My daughter in law had ordered a huge pickup and catering order and I was sent to pick it up. Ren made it a point to talk to the bakery so that I wouldn't have to go in to pick up the catering order. The catering guy (sorry don't remember his name)brought it out and both were very careful to make sure that everything was placed safely on my car. Big hugs to them ,,❣️
I lost my receipt less than an hour after making my purchase, so I went to Customer Service to ask for a copy. Instead of helping me, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to assist. He claimed I needed a membership just to get a copy of my receipt and told me I would have to contact corporate instead. That makes absolutely no sense for a purchase that had been made less than an hour earlier. What disappointed me the most was that no one even tried to find a solution. Good customer service is about helping customers, not making excuses or creating unnecessary obstacles. This was a very frustrating experience and one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve had at Harris Teeter.

The store is consistently clean, well-stocked, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I regularly refer my clients here because I know they’ll be well taken care of. A special mention to Joel in the pharmacy—he is like family to us and provides the kind of personalized care that is hard to find. This is exactly the kind of local business I love pointing my clients toward!
This place been my go too for the last 15 years I enjoyed it over the years I love there sales and the people work there very nice great prices when stuff on sale it’s amazing big place you will find everything you need it use to ope 24hrs but after Corona they start closing early I can understand they want to save money it’s hard on everybody now my daughter use to go there with her friends when she wan in high school late at night for a snack it was so my fund for them really like the place and there sales
Always able to find what I need and great deals. I use the points towards gas, that's another great saving and reason why I shop here.
