Overall, I had a very positive experience at Patriot Harley-Davidson. I recently purchased a 2026 Road Glide, and my salesperson, Carter, made the process enjoyable from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured into buying anything. He took the time to understand my budget and helped me explore options that made sense for me instead of trying to upsell me. That level of customer service goes a long way and is something I truly appreciated. The one area I think could be improved is having the prices displayed on the motorcycles. Having to repeatedly ask for pricing while walking the showroom made the shopping experience a little more stressful than it needed to be. Clearly displaying prices would make it easier for customers to compare bikes and make informed decisions at their own pace. That said, the excellent customer service more than made up for it. I’d definitely recommend Patriot Harley-Davidson, and if you’re shopping for a bike, ask for Carter. He made the experience feel relaxed, honest, and enjoyable.

I’m super bummed to write this review because Justin aka "Bluto" was awesome! His customer service was on point and we walked the lot, looked at bikes for my riding style and his knowledge was impressive but, the purpose of my visit was to purchase an Indian Scout listed on the website. I had even called to confirm the bike was available with Sonya. However, the Indian couldn’t be sold from Patriot HD because the store is t authorized to sell it and they would probably send the bike to auction in Pennsylvania. Then why was it listed on their website and why would someone confirm the bike was available?? Sorry, I feel like someone internal to the store wanted it and I was being slow-rolled and that’s not cool.

After multiple recommendations I drove over an hour to bike shop here. Wanted to add another bike to my collection. Had a pretty good experience buying my 2026 Road Glide, but seems like it all ended once they got my money. My temp tag expired before my plate came in, which is completely understandable, DMV sucks. However, I started calling a week before the expiration date. Spoke with multiple sales reps, the sales manager, and the GM. Was promised an overnight delivery of new temp tag multiple times. Here I am over a week past the expiration of my temp and still no answers. Sales manager told me yesterday he would call me back in 15 minutes with an update. Phone call never came. Looks like Patriot is just another typical dealership that just wants your money, and once they have it they’re done with you. Update: another week later and my plate came in from DMV. The issue resolved itself thanks to DMV finally getting the plate sent, but still can’t give 5 stars due to how this situation was handled.

Update: Service Completed on 05/02/2026 Great Experience! Andres went above and beyond by picking up my bike from my house and making sure it got to the shop safely and that level of service really stood out. Kane was my main point of contact throughout the process. He stayed on top of everything, especially when we were waiting on the shorter cables to come in and made sure there were no unnecessary delays. Communication was consistent and solid the whole time. Big thanks as well to the technician, Shawn, who put everything together, awesome work! The bike came out exactly how I envisioned it. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their work. Also appreciate Beej for ordering the shorter cables and checking in on the progress along the way. Overall, the entire job took about two weeks, and the only real wait was on parts delivery. The team handled it professionally from start to finish. Highly recommend Patriot HD if you’re looking for quality work and a team that actually cares about getting it right. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As a new rider, I’ve been really excited about my 2021 Iron 883 and starting the customization journey. I recently stopped by midweek to pick up a helmet, and after my purchase, I went over to the parts department and met Beej. I shared a few ideas about the mods I wanted, and he immediately understood what I was trying to do. He didn’t just sell me parts, he took the time to walk me through everything and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. Instead of going to the Harley store closer to me, I actually drove back out to Fairfax two days later just to work with him again. Beej helped me put together a full setup, new seat, air cleaner, exhaust, lights, chain cover, tuner and cable, forward controls, handlebars, grips. etc. Then he personally walked me over to the service department, handled most of the coordination, and got me set up for my appointment next week. As a new rider, that level of support and guidance means a lot. He made what could’ve been an overwhelming process feel simple and exciting. Excellent experience! Beej really took care of me. Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking to customize your bike.

I want to start by saying Carter and Hunter were great to work with. They were cool people. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. * To begin, before purchasing, I called multiple times, exchanged emails, and scheduled an appointment after being told that the two motorcycles I wanted to see were at the dealership. I even called the morning of my appointment and was told they were still there. After driving to the dealership, I found out neither motorcycle was available. Since I had already made the trip, I decided to purchase a different motorcycle that was actually on site. Looking back, I wish I had walked away. * To seal the deal, I had a verbal agreement for a saddleman seat that I also wrote into my purchase paperwork. After the sale, I had to repeatedly fight with the dealership for several days to get them to honor that agreement. Luckily, talking to the manager directly and having him review the finance documents where I had written about the seat, he promptly ordered me one. * I was told the motorcycle would be fully detailed before delivery. When I picked it up, it still had bird poop all over it and clearly hadn't been cleaned or inspected. Before taking delivery, I also specifically requested that the air filter be cleaned, but that request was never completed. Even after returning to the dealership, the motorcycle still was not detailed as promised. * The day I got the bike, the dealership forgot to give me my temporary registration tag, so I had to return the next day. * The motorcycle was sold with tires that had visible sidewall weather cracking that was never disclosed. The condition was later pointed out by both my tow truck driver and another Harley-Davidson dealership that repaired my motorcycle. See the attached photo of the tire. I understand I purchased the motorcycle as is, but this seemed like a significant safety issue that should have been disclosed. * Within two weeks of purchasing the motorcycle, I experienced electrical issues and brought it back to the dealership. I was told it was probably just a low-voltage issue; the fault codes were cleared, and I left believing the motorcycle was fine. * About a week later, while riding to Laconia Bike Week, I broke down approximately six hours from home and never made it to the rally. The Harley dealership that repaired my motorcycle found the main fuse terminals were loose and replaced them. Including the tow, this cost me around $400 after I had already brought the motorcycle back to Patriot Harley the previous week and was told everything appeared to be fine. I’ve attached a photo of the motorcycle where I was stranded. * I repeatedly called and also stopped by the dealership to check on my permanent registration and verify they had my insurance information over the past month. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received an update. Today, I found out my tag had not even been shipped yet. As a result, I am unable to ride my newly purchased motorcycle legally. I’ve also attached a photo showing my expired temporary tag. I was told I cannot get another temporary tag. I bought this Harley to celebrate getting out of the Army after 9 years. I chose to buy from an authorized Harley Davidson dealership because I expected a higher standard of quality, preparation, and customer service than I would get from a private seller.
