Inova Loudoun Hospital Emergency Room

Excellent ER team across reception, triage nurse, phlebotomist, ER Doc, radiology techs, and ER floor nursing staff. Extremely efficient triage procedures — took blood samples, swabs, and vitals right after check in and before being assigned to an ER doc and room. The entire team was compassionate, communicated clearly, and delivered the care I needed to get me out of pain and back on my feet. I can’t thank Dr Cooper and team enough for their outstanding patient care on a busy weekday night! ❤️‍🩹

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care my wife received at the Emergency Room of Inova Loudoun Hospital yesterday. She visited the hospital due to severe leg pain, but unfortunately, after waiting for a long time, she was seen by a doctor who appeared unprofessional. The examination was not thorough, and no effective medication or treatment was provided to relieve her pain. It is very disappointing because Inova Hospital is known as one of the advanced hospitals in the United States. Patients expect professional, attentive, and high-quality care, especially in emergency situations. However, our experience did not meet these standards at all. I strongly urge you to review this matter and improve the quality of care and professionalism of your staff to ensure that other patients do not face the same situation.

Was brought here a year ago for a medical emergency. This place took great care of me and everyone was beyond nice. The nurses were top notch.

If you have a straight forward problem, you will get help. If you have complicated problems then do your best not to go to the hospital. See your doctor or specialist first and get a plan in order before going to the ER. They didn't contact my neurologist for any guidance, then wouldn't provide the standard treatment for my issue. Be prepared to fight for the medical services you need.

Had to take my mother in for an extremely high blood pressure and the staff was incredibly kind and efficient. Take in was very quick, right on to bloodwork, scans, X-rays, etc etc. They were all very in-sync with each other and worked as a team. Also great to see that the nurses were either fluent Spanish speakers or understood enough to get by. Not obligatory but great perk to this hospital none the less. Got in around 6:30pm and was out by 10:30pm-sounds long but I’ve waited much, much longer elsewhere, with no where near the hospitality and care we received here. Thank you for all you do!
