Jared Jewelers

I had an extremely easy visit. Aiman was very personable and helped pick out a great gift for my husband. Neelam made the visit nice and smooth with no issues. And Hameed was very knowledgeable with handling the leasing program. No one was pushy or stuck up, and all were completely understanding of working a strict budget. Packaging was done with great care from Neelam.

This is an awesome location!! My fiancé and I have had excellent experiences here. We are always greeted within seconds of walking through the door, and every visit has been a positive one. When I came in looking for an enhancer for my engagement ring, I was very unsure of what I wanted. We had visited two other jewelers before this and had pretty bad experiences. Maya completely changed that for us. She made us feel heard, valued, and comfortable from the moment we walked in. I was struggling to find a piece that matched the vision I had in mind, but Maya was incredibly patient and took the time to listen carefully to both what I wanted and what I didn't want. She never made me feel rushed or pressured. Because of her attention and expertise, she found the perfect enhancer, and I absolutely adore it! Thank you Maya, for making this such a memorable and special experience. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and a truly personalized jewelry shopping experiences!!

I had such a wonderful experience with your associate Kris Smith, while looking for a necklace for my wife for our 10th wedding anniversary. Kris was extremely helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions without ever making me feel pressured. Their knowledge and genuine desire to help made choosing such a meaningful gift so much easier. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service and would highly recommend working with them!

My wife and I celebrated 15 years of marriage by going to Jared! We received amazing service from Kami, Zion, and Aiman! We highly recommend this store! We were only in town for the weekend and we found our rings and they sized them in 2 hours! Amazing customer service!!!! So great!! (If you’re the owner reading this, give those three raises…)

I had an exceptional experience working with Kris Smith at Jared in the Galleria. From the moment I walked in, Kris was professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through options without any pressure. The entire process felt personalized and luxurious. If you’re looking for a jeweler who truly cares about quality and customer experience, Kris is the person to ask for.
