We recently purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress with the Zero G adjustable base and ergonomic features from Mattress Warehouse, and we had an excellent experience. Yassin, the store manager, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I bought a Queen Size mattress from this store a couple days ago. I don’t know much about mattresses, but luckily Hoss was there. Hoss was the only employee working there in the moment but he was very knowledgeable and instead of just trying to sell me anything for his commission, he actually helped me pick what he thought would work best for me. Shoutout to my man Hoss.

I loved my experience at Rowan! My sister and I came for our first ever ear piercings and we couldn’t be happier. While we may be older than the average crowd that gets their first ever piercings, we felt welcomed and appreciated. I was reassured throughout the whole process and felt safe that a nurse was in charge! I couldn’t be happier and I’m so happy I went!

I’ve gotten three piercings from Diana at Rowan so far, and to put it simply, she’s the best. She’s incredibly honest, friendly, and easy to talk to—I honestly feel like I’m hanging out with a friend every time I see her. All of my piercings have turned out beautifully, and she always takes the time to explain the process and provide thorough aftercare instructions, making everything feel simple and stress-free. I always leave feeling confident that I know exactly how to take care of my new piercing. I didn’t catch the names of the other staff members, but everyone I’ve met at Rowan has been just as kind, welcoming, and friendly. They create such a comfortable environment from the moment you walk in. It’s also very easy to get an appointment, great for last minute decisions!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THE BEST EXPERIENCE! 💕🥹 I honestly don’t even know how to put into words how incredible our experience with Alexis at Rowan was. I brought my five year old daughter in to get her ears pierced, and as a mom, I had SO many emotions going into it. I was excited, nervous, and honestly a little scared that she would be frightened or that it would be a traumatic experience for her. Alexis completely changed that. From the moment we met her, she was so warm, patient, reassuring, and genuinely wonderful with my daughter. She made her feel safe and excited, and you could tell that she truly understood what a big moment this was for a little girl. Then came the piercing, and I was SHOCKED. Alexis and another nurse pierced both ears at the exact same time, and my daughter DIDN’T EVEN CRY! Not a tear. Not a flinch. She was done before she even had time to process what happened! 😂🥹 And then she looked in the mirror and saw her new earrings… and that moment absolutely broke me in the best way. ❤️ I cried tears of pure joy watching my little girl see herself with her earrings for the first time. It was one of those tiny moments that somehow feels so big as a mom… watching your baby girl grow up right in front of you. And I will always remember that moment. Alexis didn’t just pierce my daughter’s ears. She helped create a beautiful memory that we will have forever. That means so much to me. If you are thinking about getting your child’s ears pierced, I cannot recommend Rowan enough. Ask for Alexis. Seriously. This is a great local and regional bike shop. Fabulous coffee, beer and food. Friendly staff. This shop has a great mix of bikes, with something for every interest, skill set and price point. Most importantly, there’s no judgement about what you ride. Folks here want you to get out, have a good time, and have amazing experiences.

On a recent visit for both bike service and a retail purchase, at least three staff members interacted with me. All were helpful in identifying what I needed and steering me toward or providing it. All were friendly and not in a fake or inappropriate way. My sense was that they enjoy their subject matter and are glad to help others enjoy it as well.

Best customer service I have ever experienced in any store. As a new bike owner, I was unsure how to proceed about safely assembling my new bike. I called and was immediately greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee who told me exactly what to do to get my bike ready. Once I got to the store I was met at the door with someone helping to carry my bike and gear in and directed me where to go. Come to find out, what I was expecting to take a couple of weeks and a few hundred dollars could be done in about an hour for much less. And I could even have a pint while waiting! Several times while walking around the store I was asked if I needed help (in the friendly not “I’m trying to get you to buy something” way). This place is great. I’m new to the bike scene but The Bike Lane definitely makes it easier. Thanks!

Exceptional service at Lenkersdorfer. I was quickly greeted at the door by Kevin Palacios and given his utmost attention. I was looking at several pieces before finally deciding on a beautiful Longines Conquest 38mm. He was patient and kind, making the experience that much better. I enjoyed seeing the new remodel of the store. Their selection seems very robust as well. Will absolutely be buying from them again in the future!

