A huge thank you to Kyle. I had a tire that needed to be changed immediately for my safety. He was very kind and proactive in finding a solution. He not only found a replacement tire, but also a spot to change it the same day. While I waited, I enjoyed the lounge in the shop. I'll be able to continue my motorcycle/camping trip with my dog. Excellent service. Thanks again. Mike and Luna.
I bought my dream bike ZX-10R from these amazing gentleman at Coleman powersports. Jayson and the rest of the team were nice, and approachable. Drove 3 hours to pick my girl up and when I got there I felt like we were all family. I loved my experience there. They answered any questions I had with experience and wisdom. Thank you! I will always keep yall in my heart. ❤️ #ridesafe
Your technicians gave me back a leaking motercycle when it was not leaking when I brought it in and refused to fix it. I brought it up before leaving and they blamed it on an old hose that I did not have replaced. 1) the hoses are not old 2) when I said it was possible that they accidentally yanked on them while working on the bike and damaged one i was told that that was impossible [so its impossible to make a mistake?] 3) when I got off work the day after I was able to look underneath the bike and the leak is comeing from the hose that your technicians had broke and spliced together with the wrong size hose 4) also your technicians did not tune the carb which was my only request when I brought the bike in. 5) Also my bike sat at your shop for 4 weeks after you recived the parts that you upsold me on, and I called every week being told every week that I was 2nd in line. I was also told the tec was going to be changed the 3rd week and that didn't happen. I have vidio evidence with date and time stamp of where the leak is comeing from.
I brought the wheels from my wife’s 2017 Kawasaki Vulcan S into this shop to have new tires mounted. The service department specifically asked me to bring loose wheels rather than the entire bike. Despite me handing them clean, undamaged wheels, they returned them with deep scrapes and several chips on the rims. Thankfully, I took photos of the wheels right before handing them over. Their "solution" and subsequent customer service have been a complete disaster: Used/Incorrect Replacement Parts: They ordered a replacement rim, but it arrived with a 3-year-old tire already on it. The shop initially refused to mount the brand-new tire I had actually paid for, claiming the old, used tire on the replacement rim was "fine." Mismatched Aesthetics: The replacement rim they ordered has an orange stripe, while the bike has a red stripe. (Noting the shop HAS the rim and called us to verify the VIN) Zero Accountability: When confronted about the mismatched stripe, the service department dismissively insisted they are "too busy with other projects," refused to fix it now, and told me they would get to it "when they get to it." Citing customer trikes in the shop. A Pattern of Terrible Service and Broken Promises This wasn't our first issue here. Prior to the tire debacle, we needed a state inspection to register the bike in Virginia, and also needed them to look at some saddlebag mounts. I called well in advance to schedule this, explicitly letting the service department know exactly what we needed. I confirmed a 4:00 PM arrival time over the phone, which the employee assured me was completely fine. When I arrived exactly on time, the staff completely flipped their story. They claimed they couldn't even look at the saddlebags because they were swapped, and then boldly claimed "we don't take appointments"—directly contradicting what I was told on the phone. This shop offers absolutely unacceptable service, lacks basic mechanical care, and treats customers with blatant disrespect. Save your time, your money, and your bike: go somewhere else!
As a first-time motorcycle buyer, I walked into the dealership with a mix of excitement and uncertainty—but that quickly changed thanks to Jayson. From the very beginning, Jayson’s friendliness stood out. We immediately connected over our shared backgrounds growing up in California, which made the entire experience feel relaxed and genuine rather than transactional. That personal connection made it easy to ask questions and be open about my inexperience. What really set Jayson apart though, was his knowledge and willingness to educate. He didn’t rush the process or try to push me toward something just to make a sale; he could've, he saw that I was ballin (cash was literally bursting from my pockets), but he didn't (lol). Instead, he took the time to explain the differences between certain bikes, what to look for as a new rider, and how to think about safety, comfort, long-term ownership, and the inevitable popularity I'd garner with the ladies. He broke things down in a way that was easy to understand without ever making me feel overwhelmed or out of place. By the time I made my decision, I felt confident—not just in the motorcycle I chose, but in my ability to start this new journey as a rider. That confidence came directly from the time and care Jayson invested in making sure I understood what I was getting into. Buying my first motorcycle could've been intimidating, but Jayson turned it into an exciting and memorable experience. I’m incredibly grateful for his patience, professionalism, and genuine approach to customer service and just being a good dude. Special shoutout to Jonah and Clayton for also helping me feel very welcomed and helping me during the closeout of my purchase--ya'll really are an outstanding team.
