This is a little kiosk in Tyson's Corner Mall. Very loud location and hard to hear the cashier. Simple conversion for your money with all the going rates listed. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly & efficient. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
Was a waste of time coming here. Came here to pick up a money exchange order. They’re not supposed to close until 7 (as said on Google). The sign says they would return, waited over 40 minutes and nobody returned to the kiosk. I’d go somewhere else.
I reserved my order online and it was marked as ready within a few hours. I picked it up later in the week and everything was quick and easy. The total USD I paid was actually a little less than the website estimate; I guess the exchange rate shifted in my favor. I paid about a 9% premium over the Morningstar number, which I was ok with given the fast turnaround and relatively small amount I was exchanging.
I called ahead and got helpful, friendly, and accurate information from Tiffany. Then, when I arrived, I was served very professionally by Samir, who did a great job with my complicated and time-consuming request involving over a dozen currencies. Thank you for the excellent service all round!!
Quick and easy. Valentina was extremely helpful and I was able to get in and out. I will definitely utilize their services again.
