The technician, Charles, did an excellent job giving us the second opinion and we decided to move forward with meeting with Jason to discover options with replacing or keeping our system. Jason was very thorough with analyzing the system but also listening to our concerns. We are moving forward with replacement and we are very happy with the price quoted.

We had a fantastic experience with Meades, thanks to our technician Mason. He came out to our rental property on a Sunday to assess an issue with our AC unit, ordered the necessary parts first thing Monday morning, and was back on Tuesday to complete the repair. That kind of turnaround is hard to find. Mason was punctual and took the time to clearly explain what he was fixing and why. We’ve had other technicians simply recommend cleaning our units, but Mason was the first to actually take it upon himself to hose them down and do the work himself. Our tenants were equally impressed. They texted us afterward saying the technician was "very friendly and professional" and that he "went above and beyond" by cleaning both units to improve their efficiency. Overall, Meades was well-priced, reliable, and clearly employs technicians of real caliber. Highly recommend, and we’ll be requesting Mason for any future service needs!

Our experience with Meade's Heating and Air has been exceptional! Scheduling this appointment for a non functioning AC unit was easy over the phone. The technician, Mason came on the same day and was very positive, thorough and explained options in a professional manner. He was able to diagnosis and fix the problem. We have had several HVAC companies provide service for us over the 20+ years we have lived in Northern Virginia, and our initial impression is that they are a very competent reasonable company that provides excellent service.

Tyson did an outstanding job installing our new water heater. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and left everything spotless when the job was finished. While the installation wasn’t inexpensive, the quality of the work and service was excellent. I would definitely recommend Meads and give them an A+ for their installation and customer service! Hopefully we don’t have anymore issues for a long time!

Mr. Noori is an expert at tuning up and repairing appliances. He comes within a day or two of my calling him. The cost is fair to low for comparable service. He is focused and works quickly yet takes time to answer my questions. He offers advice on how maintain the appliance to keep it running properly. I highly recommend him and his company.

If I could leave no stars I would. I called to have a transmission filter removed from my mower, that’s all. I was told 90$ guy came out, was very hard to understand and had to help him remove entire housing as it’s a two man job. after housing was removed he could not free filter from housing and told me to take it to a mechanic shop lol .I ended up using my own tools and removed it myself!! Then I asked if he would help me put housing back on and I’d do filter / hydro lines myself and I would give him extra $. he said it was easy and then proceeded to ask for a tip hmmm! So I said ok and foolishly gave him $120 against my better judgement and then had my wife help me reinstall housing / lines. In short without getting out of hand have your wife help you or call someone else as I was the Forman of this job. I feel like I should have been paid as I gave direction provided tools and ended up doing the job I needed done and paid for it silly me don’t be like me !!

Abdul is amazing! For "the big storm" in 2026, I found the old owners of my home left a snow blower behind some old gym equipment. Needless to say, it was in a state of disrepair. The gasoline had been sitting in the machine for at least 7 years (don't leave gas in a snow blower!) The day before the storm was supposed to hit, I called/texted no less than 7 places, some of which (understandably) laughed at me as everyone was looking for repair service. Shocked, Abdul texted me back telling me that he could squeeze me in. I could tell he was stretched, but he told me that he didn't want to leave people in a lurch before the storm. He could have easily gouged me due to demand, but his service fee was BEYOND reasonable. The carburetor was gunked up due to the fuel being left in for so many years, but instead of trying to quickly upsell me a new unit, he told me to try and keep my current carburetor as long as possible, as they aren't made with the same quality these days. He fixed up my machine and it got me through the storm, but it died during my last passthrough. Abdul ordered me a new part, and even tied in a discount to his prior service fee. Again, the price he quoted me for parts and labor was VERY reasonable, and now I'm just waiting to try out the new carburetor for the next storm! You simply don't find customer service like this anymore, I'm going to use NOVA repair for when my mower and leaf blower give out as well. Thanks Abdul!

I had Matt in today, with Jonathan shadowing him, and they did great work! Every part of the process was explained to me – what was wrong, what that meant, what it was supposed to look like, and how to fix it. They originally came in for the yearly free maintenance check you get with a membership, but they found an issue with our water pressure system. They fixed it within a couple hours, and were out of my house by noon with a full comprehensive list of what they had done, how long it should last, and an easy expectation that if *anything* was wrong later, they would fix it (for free, up to a year later). Both young men were very helpful, friendly, and professional.

Gustavo Hernandez was excellent! Fh furr has always given us excellent service from plumbing to HVAC. The technicians are respectful of my home. They are very knowledgeable. I have been having issues with my sump for a while with three floods to deal with. No one seemed to know what the issue was and my last sump pump failed in less than a year. But today, Mr Hernandez was able to solve the problem and we are forever grateful. We have the home service plan and it has really paid off. They have a lot of availability and are great with communicating on the day of service.

