Bill was kind and professional. He does good detailed work and doesn’t miss anything even down to cleaning up the area worked on to look better than it did before he got there. I was afraid that areas drilled would remain and be unsightly, but the work sites are very clean and neat. You can barely tell anything was done after the sealed areas dried.

Among other companies’ inspectors, Orkin’s Danyul showed the most professional and detailed inspection, and he is the only one who found the cause of the problem. He was very responsive and addressed all our questions satisfactorily. The installation schedule was quick and professionally executed by Bill. Overall Orkin was the most professional and skilled out of all the other companies that we dealt with. Thank you, Danyul and Bill.

Orkin used to be good. Now, they refuse to provide ant traps. They want to just leave puddles of pesticides open and exposed in a house that has a toddler. That’s not okay. After over a year of issues getting traps, this year they completely refuse to provide any traps at all claiming it’s a supply chain issue. They additionally will not credit me with the cost of me having to buy my own traps. After 5 months of actively complaining to Orkin about having ants in my house, Justin , the branch manager who has only spoken to me a couple times though he said he would follow up, will not talk to me AND still refuses to provide any traps or credits for sucky service and a complete inability to get rid of our indoor ants when we have never had an issue as long as we have the traps. I have used orkin for over 20 years in multiple states. This is the first time I’ve ever had an experience like this. I am severely disappointed and will likely finally give up and cancel services soon. They also haven’t been sending our normal guy Shaun Harris who is fantastic and the only reason why we have stayed so long. Getting rid of pests is the ONLY REASON we pay Orkin for services, and they are failing miserably. Thumbs down 😕. Zero stars.

A young black guy was my inspector. His name started with a D. I had a terrible experience. The technician showed up late, barely explained anything, and the treatment didn’t even solve the problem. I’m still seeing the same pests days later. For the price they charge, I expected way better results and professionalism. Definitely not worth it.

The Orkin Ashburn VA Branch has an awesome team! One phone call and a short amount of time on the same day is all it took for an Orkin Pro to arrive to my property to exterminate a rather large hornet nest, a couple of wasp nests, and some spider webs. Shaun was courteous, very professional, knew exactly what needed to be done, and provided service with a smile. Thank you for your response and support!
