Markus was extremely helpful and professional! He helped me jump-start my car, checked the oil and radiator water, and even topped up the oil when he noticed it was low. He was very kind and worked efficiently. The other employee was also friendly and supportive. Thank you both so much for your excellent service!

The first place I went didn't have the locking gas cap I wanted. However, they suggested another store close by. I spoke with the employee and he found it quickly in his computer. He then got the cap from storage very fast. He was very pleasant. I was in and out very fast.

This Autozone had the best customer service experience I’ve had when compared to other locations. The manager, Mr. Vincent immediately asked if I needed help and he made sure to walk me through the steps I needed to take. Not only did he walk with me to show me where the location was if what I was looking for, but he also offered to help if I needed it. This store is very lucky to have a manager like him!

I usually have a good experience shopping at AutoZone, but this visit was disappointing. I called ahead with a simple question and felt that the response I received over the phone was dismissive and unprofessional. When I came into the store, I also felt that some of the employees were unfriendly when answering my questions, even though I was polite and respectful. I’m leaving this review because I hope management is aware of how customers are being treated. Good customer service goes a long way, and I believe every customer deserves to be treated with patience and respect, even when asking simple questions. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
