Shopped the night of 11/7 for jewelry. I was immediately profiled by an employee and followed during my shopping experience. It was clear she was trying to catch me stealing. How do I know? She was fake sorting and acting like she was putting things away but always watching me. She didn't realize I was watching her too. Not once when she was in my proximity was she "restocking" did she actually put anything away. She just kept her eye on me. It wasn't until I said out loud while on the phone that I knew she was following me that she jumped and immediately to another department and hid from me. But still in a position to see if I was doing anything. Do Better Nordstrom Rack

I had a really disappointing experience at this Nordstrom Rack. The cashier accidentally charged me twice for the same pair of shoes, and when I called to bring it to their attention, there was very little concern or urgency to fix the issue. I live an hour away, so going back to the store would be at least a two hour commitment for me. Despite that, I was told the only way to resolve it was to come in so they could check the cameras while I waited. There was no effort to offer an alternative solution or take accountability for what was clearly an employee error. I expected much better customer service from a Nordstrom brand. It’s frustrating that they wouldn’t do what it takes to make things right for their customer after a careless mistake on their end.

Nordstrom Rack across the street from Dulles Town Centre Mall. They have a large variety of items. What’s nice is you can order from their website and then return to this store. Ample parking in front of the store and other stores close and fast food close by.

This is my local Nordstroms Rack. They have a pretty good selection although, no high end items. I find that it's right within my budget so that's great. Although, you dont get perks with nordstroms rack, unless you are a card holder. Which is bogus and totally not cool. I'm a frequent spender and feel that I should be able to use my Nordy points here. Also, there's no price adjustments for items that you just brought that go on sale within the next week. Their rules state you have to return the item, they have to restock it and then you can purchase it again. So lame and so inconvenient, like what gives man. But when you bargain shop lole me, you do what you gotta do to get the sale. Besides that, it's a great location and good selection. For petite women and average size women, they have plenty options for you. For my plus size women, we can find things here and there, hit or miss.

My fiancée and I came in this past Saturday, 4/18, with about 30 minutes until closing. The store was packed! You could see the employees running around helping everyone — it was awesome. We immediately noticed the team effort from the moment we walked in. Every customer had different needs: some wanted specific styles, some were focused on looks, and others, like me, needed a wide and stable shoe. My fiancée needed something comfortable for walking since she’s on her feet a lot for work. It was great watching how well the employees interacted with everyone. We worked with Tori, and she was amazing — fun, knowledgeable, and clearly knew her shoe game. Her interaction with us and other customers was top‑tier. She was professional but also felt like a real person with a great personality. She genuinely cared about what would be best for our feet while also considering how we felt about the look of each shoe. She brought out several pairs and explained why each one could be a good fit. If a particular color wasn’t available, she offered alternatives and even checked other stores. So helpful! This was the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. This store is always great, and we will definitely be back!

I’m new to running and was recommended to go to this store by a friend, as I suffer from lower back pain and really want supportive shoes. I walked into the store and was not greeted. The lady helping another customer simply glanced at me. After a while of me standing around, she asked if I needed anything. However, the group that entered right after me was immediately greeted and the gentleman at the front counter who appeared to be free the entire time, approached them to assist. I was eventually approached and asked if I needed help by an another older woman( don’t know her name). but by that point I already felt overlooked, so I left. I understand stores get busy, but as a new runner, it made me feel overlooked and uncomfortable. I know I may not dress like a typical runner (because I’m not) and I am young. But I think everyone deserves the same basic level of acknowledgment and customer service. Everyone can try a new hobby.

Great time at the Puma demo. Had a good run, also. Won the Puma shoes in the raffle. Shoes are great. I am enjoying running in them.

My first time in the Ashburn location. Overall, nice store and excellent experience. Zach was awesome – very professional, knowledgeable, thorough in evaluation, super nice, patient, and provided great options. During checkout, I was ready to pay full price because the shoes felt great and the customer service was exceptional. To my surprise, it rang up with a fabulous discount, so I purchased TWO pairs! I definitely plan on coming back and highly recommend PR Run & Walk in Ashburn.

I was only able to get 1 pair of inserts for my running shoes at the Reston location, so they called a hold order into the location at One Loudoun in Ashburn. I felt a bit bad as that is the store that is close to home and I should have checked there first. However, Reston was close to another visit. They arranged for curbside pick-up but I masked up and entered to find Chris who was with another customer. I had a chance to look around the store and then he handed me my inserts. Will stop by again later to look at other good walking shoes. Very friendly and I hope this local store remains open.

This is a very nice DSW. They had a good selection of shoes for all family members. I took a video of the Men’s boots, to show the variety. Also took lots of photos of the Men’s shoes/boots to show the type of Men’s shoes they have at this location. They have Men’s casual (sneakers), work boots, hiking boots, and dress shoes. The employees were friendly on this visit, asking if I needed assistance (Two separate employees approached me). I will definitely go back to this location. The store was well kept, had a great variety of shoes and the staff were helpful.

Great selection of shoes and accessories. Organized store staff is very kind and helpful. Noreen provided a wonderful checkout experience with guidance on how to obtain coupons and setting up my account.

