DULLES URGENT & PRIMARY CARE

Went in for fiances visit when she was sick and it was such an odd appointment which didn't result in fixing the issue. The front desk was treating me as if I was a stranger with her and acted as if I was the issue with causing her sickness and asked her if she wanted "this guy" to go with her. Never had any doctors office treat me as if going with my family was an issue. The doctor had terrible bedside manners. When conducting the tests she was rude and acted as if we were too dumb or not paying attention to what she was saying. As if we were beneath her by going in. She made my fiance feel bad for going in, which is something a doctor should never do. On top of this, we went to see another doctor and had more tests ran to find out additional issues that this doctor missed.

I have used this urgent care three times in the past year and have had a great experience every time. The front desk staff is very friendly and the doctor is very attentive and knowledgeable. I have also never waited more than five minutes to be seen!

I went this urgent care may be 2-3 years ago. I had a injection and I paid what they told me. Today I saw a collection under my credit history and they destroyed my credit history. They opened 10 dollar collection to me. That’s not fair. You are telling me injection fee, I am paying it. Then you opened me a collection after 2-3 years later and destroyed my credit history. That’s not fair. How can it be? Really I do not understand!

Showed up around 5pm with what I suspected were broken ribs. I was taken back almost immediately, the doctor came to examine me within a reasonable amount of time and was very friendly and very thorough. Sent me back for X-rays, and the nurse that took the xrays was very competent and also incredibly kind. They told me I would be waiting for results for 15-20 minutes, we might have waited 15 before the doctor came back and told me the results. I was given very clear instructions for aftercare, was made aware of any potential complications and asked if I had any questions. My total time in there was maybe 1:15. Everyone was courteous and efficient. Will definitely be coming back if I ever have another situation that calls for urgent care.

Awesome experience. The nurses were friendly and the doctor that I saw was frank, to the point, and quick. Also thorough - I got in, out, and got my test results back right away. I'm feeling much better. SO much better than the emergency room or even the wait at my primary care physician. The paint is a little odd though - retina burning purple, but that's not really important 🙂 Maybe kids will like it?
