Give this company a call for your windows! Today, a crew of five led by Carlos came out and replaced 17 windows in my home. They worked like a well-oiled machine, and the house has never looked better. Roland came out and gave me an honest, transparent quote after I had interviewed eight different companies—both big and small. Some of the larger companies gave me outrageous prices, but Roland saved me money while still delivering top-quality work that will last. He’s a man who stands behind his work, and that gave me complete confidence in choosing them. I cannot recommend this company enough! Look at the before and after!!

Roland and his Team completed a Provia front door and surrounding trim installation on my home and it looks stunning. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience working with Star Home Improvements. They were honest, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the process. There were some longer lead times for materials to arrive and Roland was proactive in communicating timelines and status. I even encountered a minor warranty issue after installation and it was resolved within a week. Would 110% recommend Roland and Star Home Improvements and would definitely use them again. This company is top-notch! The owner took considerable time helping us understand the functions and features of the replacement windows. We were initially considering a competitors product which involved a high-pressure pitch (this price only if you buy today). Star's salesman was not like that instead making only side by side comparisons of features and financing. The install crew were fantastic. We had settled on an install date just 3 weeks out but the installers called a few days ahead of time looking to do the install earlier due to weather considerations. We had to move the install out due to personal plans. On the day, the installers arrived just as their time window began (who does this?). Their action was poetry in motion. Polished, efficient and in less than 8hrs...done. A few days after the install, we began notice just how bad our old windows really were. The temperature drop from the front to the back of the house was gone. This time of year the thermostat is usually set at 74. After the install it feels warmer set at 72 and at 68 overnight. I am well pleased with this company as they model a level of integrity that is hard to find in the marketplace these days.

An absolutely phenomenal company that treats customers the way they should be treated. They replaced the windows in my entire home (11 windows) and did an amazing job. They also offer 0% interest financing same as cash options in various lengths, which the clock doesn’t even start for repayments on until installation. This was extremely helpful to me given the large purchase order to do my entire house at once. They are also extremely competitive (in some things 20-40% cheaper) from a pricing standpoint for the same product given they are a small company and don’t maintain substantial overhead. I saved literal thousands of dollars on my windows by going with them for the same product I almost purchased through another company. Roland was also very straightforward with me on all products and never tried to upsell me with things I did not need. He even told me when more expensive products were not worth it and provided me with all of the warranty information for various lines that they offer. He’s been working in this business for a long long time and his experience is evident in conversations with him. He and his wife own the company and they are wonderful. The installers that came were extremely professional, made sure to double check everything with me before installation, protected my house/floors during, and then cleaned up and had me check to make sure everything was good to go afterwards. Very hardworking crew and they did a phenomenal job. They also said they would be there between 8-9 in the morning on the day of installation and they were already out of their vehicle and ready to go when I opened the door at 8:02am. Most punctual group of contractors I’ve ever seen! I am also renovating my entire house top to bottom and one thing I’ve learned is that almost nothing is level or plumb, except my newly installed windows! Made putting my widow casing on extremely easy, which I greatly appreciated! From start to finish I cannot recommend this company enough. Nicest people. I went with the ProVia Aspect windows and they are gorgeous. They also capped the bay window and garage door surrounds for me with PVC so they will never rot again and did an amazing job! I’ll be calling them next year for a roof replacement.