I stopped in to DSW to get a pair of dress shoes to wear to some job interviews. I am not at all picky when it comes to my clothes. I was looking for a pair of black shoes and only had a few to choose from. I figured a place that sells nothing but shows would have a bigger selection. I did manage to find a pair which cost me about $70. I can’t speak to their selection of non-dress shoes as I didn’t really look that hard beyond the dress shoes. The clearance section consisted primarily of large and small shoes sizes with little in between. I also needed a belt, which was found very easily. There was a good selection to choose from. For both the items, I spent just over $100.

The houses look well built with thoughtful designs. No list of what was standard versus an upgrade, realtor did not know. Club house and movie theater under construction so the amenities are future visions at this point. Most land plots have premium prices so houses could be 20% more expensive than the base price with premium lot and upgrades. Front desk personnel, Nicole, was nasty, and left a terrible impression of the community. Based on nasty personnel, expensive lots and constant music piped in, not sure if future vision will match sales vision.

Way too expensive for me and for normal people Shoes cost about 3 to 4 hundred dollars each I ran out. Ha ha I could buy two pairs of Nikes And two pairs of Adidas for those prices Just Saying

Just left the store and had to immediately write a review of what great service Samantha (Sam) gave me. she she greeted me when I walked in and let me know about the BOGO sale and found over a half dozen pairs of shoes for me to try on for an event tomorrow. She checked me out and offered me to join the club and got me $15 off due to awards points. then she said to enjoy my event tomorrow. Definitely above and beyond! This store is the definition of bait and switch! They have giant posters all over the inside and outside of the store for Buy One get One 1/2 Off. But when you get to the register you find out that there’s a whole list of shoe brands that only apply if they are more expensive than the other shoes? What?!!! That makes absolutely no sense. So because my husband bought $90 sketchers we were not eligible for the discount on my $60 Hey Dude Shoes. I will never step foot in another Off Broadway, I’m happy to pay full price for my shoes without the manipulative sakes tactics!

Good variety to choose from and good offers. If you want to exchange or return then keep the receipt orelse they will give you only store credit. I was surprised that they don’t even have a procedure to check the transaction using credit card number. Will avoid buying in future

Never had an issue until today. Was looking for Crocs for grandkids. Finally found a box! Problem was there was only 1 shoe in box. Other one on display? NO. Perhaps mixed in with other crocs NO. I was then told by an employee that they receive from the vendor 1 shoe in the box a lot!! Really? 1 shoe? Yes she said. That’s when i decided to go to another store where they receive 2 shoes per box…….a lot!! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Super deceptive sales – they advertised EXTRA 20% off on the door and all around the clearance rack and then wouldn’t honor it.

This store has a wide variety shoes ranging from sneakers to boots to flats, etc. I thought the prices were slightly high, specifically for the sneakers. Maybe they are exclusive to this store and that's why it is pricey, or they are newer stles. They have an amazing selection though.

Good selections, I was looking for work boots and they did have what I was looking for, however there were at least 4 to 6 store employees that pass by me and not even one of them said hello or ask me if I needed help.

Avoid this store please. My husband bought a pair of dockers shoes and wore them twice to office. We were surprised to see the soles are already starting to wear off significantly. I went back to the store today trying to return them and the manager wouldn’t return it, she said their policy is not to return worn shoes, well original shoes at not supposed to wear off after 2 uses only, If I had bought them from Dockers they would’ve returned them, so disappointed, When I said I won’t be back as a customer , she didn’t really care, they don’t mind losing customers, so never buying anything from there again.

I was searching for men's size 13 casual slip on shoe. Their prices were good but they didn't have what I was looking for.

Visiting Leesburg Outlets and looking for a comfortable Skechers I stopped by Famous Footwear Outlet rather than the Skechers Outlet as I heard they have better discounts. Found a really good pair that my PT Doctor approved and plan to start breaking them in soon. Lots of shoes and sneakers on display and good efficient service checking out.

What a mess! The girl working was on her phone the whole time, acted like helping was beneath her & made a smart remark when I asked about sizes. She looked like she just rolled out of bed & couldn’t care less. On top of that, the store itself was gross — the front door windows looked like they had dog snot smeared all over them 🤢 & there were way too many returns just sitting on the shelves. I don’t want secondhand shoes being passed off as new. Definitely not a place I’ll be coming back to…

Susan store manager seemed to be not happy to deal with customers. Not kind. Disrespectful. She did HUGE sigh when I went to pay another shoes. I don't know how she is manager and manage people

Manager had the worst attitude. Almost as if She was forced to work there. New Shoes had a scratch, I asked if I could have a new pair since this was of the display, or throw in a cleaning product, she rubbed it with her finger smh . The csr was brilliant though. Supervisor (kiran) was chill too. I recommend others to shop elsewhere. I know I'm not going to this place ever.

This store is complete trash. They said that my 2016 HyperDunks could not be traded or sold because they are "Not what we are looking for." Thus place is a shoe store where you can buy sell or trade shoes and I got to do none of those because this little store that is utter trash would not take my shoes.