Phil was able to identify the issue with my non-working AC. I expected it needed to be replaced since it was very old and ended up being completely out of freon refrigerant. He also pointed out several issues with my furnace while he diagnosed the AC unit. Phil provided replacement recommendations and reviewed what was included and why they would be good for my needs and location. I went with a much more modern Amana system. The pricing was fairly good, and expected for the work needed. He also offered payment plans at the time which no other company did. Phil and his team did a very professional and clean install. They clearly explained what needed to be done for it. He went step by step on how to use the new thermostat, and answered all my questions about the new system. I highly recommend Premier Home Comfort and Phil Houser after a full HVAC replacement in our Reston condo. Premier installed an Amana ARVT96 2-stage variable-speed furnace, matching ALXS5BA4210 AC system, a Reme Halo HT air purification system, and upgraded our return duct to support a 4-inch MERV 13 filter (only needs changing ~1–2x/year). The system design clearly prioritized both comfort and indoor air quality. Our original HVAC company gave us a an estimate to replace our entire HVAC system because of a problem we were having. I called Modern Mechanical and they sent out a tech within 2 hours. He ran his test on our air handler and heat pump and determined we really DID NOT require a complete HVAC replacement. All he did was to add some additional refrigerant into the heat pump to bring it up the required amount. Did some additional upgrades and all is well . Jamie was the tech and did a GREAT job explaining what he felt the problem was and DID NOT require a new HVAC SYSTEM. He is a great representative for Modern Mechanical and I will now use them for all our future HVAC REQUIREMENTS. 👍👍👍

I called 6 different businesses in my area for quotes to have my broken and leaking water heater replaced. Clover hands down had the best value AND the best customer service experience! I was blown away! While most companies charge for a quote or require a technician visit, Clover offered me a free, no-hassle quote over the phone by simply sending a few pictures (which they offer for certain services). I initially spoke with Lizzie on the phone who helped me get the process started. She was extremely helpful, understanding, and responsive with my primary call and follow up questions. She also walked me through their many guarantees and signature service benefits. After choosing Clover, they were able to schedule me for next day service to quickly have my water heater replaced. The service technicians (Austin and Ricky) were incredibly professional and walked me through everything they were doing. They are clearly knowledgeable and highly trained in their craft and we’re well equipped to answer any questions I had. We received quotes from a lot of HVAC companies and ultimately used Clover. Ryan did an awesome job at helping us figure out the issue with our Furnace – blower motor and inducer was bad. Since the unit was so old (20 years old) we went ahead and replaced that. We noticed major corrosion on our water heater and I asked them about fixing the dryer exhaust pipes in the wall because somehow that was crushed. Long story short we replaced the furnace, water heater and they fixed the damaged dryer exhaust pipe in the wall. They even replaced/fixed all the old gas and water pipes hooking up to the furnace/water heater. They did an awesome job. We added on some extras like the Honeywell air filtration system and the extra home air purifier with a humidifier for the home. This has helped tremendously with allergies, and dry nose during the winter. I only have the "after photos" but compared to before it looks 100% better, our furnace works great now. The piping system is still complicated but they made it way better than before. Also want to say thanks for the muffins.

Clover Services was one of very few responses I received (and were extremely quick) to respond to my request for an estimate to repair (but most likely replace) my elderly father's old boiler system from the 1970's. They arranged for one of their best technicians to evaluate the system as soon as possible and he spent a lot of time analyzing how best to replace and dispose of the the old system. Their prices were competitive and the total amount was exactly what we expected it would cost to replace. The company went above and beyond to get the equipment ordered and installed as quickly as possible so my father would have heat in time for the cold weather. This was not an easy job and not one that many companies wanted to attempt – but Clover Services, Ryan and all of their technicians took this job without hesitation and worked hard for two days to get it done. Ryan, the lead tech, was extremely professional, communicative and friendly (as was Wendy in the office) and they both made sure I understood the estimate, the timeline and all that the job entailed. They also treated my father and his home with dignity and respect. They did a fantastic job and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

I hired Clover Contracting for some plumbing work at my home, and overall, I had a very positive experience. The plumber arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained the repair process in simple terms. They fixed a leaky pipe and also checked the water heater to ensure everything was running smoothly. The service was professional, and the pricing felt fair for the quality of work. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is because the cleanup could have been a bit more thorough, but I’d definitely call them again.

