Arhaus

I recently purchased furniture from Arhaus-One Loudoun and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The design consultant, Stephen Ripalda, was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and made the purchase process smooth and stress-free. The delivery was on time, the furniture arrived in excellent condition, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated Stephen’s patience, communication, and attention to detail. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and reliable. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional customer care. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently purchased furniture and had an outstanding experience thanks to Steve R. Throughout the process, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. We made several changes to our order, and Steve handled everything without any hassle or frustration. He made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and seamless. His attention to detail, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. It's rare to find someone who goes the extra mile to ensure everything is exactly right, but Steve did just that. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about his customers and provides top-notch service, I highly recommend working with Steve. Thank you, Steve, for making this such a positive experience!

My husband and I were thrilled that Arhaus has a location in Ashburn that is closer to where we live. The store is absolutely beautiful, and we got the pleasure of working with Mike R. He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the buffet pieces that we were interested in. We really appreciated him especially for letting us know about price matching since the Labor Day sale might give us better pricing. We highly recommend Mike R.! You won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I initially visited another Arhaus location and fell in love with a set of counter stools and dining chairs. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing enough that we were seriously considering walking away from Arhaus altogether. Thankfully, we decided to visit the Laurel location and met Megan and Lauren. The difference was night and day. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. They were knowledgeable, patient, relatable, and never once made me feel pressured, judged, or like I was an inconvenience. Instead of trying to sell us furniture, they helped me visualize our home and make decisions with confidence. Not only did we end up with the dining chairs and counter stools we originally loved, but we also furnished much of our main living space and found light fixtures I honestly thought I’d never find. Megan and Lauren transformed what could have been a lost customer into a loyal one, and I am incredibly grateful that we found them.