This has been an amazing experience making my first luxury watch purchase. I called Lenkersdorfer and spoke with Shadi about a Longines Hydroconquest and they happened to have one in stock as they are flying off the shelf. Shadi was very helpful over the phone and when I arrived he was an amazing in explaining to me what made the watch special, how to wind it, and a bit of the history of Longines itself. Also, the hospitality was off the charts, excellent, in itself a luxury experience. To be honest I was a little nervous but Shadi quickly put me at ease and made me comfortable. I have already decided that I will be back to make another watch purchase!

I had an outstanding experience working with Michael Katac at Lenkersdorfer’s Tudor Boutique. My journey started in January of this year (2026) when I reached out about a Black Bay 58 Burgundy. Michael was patient throughout the entire process — when one finally came into stock, he reached out to me immediately. I ended up passing on it, and he was completely understanding. I then inquired about a Black Bay 54 Lagoon Blue, and again Michael was upfront and honest about the wait time. When I ultimately changed my mind on that as well, he never made me feel like a burden. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always quick to respond. I eventually purchased the new Tudor Royal 36mm with silver dial and gold indices, and I couldn’t be happier. What really stood out was how Michael took the time to walk me through all the new features and updates to the Royal 36mm — his knowledge and enthusiasm for the watch made the decision that much more exciting. Michael’s patience, transparency, and genuine passion for the brand made all the difference. If you’re looking for someone who truly listens and makes the buying process enjoyable, ask for Michael.

Hyper Kidz is one of our favorite places to visit! My son absolutely loves coming here and always has the best time. There are so many fun activities to keep kids entertained, and it’s a great place for them to run around, play, and burn off energy. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Every visit is a great experience, and my son never wants to leave. I highly recommend Hyper Kidz to any parent looking for a fun and safe indoor play place for their kids!

Such a great indoor play area. Weather it’s too cold or too hot outside. The place is kept clean and sanitized and shoes not allowed. They have an area where you can take a break and eat( they allow outside food).They also have great party rooms. It’s definitely Luna( my daughter) approved .

Hyper Kids is an amazing place for families! The facility is clean, spacious, and has so many fun activities to keep kids of all ages entertained. My children had an incredible time exploring, climbing, and playing, and they never wanted to leave. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone had a safe and enjoyable experience. I also appreciated how well-maintained the play areas were and that there was plenty of seating for parents to relax while keeping an eye on their kids. It’s the perfect place for playdates, birthdays, or just a fun family outing. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Hyper Kids to anyone looking for a fun, safe, and exciting indoor playground!

An absolute lifesaver for parents! HyperKidz Ashburn is fantastic. The very first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean the entire facility is, and all the equipment feels brand new and incredibly well-maintained. There is loads of fun packed into this place for kids anywhere from 0 to 10 years old. They have great designated zones so the tiny babies/toddlers can play safely away from the older, more energetic kids. The vibe is wonderful too—it’s a very friendly environment where both the kids and the parents feel welcome and comfortable. It’s the perfect go-to spot whether it’s a scorching hot summer day, a freezing winter afternoon, or any rainy day in between. Highly recommend!

I’ve never been to this location, however it does stand out from others. Everything is clean and neat. The staff is friendly and assists with their opinions on choices when asked. They efficiently pack your items. We purchased the new soccer ball donut which my son loves! We also purchased a red velvet which can be hit or miss. However, this red velvet was smooth and tastefully made. The frosting was not overly sweet which was a plus! The packaging also just makes sense and convenient!

