the perfect "cozy" mid-afternoon pick-up. I also want to commend this specific shop's management. While it appeared slightly less stocked than other locations, it’s clear this is a mindful effort to reduce product waste. As a customer, I highly value and respect that level of sustainability. The Service The cashier was lovely and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I received a discount on my latte since I was also purchasing a bag of beans. It’s that kind of thoughtful service that keeps me coming back. Room for Improvement While I’ve always been a big fan of the brand, I found the atmosphere during this visit a bit unprofessional. There was a lot of loud shouting between staff members regarding personal text conversations and employees who weren't present. Between the excessive laughing and someone dropping a blender on the floor without much regard for the noise, it was a bit off-putting while trying to enjoy the cafe environment. I certainly appreciate a fun workplace, but some of the younger staff may need a bit more guidance on maintaining appropriate conversation levels and professionalism while on shift around customers. I’ve noticed this trend at a few locations recently, and it would be great to see the "cozy" atmosphere matched by a more mindful team presence. Would I return? Yes—the quality of the product and the helpfulness of the checkout staff remain top-tier.

I ordered a hot latte from Starbucks, but the cup was mostly foam and was not filled properly. There was very little coffee compared to the amount of foam, which was disappointing. I usually expect better consistency and quality from Starbucks. I hope the team pays more attention to drink preparation in the future.

This Starbucks has the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. He was completely argumentative and nasty for absolutely no reason. I get the same drink at Starbucks every day I asked for it here and they said they couldn’t make it and then he started giving me weird options and I And I asked if they had ice and he said yes and I said do you have a cappuccino and he said yes and I said can you not pour that over ice and he said no we don’t do that then he started talking down to me condescendingly for no good reason until I ultimately left never experienced anything like this before at a Starbucks .

Clean, and was busy – but they still took the time to train their folks how to handle allergies, and kept the clean tongs clear and free to use on my food without letting it be set down anywhere or mixed up with others. Solid croissant but a bit smaller than what you can get at a Panera or Wegmans. Pastry is more flaky and thick, not as light.

honestly this starbucks was one of the best i've ever been to. ethan, hamza, and shak are seriously the best employees!!! i was here with my aunt and they made our drinks perfectly! i also came with my dog Stevo, and hamza handed us a super cute pup cup! the bathrooms were clean, the service was great, and our drinks were perfect! thank you to the entire staff, but especially hamza shak ethan. you guys rock! stevo misses you guys already! UPDATE 11/5/25 this starbucks is STILL so great and consistent. my dog Stevo yearns to come here everytime he gets in my car. we do stop by whenever we can! we receive outstanding service each time. i do want to say, however, that i did witness an employee taking out the trash, and the poor barista fell into the bushes because it was so heavy. maybe split up the trash more to make it less heavy. i got out of my car and gave the barista a hug and a kiss on the forehead to make sure they were okay. overall, good location!

One of the older Starbucks in Ashburn. Seen better days. Ashburn Crossroads. Seeking to hire like many places. Ordered London Fog Latte and the questions I was getting told me the server had no clue this was a tea. Sure enough when it was delivered as a coffee I had to explain the mistake. 2 staff (friendly) having fun chatting which is super nut please pay attention to the order.

First time at any Chipotle in about 2 years. I guess now I remember why I stopped going. Overpriced at $15 for a bowl with chips. Chips were extremely stale, chewy rather than crunchy. A few elements of my order were also incorrect. This is still the highest rated Chipotle in the area, which makes me wonder how much worse the others might be 😬 It's sad because Chipotle used to be so good when they first started 🥲

They have bugs in their food. I ordered food today and it arrived with a bug in it free of charge. I returned it to the restaurant and the manager wasn't even surprised at all. He took the bug out and asked if I wanted it to be remade…he put it in the fridge after and kept it there.

Pretty disappointed honestly I Got take out tonight from this chipotle, they robbed me one of my sides but charged me full price for the meal. I won’t be ordering online anymore. I wouldn’t order online from this place. In person is not bad but this is annoying.

Nothing better than trying to pick up a catering order on Apr 8, 2026, around 11am and the cashier couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge me standing there. Person that replies for Chipotle, save the canned reply… take the complaint to the store manager and actually address the issue.

I recently visited the Chipotle location at this location and had an extremely disappointing experience. The issues began as soon as I walked in the door. First, the line was incredibly long, and it moved at a snail’s pace. It seemed like the staff were either untrained or completely uninterested in providing quick service. I understand that sometimes there are rushes, but this felt more like a lack of organization and efficiency. When I finally got to order, the staff were inattentive and rude. They barely listened to my order, and I had to repeat myself several times. Even then, they still got my order wrong. The ingredients looked unappetizing, and some of the containers were nearly empty, yet no one seemed to be refilling them. The food itself was a disaster. My burrito bowl was missing key ingredients, and what was there was either overcooked or undercooked. The rice was hard and crunchy, the beans were cold, and the meat was dry and flavorless. The portions were also much smaller than what I’m used to at other Chipotle locations. To top it off, the restaurant was dirty. Tables were not being cleaned, the floor was littered with trash, and the bathrooms were in terrible condition. It’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority at this location. Overall, my experience at this Chipotle was incredibly disappointing. I will not be returning to this location and will think twice before visiting any Chipotle in the future. I hope management takes steps to address these issues so that future customers do not have to endure the same poor experience.
