Strange Experience, First off i received a phone call their Ph# comes up as spam they did leave a voicemail letting me know who they are, I found who they were once I called the number back Plus when i go to their website it comes up as a risky site.

1 star — and that’s generous. I went through the interview process with Wits Solutions and the experience was unprofessional from start to finish. First, I waited over an hour past my scheduled interview time with no acknowledgment or apology. That alone speaks volumes about how they value candidates’ time. The salary offered for a Senior Recruiter role was $65K — well below market rate for the experience level they were targeting. Do your research before accepting anything here. When I raised a reasonable accommodation request regarding equipment for a remote role — a standard practice at virtually every remote employer — the owner became combative and dismissive. Rather than finding a solution, I was told this was a "red flag." Asking a remote employee to make a 4-hour round trip at their own expense before even receiving an offer letter is not standard — it’s unreasonable. Perhaps most concerning: Wits Solutions appears to have no applicant tracking system in place. For a company supporting government contracts, the absence of an ATS raises serious questions about OFCCP compliance and recordkeeping obligations under federal contractor requirements. The staff was rude, the process was disorganized, and the owner’s behavior toward candidates was out of line. I would not recommend this company to any job seeker — especially experienced professionals who know their worth. Proceed with caution.