On Jan 16th I called CLOVER HVAC service because my HVAC was shutting down and home wasn't heating. They sent two technicians to home in short time. They observed the code 31 or 13 flashing on the carrier HVAC and told me it’s the pressure switch that is faulty. Since they claimed they were licensed and experienced technician I trusted them and paid $478 in total ( $99 for the visit + $379 advance payment o replace the pressure switch for next visit ). After they left, the HVAC system was working, blowing hot air but doesn't take break when indoor temperature reaches thermostat set temperature. (This is quite dangerous for multitude of reasons). It was like furnace inside the home. I called them to visit home and check. They suggested, I should attempt to fix while they instruct me how to do it on phone. WHAT A WORST IDEA. JUST to keep my property safe I attempted it with lot of hesitation and fear of the furnace. Then I see the furnace started accumulating water quite close to the electric/mother circuit board. I was scared because its basic electrical 101, water with active current is a worst scene. They came back on the same evening and fixed it. I was really unsatisfied & frustrated and called their office and ASKED THEM "PLEASE CANCEL MY NEXT SERVICE OF REPLACING THE PRESSURE SWITCH" because of their inexperience and the mess. They told me that they will refund that day visit cost $99 and will send a senior technician to do "FULL SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC CHECK AND IF AT ALL NECESSARY, THEY WILL REPLACE THE SWITCH". I didn't like the idea but I finally agreed after they repeatedly declining to cancel the next appointment with them. Then the senior tech came and couldn't really pinned down the issue and replaces the pressure switch without concrete evidence. The HVAC ran fine for 4 days and on fifth day it started flashing the same error code 31 or 13 . I called them and they sent same senior tech again as soon as they could. At this visit he claimed he did what he should have done in his earlier visits . i.e HVAC 101. ANY LICENSING SCHOOL WOULD TEACH THIS, WHENEVER HVAC FLASHING PRESSURE SWITCH CODE YOU SHOULD 1) OPEN THE BLOWER FAN, CHECK FOR ANY CLOGS, DEBRIS AND CONDENSATE LIQUID? THEY DIDN'T DO THIS. NOT EVEN TOUCHED IT. 2) CHECK EXHAUST, INTAKE AND DRAIN PIPES TO CHECK FOR ANY CLOGS. THEY DID EXAMINE THIS. 3) CHECK THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS FOR ANY ISSUE. THEY TESTED THIS. WHY DIDN’T YOU CHECK THE BLOWER FAN?? WAS IT TOO SIMPLE AND DOESN’T COST MUCH TO CUSTOMER? The HVAC stopped working again for the second time and this time knew I will be a total fool if I call them because $379 + three CLOVER technicians + four visits couldn't fix it . Either they knew what was the problem and they choose not to operate and scam me by replacing a well-functioning part or they don’t know above point (1). By looking at the below attached pictures and not doing HVAC 101 point (1), you might be convinced the first case is likely true. i.e they wanted to do something which would bring more money and not doing simple cleaning which could have done during their first visit for just $99. After waiting for two cold nights a genuine technician came and said there is nothing wrong with old pressure switch (he tested it by replacing it) or another component. AND just the ducts and pipes needed further cleaning. IT has been a couple days it’s working. I called them for a refund since they claim "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" if their service was unsatisfactory. SINCE YOU COULD FIX THE PROBLEM AND DIDN’T DO THE BASIC CHECK IN YOUR FIRST VISIT YOU SHULD REFUND. They tell me, they already gave $99 discount and cannot offer any further discount. I WANT TO REMIND; YOU GAVE ME $99 BECAUSE YOU PUT MY WHOLE HVAC AT RISK BECAUSE OF THE WATER LEAKING FROM THE EXHAUST PIEPE. IT WAS YOUR FAULT. YOU DIDN’T DO A FAVOUR TO ME. Now I am asking for refund because even after four visits and charging me $379 you couldn't fix the issue AND REPLACED A WELL FUNCTIONING PART WHICH WAS TOTAL UNNECESSARY. You break my confidence and trust.

Update to previous review. Gill from Ashburn Appliance Repair came today and finished the repair on my LG refrigerator icemaker line. I can only say great things about Gill and if you call Ashburn Appliance Repair, make sure Gill will be coming to diagnose and/or repair your appliances. Gill walked through everything step by step and explained what went wrong and why. Also, he explained best practices to keep everything working well. I could tell he knows what he is doing regardless of type or brand of appliance. Experience matters and he definitely has it. A week ago Friday I called to have my refrigerator looked at. The tech did show up (who was not Gill) but was unable to complete the repair. After diagnosing, the tech (again, not Gill) snapped the water line valve from the wall and flooded my kitchen and my den on the floor below. I had to call a plumber to cap the line and return to replace the refrigerator box in the wall. After nearly a week I did get a call back from the owner who said their company couldn't afford my plumbers bill but offered to complete the refrigerator repair for free. They did return to do the repair (Gill this time) to my satisfaction and paid about a third of the plumbers bill. Please make sure Gill is your technician when you call. He's the one you want and the only reason my review went for 1 star to 5 stars.

