This is a great local and regional bike shop. Fabulous coffee, beer and food. Friendly staff. This shop has a great mix of bikes, with something for every interest, skill set and price point. Most importantly, there's no judgement about what you ride. Folks here want you to get out, have a good time, and have amazing experiences.

On a recent visit for both bike service and a retail purchase, at least three staff members interacted with me. All were helpful in identifying what I needed and steering me toward or providing it. All were friendly and not in a fake or inappropriate way. My sense was that they enjoy their subject matter and are glad to help others enjoy it as well.

Best customer service I have ever experienced in any store. As a new bike owner, I was unsure how to proceed about safely assembling my new bike. I called and was immediately greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee who told me exactly what to do to get my bike ready. Once I got to the store I was met at the door with someone helping to carry my bike and gear in and directed me where to go. Come to find out, what I was expecting to take a couple of weeks and a few hundred dollars could be done in about an hour for much less. And I could even have a pint while waiting! Several times while walking around the store I was asked if I needed help (in the friendly not "I'm trying to get you to buy something" way). This place is great. I'm new to the bike scene but The Bike Lane definitely makes it easier. Thanks!
