We have been a tenant at AVP Share Office Space since its opening. We really enjoy working here- expresso coffee machine, daily trash pickup and fast internet, etc. Also, people in this building are courteous and helpful. We appreciate Art and the building management for a quick response to any problems.
Truly excellent co-working space, with the added benefit of a nature walk and pond, plus walking access to numerous restaurants and resources. The management is extremely attentive to client's needs and adaptable to suggestion and options. Having been there two years, the space has become an invaluable resource for research and remote work (top notch Wifi, clean, quiet, accessible). Strong recommend. Review updated since 2021.
I love my office at AVP. It is in a great location and in a very well maintained building. The owner Art is very helpful, he responds to messages and calls immediately. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a private office space with great amenities and management.
I have beem renting the office space for almost a year now for my small accounting firm, and really enjoy this building's vibe! It feels safe, friendly, and the landlord is super easy to work with and is very accomodating.
