I was looking at several pieces before finally deciding on a beautiful Longines Conquest 38mm. He was patient and kind, making the experience that much better. This has been an amazing experience making my first luxury watch purchase. I called Lenkersdorfer and spoke with Shadi about a Longines Hydroconquest and they happened to have one in stock as they are flying off the shelf. Shadi was very helpful over the phone and when I arrived he was an amazing in explaining to me what made the watch special, how to wind it, and a bit of the history of Longines itself.
