10/10 experience! We chose Firebirds for our son's milestone 13th birthday on a Monday night, and they did not disappoint. The food and service were both amazing. Highly recommend their steaks and the chimichurri shrimp, absolutely delicious. They also went above and beyond by bringing out a free scrumptious brownie with vanilla ice cream for the birthday boy. Thank you for making his night so special, we’ll absolutely be back!

Completely unplanned Sunday dinner, and overall pretty solid food, great service, and reasonable prices. I really like the steakhouse wedges, no joke! They really give you a whole piece of candied bacon, which my dog 🐶 took from my plate. I did stop him 😆. I didn't care for the fried onion rings; they weren't crispy, a bit soggy in fact. We got the prime rib, only available on the weekends. The edges were so yummy, but the inside was just a bit dry, not juicy enough. We also got the salmon and shrimp over wild rice. I actually love the rice more than the fish. 🤭 The worst part is the bread pudding, way too sweet and really wet that there is no more "bread" in it, it's like baby food texture 😅

Had a great dinner tonight! Our server Riley was attentive and on top of things. He is amazing! The food was great! One of our fav places to go. Ranch rings (sorry no pic) l, Hot honey chicken sandwich with potatoes au gradin, firebird pasta and a cheesecake cream brulee.

I stop in from time to time and I have never had a bad meal. Service has always been great. Today our server was excellent!!! He gave good recommendations, timely service, very personable! Kept me and my lunch partner laughing. Meal was great philly cheese steak egg rolls, the summer pork chop, spicy Mac and cheese, and fish tacos!! We were stufffffffed! If we were doing a 10/10 scale... Today it was 15/10!

Main Course: Cajun Ribeye w/chile rub (medium) Side: Loaded Garlic Mashed Potatoes Dessert: Chocolate Cake w/Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Raspberry Coolie I am a regular here and it is my favorite place to get a steak in Leesburg. I came here on a Friday around 5pm. It was busy but not packed and it was happy hour from 3-7. I sat at the bar and was greeted by the bartender. She provided me great service as usual. I decided to order the Cajun ribeye with the garlic mashed potatoes. The bartender suggested the loaded garlic mash and adding a chili rub on the steak. I followed her suggestion and I was not disappointed! The steak was cooked just how I like (medium) and the chili rub really added a kick without overpowering the flavor of the steak. The cajun butter was added on the side so I could add as much or as little as I wanted. Adding just a dab to the steak as I was eating really enhanced the flavor without being too much. It really was a nice balance of flavor and spice. If you do not like a bit of heat, you should stick with the regular ribeye. 5/5 The loaded garlic mashed potatoes were spectacular! The potatoes were creamy and flavorful. The bacon bits added gave the dish a nice crunch to add texture. There were no chunks of unmashed potatoes to be found. They were so good, the people next to me ordered some for themselves. 5/5 For dessert, I had the chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream and a raspberry coolie. The cake was a huge piece of 5-layer chocolate cake with a chocolate icing. This is a chocolate lovers dream. It was served warm. The texture was very soft where the cake just melted in my mouth. When adding on the ice cream, it gave a nice mixture of flavors that were dancing on my tongue. The raspberry coolie didn't really add anything for me but it didn't take away from the dish either. 5/5 This was one of the best meals that I have had here. If you have a special event coming up or are just looking for somewhere to have a nice meal, this place should be near the top of the list.
