Recently bought a new dining table and had a great experience with Belfort. They have so many options, its almost overwhelming! I wish I had written down the name of the woman who assisted us. She was very kind, helpful, and didn't try to push any products. Their prices are great too, especially considering they carry quality brands. Will be back!

Mardy, the sales consultant, was wonderful to work with—he was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through all the options, offering thoughtful suggestions that really helped me find exactly what I needed. Noelle in Customer Service was also outstanding. She was attentive and made the entire exchange process for one of my furniture pieces smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and care truly stood out. The delivery company was just as impressive. The delivery was seamless, and the team was punctual, courteous, and highly professional throughout. Overall, this was a very positive experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Belfort Furniture!

Whenever we were indecisive, he never pressured us; instead, he accurately analyzed our needs and offered the most practical and stylish solutions. Working with a consultant as professional, patient, and helpful as Neal turned our shopping into a highly enjoyable experience. He answered all of our questions with a smile, not just during the sale but also throughout the entire post-purchase process. Gorgeous Furniture! Outstanding service! Everyone knows Belfort Furniture is the best furniture supply retailer in the NOVA area. 😉However, we wanted to see ( again) ,for ourselves as a return customer, if it was still true. First, we visited Belfort, fell in love with a Master King Bedroom set .. then shopped around. We ended up returning that day and purchasing our "dream furniture" that replaced our 41 year old bedroom set. ( it was time!) We bought a 6 piece King bed /master Bedroom set. The construction was substantial of solid walnut, soft closure drawers, mid-century modern/traditional design, brass hardware and unbeknownst to us, an under the nightstand lighting system which is so convenient for navigating in the dark. ( pleasant surprise feature !) Kam Nasir was our Sales Consultant the day we shopped. He was knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He spent several hours with us finalizing all the coordination for purchase. In addition, he walked the large Belfort Property to another building to help us with the mattress purchase. I felt like he was an advocate for us to get our questions answered, get a "good deal" and be a "one point person" for all our needs. The delivery service was seamless. The "white glove" set up and removal of the old mattress was likewise professional, courteous and timely. Jose and Sergio kept us informed of the delivery window, were careful with cleanliness ( considering snow and salt on the ground) and efficiently placed and assembled our pieces in less than an hour. From start to finish we had an excellent experience including the delivery service and flexibility of advancing our delivery by 2 weeks when our plans changed. Do yourself a favor… go ahead and look at the retail stores in the NOVA area but if you want quality furniture that will endure, professional sales and seamless delivery service make sure your first and last stop is Belfort Furniture!

WORST EXPERIENCE - I would think twice before making a major furniture purchase from Belfort AT ALL. I usually don't post reviews, but it is INSANELY frustrating to pay up to 10k for "extremely high quality furniture" and be sold it all up and down the sales floor just for the builders to put holes all over it and turn the screws way too much that I get to see forever. I could have built it better by myself, my Ikea furniture doesn't have screw chips all over when I did it! It's actually unbelievable to think of them just continuing to turn the screws and break it more and more and then have them actually ship this to us and Belfort's team apparently not even look at it or look at it and think nothing's wrong even though apparently their whole team is aware that "oh Daniel's Amish has some major issues I'm sorry about that." This is NOT the way to do business when they KNEW in July that Daniel's Amish was being acquired and still apparently shipped this to me without a basic look at all of the quality. Look at the images for yourself this is insane. And all this just so we can have Belfort tell us to "exchange for something else" when they can't even get that same brand anymore since IT WENT OUT OF BUSINESS and now anything comparable costs MORE so we get to lose our pieces we really wanted and now have to pay more for what we didn't even want, great! All this after waiting 3 full months with NO STATUS UPDATES until we called 4 times ourselves. And now they have stopped responding to our emails, leaving us to just accept broken 10k furniture and have NOTHING TO DO ABOUT IT. I've attached a subset of the 35+ images I have of damage ALL OVER IT on EVERY SINGLE PIECE such as images of 2 of the 20+ screw chippings! Here's the full details: We spent thousands of dollars on a custom Daniel’s Amish bedroom set because we expected premium quality and a retailer that would stand behind what it sold. Instead, the furniture arrived with numerous chips and damaged areas, over-drilled screw marks, and drawers that don’t even stay open on their own. The condition was so poor that one of Belfort’s own employees told us it should never have been delivered. Belfort then informed us that Daniel’s Amish had closed and that replacement pieces could no longer be obtained. We tried to work with Belfort on another solution and even returned to the showroom to look at replacement furniture, but there was nothing comparable in the same style and quality without spending thousands more. Most frustrating of all, Belfort has now stopped responding. We have emailed repeatedly asking for a resolution and have received no answer. After spending thousands of dollars, we are now left with defective custom furniture, no replacement available, and no clear resolution from the retailer that sold it to us. The quality issues were extremely disappointing, but the lack of communication and accountability afterward has been even more frustrating. Based on our experience, we would not feel comfortable making another major furniture purchase from Belfort and would recommend considering other retailers.
