I recently had a fantastic experience at Ashley Store, and I can't recommend them enough! The staff, especially Mohamed, were incredibly helpful and attentive. They took the time to understand my needs and provided excellent guidance throughout my shopping journey. The selection of furniture was impressive, and I found exactly what I was looking for. Mohamed's readiness to assist made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. If you're in the market for quality furniture and great customer service, Ashley Store is the place to go!

Joanna Trevino greeted us as we entered the store and then let us look around a bit before locating us and asking if we needed assistance with anything. We appreciated that we had time to shop alone and we were on our way to her when she found us. Initially we were only looking for ideas on what our options were, but with Joanna’s help we decided to go ahead and make the purchase. Joanna was knowledgable, professional and helpful without being pushy. It was a wonderful experience.

Great service and the location is very nice. John and Abdullah were very helpful. John were very patient with us and show us exactly what we want not what he wanted to show us. Marina provided one of the best furniture-buying experiences I’ve ever had. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. She answered all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Her professionalism, excellent customer service, and warm personality made the entire process enjoyable. Ashley Furniture is fortunate to have someone like Marina on their team. The last time I will ever shop here. Ordered a 3 piece modular couch that was delivered yesterday. Immediately could tell something was wrong as the middle section did not look as plush and the color looked worn. Got closer could see that it was clearly a used piece of furniture as the fabric was worn and there was pet hair on it. Asked the driver what was up with it and that I was not accepting that piece so he called his manager. They said they would get me a new one but was unsure when at the time but had the audacity to ask me if I could just clean it. They took the middle section away but I had them leave the two ends as they were new and looked fine at the time. Technically these two pieces should fit together as it’s all modular and can be bought this way but the frames were rubbing and wouldn’t fit flush after trying. I later reviewed my driveway camera and the middle section was the only one to not come in a box but rather halfassed shrink wrapped. I called the store and spoke with a "manager" and they were the most pointless person to talk to no solution except maybe a new piece next week. Wasn’t even concerned about me being delivered a used piece. I asked about just cancelling the whole thing but they told me since I accepted the two pieces nothing could be done. They could care less and did not care to make it right in anyway. I asked for another manager and same thing except his only solution was to call the regional. I called regional and finally someone that apologized for the inconvenience and pushed to add me for next day delivery for the middle piece. I asked about the other two potentially being bent due to not fitting and how the Ashley site says 3 days from delivery to notice defects or damage for a return but apparently they are "independent" and don’t follow Ashley’s return policy and theirs is once you accept it that’s the end. Hopefully the new middle piece is fine and everything fits proper but this experience has me never wanting to step in this store again. The other rooms I need to furnish will be done elsewhere as they showed no care to make it right. Currently working with Corporate to get resolution on this whole thing and to hold someone accountable because as of this moment once they got their money they could care less about the customer or any issues that arise.
