This has been an amazing experience making my first luxury watch purchase. I called Lenkersdorfer and spoke with Shadi about a Longines Hydroconquest and they happened to have one in stock as they are flying off the shelf. Shadi was very helpful over the phone and when I arrived he was an amazing in explaining to me what made the watch special, how to wind it, and a bit of the history of Longines itself. Also, the hospitality was off the charts, excellent, in itself a luxury experience. To be honest I was a little nervous but Shadi quickly put me at ease and made me comfortable. I have already decided that I will be back to make another watch purchase!

Midtown Jewelers did a wonderful job and setting my grandmother’s diamond into a pendant with the setting to resemble my Mother’s vintage engagement ring. Morva was communicative and worked closely with me until it was just right. They were also able to increase the size of my grandmother’s wedding band set with channel diamonds so I could wear it.

The pistachio latte is outstanding rich, nutty, and perfectly balanced with real flavor instead of artificial syrup. I also tried the traditional Harazi coffee and an Adeni chai, both excellent and uniquely spiced in the best way. The space is clean, modern, and comfortable with good seating for working or catching up with friends. Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. Outdoor seating is a nice bonus when the weather cooperates. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something different from the usual chains. Will definitely be back!

The location itself is a standalone spot a bit removed from the typical strip‑mall setup, which gives it a more intentional, destination‑style feel. It’s a nice change of pace and adds to the charm. They have a boutique section with clothing and shoes, as well as accessories like purses, wallets and more. There is also a gift area, a childrens section with childrens toys, clothing and fun items etc., And more sections that I didn't have time to see! All together a positive and entertaining visit! I had a specific request and Gabriella was an expert with understanding what I needed done, including size and depth of the engraving. I also consulted with her about a custom ring and stone setting, and she was very helpful in finding a setting style and rough pricing. I highly recommend Ketterman's! They seem like a great family-owned business, and based on folks in the store while I was there, they clearly have a great reputation in the area.

So nice to be able to get expert help from a human in a store that carries everything I would need or want! I buy my motorcycle batteries at Ashburn Batteries Plus. Now my lawn tractor as well. Also any other battery needs, including garage door remote. My go to for expert battery help and needs. This visit, I had ordered based on Cub Cadet "recommended" on-line, however, it was not the correct size. Being able to go to a brick and mortar store and get expert human service from Ashburn Batteries Plus was great.

3 year warranty battery (Duracell Ultra Gold) dies after 9 months, Batteries+ Ashburn denies warranty because the battery was allowed to fall below 10V, but sales person "would be happy to sell me a new battery". I'm sure you would.

Have used batteries and bulbs for all my lights changing them to LED to last longer but 1 blew out just after a few months so went back to buy a box. The rep verified it was indeed out and said sometime there is a bad one in a batch. Bought, got my senior discount and quickly replaced the bulb in my office. Nice there are parking spots although lots of parking around the store.

I absolutely LOVE my engagment ring that my fiance had made at AQ Jewelers. We'd been in the store before, Andrew and his mom are so friendly, warm and informative. Awful experience. I went to have a custom ring made (w/ my own stones) and to sell gold jewelry (some rings & a bangle). Due to complexity, it would cost $2067 to make the ring. When I tried to sell my 24k gold bangle, Stephanie (owner) tested it and said it was not pure 24k but maybe 18k. She offered $3300 for it. Since that meant I would be walking home w/ a check, I was content. Problem 1 – it took Stephanie 1 month of holding my jewelry to start designing it. Problem 2 – Owner’s son, Andrew, retested my bangle and said it was 14k. Owner called me saying she did not want the bracelet anymore and I needed to refund her. Stephanie would not work on my ring until then. 1) This is not good business practice to renege on a deal already made and then to hold another job over the customer’s head, terrible. 2) She is the expert on gold (not me!) and should have tested further at the time if needed. When I asked her how much my 14k bangle was worth, she said $3000 would be fair. That was almost what it was sold for originally!! Problem 3 – I decided to take business elsewhere. On the phone, they said they could offer $3900 for my 14k bangle based on the gram amount it was. In person, they had advanced technology, retested it and my bangle WAS 24k gold. AQ Jewelry unproperly tested my jewelry two times!! This new seller offered me $6100 for the bangle plus $390 for the gold rings. AQ Jewelers took advantage of my naivety of gold prices, with extreme below market values. The owner, Stephanie, seems exceptionally nice and tries to make you feel comfortable, making sure you take pictures of the gems you leave in their care. But really…she is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, completely untrustworthy. Problem 4 – New place said they would create my ring for $1800 in 2 weeks not 6 weeks. Cheaper and faster, more reasons why I’m glad it didn’t work out with AQ Jewelers. Never again. AQ Jewelers – would have gone home with $1,233 if deal was not reneged (and have a custom ring). Other Jeweler – get the custom ring and go home with $4,690. BIG DIFFERENCE

My phone died just hours before I was heading to the airport. In quite a pinch I brought my phone to Batteries Plus and they were bale to fix it and get it up and running in a couple hours. During the process they accidentally damaged a different part internally and replaced it free of charge. The customer service wad excellent, and in a pinch they had the parts that were needed and were able to get my phone working again. I highly recommend Batteries Plus when you are in need!

This place is a joke. Wasted my time driving over 40 minutes to get my phone fixed here, which was approved that the store could in fact fix it. Just to be told no one would be no tech will be there for next few days.

This place is great! Absolutely destroyed my iPhone’s screen last night. I dropped my phone off in the AM and had it like new by the afternoon. The staff were extremely kind and courteous. Sebastian was really good at explaining what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

This place is amazing. They fixed my phone screen in 45 minutes, gave me a discount because it was my birthday, and even had a song playing with my name in it. It Felt so good in there that I asked if they had any job openings and I’m fully employed in a career I mostly love and don’t particularly like light bulbs or batteries. Although they did have pretty kick ass night lights in there. Did I mention how nice they were? So so nice. I will only buy my light bulbs here from now on and I don’t even live in Ashburn.

I had a Galaxy S7 battery replaced here. The service was very professional and the price was reasonable. In the few days since I've had the new battery, I've noticed a dramatic increase in the average useful life. My battery went from 3/4 of a day to more than a full day on a single charge. It's saved me from having to get a new phone for at least another year or two. The only knock on the shop was that they didn't verify the battery was in stock before confirming my initial appointment. It meant that I had to come back another day.