The problem: icemaker in the refrigerator stopped making ice. The solution: Called Ashburn Appliance repair and Gil arrived early in the service window the same day and identified the defective part that needed to be replaced which he had in stock. My problem was fixed within a half hour, and the invoice was exactly as discussed. Was very pleased with the service provided by Ashburn Appliance repair and Gil, and will certainly call him the next time i have an appliance requiring repair and want to support a local business!

Just wanted to give a glowing review for Ashburn Appliance Repair specifically "Gil". He was awesome, very friendly and diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it. They are my new go to for appliances and HVAC services.

I called in the morning with water coming out of the dispenser as a trickle. By the afternoon they had replaced the water filter housing and water now dispenses normally. Technician was courteous, efficient and answered all my questions. Will use them again if I have further issues with my appliances.

I was trying to dry my clothes, but my dryer just would not work. I believed that the heat trip was being activated, so I tried cleaning the vent myself. Well, I couldn’t get deep enough, so I had to call some professionals. They came as soon as they could, and cleaned out my dryer vent. Turned out that there was TONS of like solid dust chunks in there that was just completely blocking airflow. After that, my dryer worked fine. Some time later they also installed a water filter under my sink so that I don’t have to drink the chlorine filled pool water the city gives us anymore. I highly recommend the swiftest of the pros!

My phone died just hours before I was heading to the airport. In quite a pinch I brought my phone to Batteries Plus and they were bale to fix it and get it up and running in a couple hours. During the process they accidentally damaged a different part internally and replaced it free of charge. The customer service wad excellent, and in a pinch they had the parts that were needed and were able to get my phone working again. I highly recommend Batteries Plus when you are in need!

This place is a joke. Wasted my time driving over 40 minutes to get my phone fixed here, which was approved that the store could in fact fix it. Just to be told no one would be no tech will be there for next few days.

This place is great! Absolutely destroyed my iPhone’s screen last night. I dropped my phone off in the AM and had it like new by the afternoon. The staff were extremely kind and courteous. Sebastian was really good at explaining what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

This place is amazing. They fixed my phone screen in 45 minutes, gave me a discount because it was my birthday, and even had a song playing with my name in it. It Felt so good in there that I asked if they had any job openings and I’m fully employed in a career I mostly love and don’t particularly like light bulbs or batteries. Although they did have pretty kick ass night lights in there. Did I mention how nice they were? So so nice. I will only buy my light bulbs here from now on and I don’t even live in Ashburn.

I had a Galaxy S7 battery replaced here. The service was very professional and the price was reasonable. In the few days since I've had the new battery, I've noticed a dramatic increase in the average useful life. My battery went from 3/4 of a day to more than a full day on a single charge. It's saved me from having to get a new phone for at least another year or two. The only knock on the shop was that they didn't verify the battery was in stock before confirming my initial appointment. It meant that I had to come back another day.

Trible's was once a excellent company with outstanding service but not any more. We have had an absolutely terrible experience recently that clearly reveals that Trible's management has no clue how to run a business. I went to the location on Atwater drive on July 2nd to try to purchase several replacement parts for a washing machine and a dryer. immediately it was obvious that the sales counter employees were poorly trained. They stated that "we just had a new computer system installed and we can't search on any order status or look up a part". Through hook or crook finally they were able to order the needed parts, saying they should bith be in by about July 10th and that they would call me when they came in. On the 13th, having heard nothing, I called to inquire but it was the most disorganized mess on the phone ever imaginable. The employee had to go manually search through the arrived parts bin to see if my parts had arrived, again stating that they couldn't do a computer search! I asked for the manager, "Preston" to call me but he never did. I called a 2nd time and asked to speak with him and they said he had "stepped out" and that they would remind him to call me. He never did and I still am without my badly needed parts. This company is a train wreck trust me.

Always the same rude customer service at different Tribles locations, and this one was no exception. Feels like there’s a special hiring criteria here — you need to be rude and have absolutely no idea how customer service works. Typical Tribles experience.

Terrible terrible terrible service! Poor rood ignorant customer service! There is a specificly one person at the counter who sits on the left side of the counter. Always unpleasant experience with this person

I had a very disappointing experience at the Ashburn branch today. She sits on the left corner, she was extremely rude and unprofessional toward me. On top of that, she was vaping while handling my business, which I found very inappropriate in a professional setting. I expected better customer service, and I left feeling disrespected. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are treated with more courtesy and professionalism.

I had a terrible experience at this appliance store three times and would not recommend it to anyone. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable. One of the associate is extremely rude and unprofessional. She sitting behind the desk eating, vaping or drinking and responding to customers in the most disrespectful way possible. Instead of being helpful, she acted annoyed and dismissive, making the entire shopping experience uncomfortable. When you walk into a store, you expect at least basic courtesy and assistance, but here you’ll only find attitude and zero respect for customers. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.
