From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Ty, Somian, Kirstin, Nurse Practitioner Megan, Rani, and Zach for the exceptional care and kindness they showed me. Everyone I encountered was welcoming, professional, courteous, and genuinely compassionate. Nurse Practitioner Megan even went above and beyond the reason for my visit, and I truly appreciated the extra care and attention. So often, people take the time to write when they have a complaint. This message is the exact opposite. I wanted to make sure these individuals were recognized for the positive impact they made on my experience. Their friendliness, professionalism, and dedication to excellent patient care did not go unnoticed. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful visit such a pleasant one. Caroline, the intake nurse, made this one of the most frustrating healthcare experiences. The clinic was nearly empty, and I appeared to be the only patient, yet I was left waiting approximately 30 minutes after my testing was completed with no updates and no explanation. No one checked on me or informed me of any delay. I eventually had to go to the front desk myself to find out what was happening. Communication from Caroline was poor throughout the visit. When she returned with my results, she simply handed me paperwork without properly explaining the findings, reviewing next steps, or answering questions. She did not even mention that the paperwork included a doctor’s note. I left feeling confused, dismissed, and wondering whether anyone was paying attention to my care. The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for a patient’s time was unacceptable. Even with an almost empty clinic, the visit was handled inefficiently and without basic courtesy. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Staff are wonderful, extremely helpful, respectful of the patient's privacy and time. Checking in was light breeze and very quick. The NP examined my condition very throughly and explained treatment options and when to see her again if the condition got worse. I am good and cured now. Yes that fast due to the NP's valuable knowledge. Thank you. I highly recommend going to this practice.

I went to Ashbrook Commons with a 9am spot saved. Lobby was empty place was clean and very quiet. Was immediately taken to a room and pre-screened which took five minutes and was told someone would be in shortly. After 30 min in the room I poked my head out and was again told someone would be in shortly. I waited another 30 min in a chair in the cold room alone and finally just left. I am there because I feel miserable. I realize this is urgent care so if an emergency came in I can accept that (although I certainly didn’t hear that or see activity suggesting such) but I would expect someone to let me know. To wait an hour and never see anyone for absolutely no reason when the place was perfectly quiet and empty is outrageous and disrespectful. I want my co-pay back.

Nurse Walker was exceptionally engaging and attentive. She took the time to thoroughly understand my symptoms, medical history, prior medications, and potential triggers, ensuring a truly personalized approach to care. Her professionalism and compassion made the experience feel world-class—she is simply outstanding.