Our friend who is a trained pastry chef recommended Paris Baguette to us and my goodness- was that an excellent recommendation! Everything we tried was delicious, and we look forward to returning and trying more dishes. The chocolate croissant and garlic butter croissant were particular stand-outs. It was cool to see a chef decorating pastries in an alcove of the restaurant, and the conceit is pretty cool- taking a tray or box and a pair of tongs and serving yourself. There were a few tables to be seated at, and the atmosphere was very nice. I appreciated that the music wasn’t so loud that it impeded conversation. I give the service 3 stars because they didn’t suggest heating up my cheese croissant and while it was good room temperature, it was clearly meant to be heated. Why didn’t they suggest it? My dining companion had to request his sandwich be heated up as well, and again- it was clearly meant to be heated. The person working the counter wasn’t rude, but they were clearly interested in doing the bare minimum. Regardless, the quality of food was great and we’ll definitely return.

really loved my visit to Paris Baguette in Rockville! the pastries looked amazing and tasted super fresh, especially the croissants. i also liked how there were both sweet and savory options, so everyone could find something they liked. the atmosphere was cozy and aesthetic, and the staff were nice even though it was busy. definitely worth stopping by if you want a cute bakery café with good food and drinks! 🥐☕✨

We love getting cakes for special occasions from Paris Baguette, and they’ve always been a hit. I’ve also used their catering services for Teacher Appreciation Days, ordering breakfast croissants for about 25 teachers, and everyone absolutely loved them. This time, we stopped by for breakfast and were just as happy. They have great coffee along with a wide variety of bakery items and sandwiches to choose from. Everything was fresh and well made. I’m so glad we have a Paris Baguette nearby; it’s such a reliable spot for both everyday visits and special occasions.

The Rockville location of Paris Baguette is clean, bright, comfortable, and well managed. Staff have consistently been helpful and friendly during each visit. The pastries are fresh, well made, and plentiful, although can run low after 7pm. If you decide on joining the app, they offer treats for signing up, birthdays, etc.

Had an amazing experience with AZ Tech Services. I cracked the screen on my MacBook and they were able to quickly order the part and get it replaced in a very timely manner — even on a holiday. The communication, professionalism, and overall customer service were top tier. It’s hard to find businesses that genuinely care about taking care of their customers this well. Super impressed and highly recommend them to anyone needing computer or MacBook repairs.

Visited the store earlier this week to increase the laptop storage which got full after phone data copy. During the appointment the AZ Tech technician was able to figure out the folder that occupied most of the storage. Deleting that folder made lots of space on the laptop. And this entire consultation was not charged since it didn’t require storage upgrade!, Absolutely stunned with the amazing service & gesture! Highly recommend AZ Tech Services!

I got married September 2025 with my beautiful dress from Marys! I bought my dress the first time going dress shopping because their selection was amazing and the employees are so helpful making sure you are happy every step of the way! Disorganized and unprofessional – I made an appointment online and never received a confirmation. When calling the store, no one would answer or return my call. I received a call a few weeks before my appointment, but missed the call. Attempted to call back, no response. I texted the number to confirm my appointment date and time, the response did not confirm and requested prom inspiration photos (after I requested bridal multiple times). I requested confirmation of my appointment date/time again – no response. I decided to show up to the store during my intended appointment time. They were not expecting us (not surprised). After all the confusion from the start, and the lack of professionalism, I requested to make another appointment and return at another time for them to be prepared. I felt forced to stay and try on dresses. I requested to leave again, and was repeatedly told “no it’s fine just stay and try on a few” as they proceeded to ask me questions about dress styles and my vision. I was not comfortable and basically had to force myself out of the store (doors remained locked while your in the building – I did not like that). There are other bridal shops I visited in the area that were exceptionally welcoming and professional. Do your research!

Mary responded and helped get me scheduled right away. Mae was my stylist, and knocked it out of the park! I said yes to the very first dress she brought for me to try. It was perfect 🙂 High quality, great fabric, and in my expressed budget. Everyone working there was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. The shop itself is beautiful and welcoming. They go above and beyond with pampering and sharing in the joy and excitement! Once I have the dress alterations complete, I will gladly share pictures, so stay tuned.. I highly recommend this bridal boutique to all soon to be brides!

I love Mary’s Bridal Boutique! I’ve been looking for a while for my dress. When I walked in to Mary’s store she listened to my wants and needs and was very understanding . I am so happy I visited Mary’s! You would not be disappointed at Mary’s. She’s the best and she knows her stuff.

