When my mother in law passed away, her funeral arrangements were all in a different state and a different funeral home. Brandon from Colonial was the one who came to her memory care facility to retrieve her. The gurney was covered in a very classy/classic fabric covered covering. Before we left, Brandon allowed us to say goodbye one last time before he brought her back to Colonial. When she was transported to the other funeral home, that funeral director said she was pleasantly surprised at how good my MIL’s condition was (this usually isn’t the case). My MIL looked beautiful. Colonial provides excellence in their care, professionalism, kindness, and empathy for the grieving family as well as for the loved one who has passed.

Colonial Funeral Home of Leesburg showed a lot of compassion and sensitivity for a very difficult time for our family. From our initial contact through the final farewell, everything was handled perfectly, which helped relieve some of the stress we were experiencing. Wonderful bird store! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable; I always learn something new when I go. The products are first- rate as my neighborhood birds can attest to; they empty my feeders on a regular basis, and I only fill the feeders with WBU food. I just wish I could buy everything in the store!

We stopped in after several years.to buy a new bird feeder, food and pole configuration for our bird house. Karen and the manager could not have been more helpful and creative. They took a lot of time in helping us figure out the best solution. They were great!

My cousin was in town and wanted to gift our daughter a bird feeder. He found Wild Birds through a Google search so we stopped by. I cannot remember the sales person’s name but I was surprised to see their tag said “in training”. The sales person was SO knowledgeable and helpful. They walked us through all of the different feeder options and food options. My daughter has been beyond obsessed with the feeder and all the birds who visit. I highly recommend stopping by!

The Ashburn store for Wild Birds Unlimited is fantastic. They have a huge selection of products and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are our “go-to” for taking care of our backyard birds!

Brandon C. Is such a great tech and representative for PMSI! Generally most of the techs have had been great to do our services. He always makes sure he does what he can to address whatever we have going on. We are on quarterly service plan but if anything comes up, we can contact PMSI and they will send him out in a timely manner. No one can keep all bugs and critters gone but we can tell they do a great service, don’t cheap out on product, and have some caring workers. Our pups even get some love from Brandon when he comes by.

We have been using PMSI for over a year and half now and cannot recommend their services enough. They are extremely accommodating to your schedule with their quarterly visits (even when you need to reschedule last minute). They send email reminders before visits and come out in between for FREE warranty visits if you notice any issues in the meantime. Greg has been our technician and he truly feels like a family friend at this point. He’s so kind and caring to our family and extremely diligent in his work. You can’t go wrong with PMSI!!

Megan has been servicing our home for almost 2 years. She is always timely, professional, and friendly. I love that PMSI sends the same person to our house every time so the technician knows the property and where things are located. We have had 3 different pest control companies over the years and PMSI is the best! They are also easy to schedule and customer service is great.

**Great Storage Facility and Excellent Customer Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I’ve had a great experience with Security Public Storage! The process is easy to understand, straightforward, and there are no hidden fees or unexpected surprises. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and professional. We also rented a U-Haul van through them, and the process was incredibly fast and convenient. The price was also cheaper than what we found at Home Depot, which was a huge plus. What really stands out to me is that this isn’t my first time using Security Public Storage. They were actually my first storage facility a few years ago, and I decided to return because of how great my first experience was. Back then, everything went smoothly with no complications, and I’m happy to say that my experience this time has been just as good. It’s nice to find a place that is reliable, affordable, and easy to work with. I definitely recommend Security Public Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility with great service and a hassle-free experience!

One of the best storage/U-Haul pick ups and drop offs I ever been to. Able was knowledgeable and made renting the U-Haul seamlessly. If you need a U-Haul, I would recommend coming to this location for easy pick ups and drop offs.

I really enjoyed how easy and fast my experience was was with renting a storage unit along with a U-Haul van to move my personal effects. I’ve enjoyed working with Crest Cleaners for nearly thirty years! I trust them and they do a great job. I especially rely on the home delivery service twice each week. A guy named Jesus is very reliable and pleasant when he picks up and delivers. Scheduling is all done through text so it’s very easy. Today I was missing an item in my order so I sent a note through the online portal, and within a few minutes I received a call from Francisco who found my item and handled my issue promptly and professionally. It’s very rare to have an item misplaced, but I’m glad to know that they handle it well when there’s an issue. Crest always has coupons so I find the service reasonably priced when I batch items together to save $10 off $30. Thank you Crest team!

Crest Advanced Dry Cleaners is TRULY the BEST that I have experienced from a reputable service in a long time! I appreciate that the Staff (e.g., Cohen, Connie, et. He explained all of the electrical work in a way that was easy to understand, including the importance of GFCI protection, current electrical codes, and the rules and regulations that help keep a home safe. What I appreciated most was that he never pressured me. Instead, he gave me several repair options, clearly explained the pros and cons of each, and helped me make an informed decision. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail gave me confidence that my home is properly protected. I had Matt in today, with Jonathan shadowing him, and they did great work! Every part of the process was explained to me – what was wrong, what that meant, what it was supposed to look like, and how to fix it. They originally came in for the yearly free maintenance check you get with a membership, but they found an issue with our water pressure system. They fixed it within a couple hours, and were out of my house by noon with a full comprehensive list of what they had done, how long it should last, and an easy expectation that if *anything* was wrong later, they would fix it (for free, up to a year later). Both young men were very helpful, friendly, and professional.

Gustavo Hernandez was excellent! Fh furr has always given us excellent service from plumbing to HVAC. The technicians are respectful of my home. They are very knowledgeable. I have been having issues with my sump for a while with three floods to deal with. No one seemed to know what the issue was and my last sump pump failed in less than a year. But today, Mr Hernandez was able to solve the problem and we are forever grateful. We have the home service plan and it has really paid off. They have a lot of availability and are great with communicating on the day of service.

His overall professionalism, humility, patience and ongoing explanations of each and every step of our project, was more than exemplary! Very happy with this place. The lady is extremely nice yet profesional. My husband got his tux there and it was the best tux he’s ever had. I got my pant hemmed them and put a rush on it. She didn’t charge me and she even took my wedding dress measurement for free. I found my go to tailor in Loudoun county❤️

Easily the best suit shop in the DMV! I rented a suit here for my best friend’s wedding, and the entire process was seamless. The suit arrived in just a few days, and they even handled the alterations right in front of me to make sure everything fit perfectly. The service was amazing from start to finish. I won’t be going anywhere else for future suits or fittings!

Had my wedding dress altered there May of 2026 and they did exceptional work even with a short window. They are professional and take a lot of time to make you feel like you are their only customer despite being very busy that time of year. My only recommendation would be for an expensive service make sure to clarify pricing details, as we had a slight miscommunication. It did not take away from how professionally I was treated even when we disagreed about a pricing detail, and they quickly made it right with me. Because of how I was treated I would highly recommend their work and 10/10 customer service.

This is our second season with Clearwater weekly maintenance service. We absolutely love these guys and look forward to their visit, almost like friends coming over. I called several months ago about my Honda Key Fob not working & a strange noise every time I lock the car. I was across town passing Baldino’s & decided to stop by. Richard had the BEST Customer Service you can get!! He was so polite & overall amazing mannerism! (Doesn’t help that he’s easy on the eyes either). But honestly I appreciated his help. And very unbelievable that he (told) me who my name was after I walked in..?! I parked, he opened the door for me & said “Carol, right?” Very unique, wonderful experience. Will absolutely recommend 😊