If I could give 0 stars for the owner, I would. Spoiler alert if you’re reading: they were about to have me try on a PURCHASED dress by another bride. I had 2 specific Allure Bridal dresses I wanted to try on. I emailed several shops in Maryland with pictures and the exact style number. Mary’s Bridal got back to me that they had BOTH in stock and ready to try on. I got that email from Mary herself, not a staff member. I even confirmed this days prior via text messages. I got my family down here from New York and I’m from an hour away. We travel there, I’m so excited to just make my decision between these 2 dresses, say “Yes,” and give them my money. We go to the boutique at our appointment time, the woman helping us was nice but the whole ordeal was disorganized. They had nothing ready for me. Shows me a couple dresses and says “are these it?” I said no. She comes out with another draped over her arm and the pattern is close to what I wanted so I follow her to the fitting room. I put it on, realize it’s neither of the dresses. She has me stand in from of the mirror, she’s all happy but I’m confused why I’m trying this dress on. I’m feeling awkward in the moment so I’m not saying anything. My mom is feeling the same but she’s verbalizing that this is not why we came here. And my mom shows her the picture of the dresses I emailed about. The woman helping us is scrambling all over the shop, trying to find my dress. I’m still standing in the one she put me in for like 10 minutes while she’s still scrambling. My mom and I go back to the fitting room to get me out of this dress, we are getting a little irritated. Honestly, the woman helping us is frantic because no one relayed any information to her, so she’s just trying the best she could. I’m now in my normal clothes, she tells me she doesn’t have the dresses. I explain how disappointed I am, I’d like my money back from the appointment deposit, I showed her the emails and everything. She goes to a coworker because she doesn’t know what to do. The coworker is honestly a rude, nasty person. She’s got an attitude and I hear her yelling “get Mary on the phone, Mary is supposed to be here!” So my helper walks upstairs on the phone with Mary. I’m getting gradually more upset as minutes are passing. She comes downstairs with a dress in hand. I recognize it. It’s one of the dresses I wanted to try on. When she actually stands in front of me with it though, I notice that the boning in the corset was undone. She tells me she has this dress, it’s already a purchased dress by ANOTHER BRIDE, in the middle of being altered, but I can “try it on.” I said EXCUSE ME?! Floored. I cannot believe they’d do that to someone, because I know I wouldn’t want anyone else in my $3000 dress after being purchased. Terrible. After I expressed how appalling this appointment had been, she was apologetic, but I still ask “What did Mary say when you were on the phone with her by the way?!” She said “Mary said ‘There are plenty of other dresses to try on.’” That was a disgusting response from a person who opened an entire business finding people their perfect dress for their special day. It’s clear as day that Mary thinks of everyone as a dollar sign and does not have empathy for the actual emotions in this. Shame on you, Mary. You should be ashamed at yourself. By the way, I never received an apology nor my refund.

Stopped here for Mother’s Day gifts while we were driving through. The sheer size of this place is remarkable. What’s even more impressive is the variety of items they offer! We were able to get some kitchen items and stationary in the gift store area. The live plants in the garden center were in great condition and the prices were fair for the area. This almost never happens but we were able to get gifts for all the motherly figures in our lives in one visit!

A Garden Lover’s Paradise! Merrifield Garden Center is hands-down the best nursery in the area. The selection of plants, trees, and garden décor is absolutely unmatched—everything is vibrant, healthy, and beautifully displayed. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and always go the extra mile to help, whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just starting out. I especially appreciate the helpful care instructions that come with each plant and the expert advice available at their plant clinic. The store is pet-friendly, well-organized, and offers a delightful shopping experience every time. From seasonal events to unique garden accents, Merrifield is more than a garden center—it’s a community gem. Highly recommend!

I’ve always thought about going inside and taking a look whenever I passed by this place, and I finally got to see it today. It’s decorated very nicely and charmingly, more so than I expected. From the interior design to the landscaping plants and flower pots, everything was beautifully and elaborately prepared. They also had various seeds, so I’ll have to buy some seeds from here next time. The staff members were also very friendly.
