Woofie’s® of South Riding-Aldie

Woofie’s has always taken wonderful care of our dogs! We’ve had different sitters over the years and they are all incredibly kind and communicative. They always do everything they can to provide coverage last minute if we need it. And on the couple of occasions when there have been issues (always on our end!) they’ve been committed to making sure that our pets get the care they need. I also love that they post photos of the pups!

We love Woofies of South Riding. We use them for grooming and dog walking. My dogs get so happy to see Michelle and she does a fantastic job grooming our doodles. Our dog walkers are amazing but I like to have consistency and Tom is our main walker. He is amazing with them and my boys love him. I like that Woofies South Riding tries very hard to schedule my boys with the requested groomer and walker and ensures to have a back up the boys have seen before. Definitely would recommend!!

I have been with Woofie’s for a few years and Ashley is great with my baby. He is very anxious and has had back surgery and she takes great care of his grooming needs.

We had a great experience with Woofie’s of South Riding-Aldie-Centreville-Chantilly and especially with Kylee, who took wonderful care of our Black Lab, Olivia. Olivia became extremely stressed while having her nails trimmed, and I really appreciated how Kylee handled the situation. Rather than simply pushing through to get the job done, she stopped and contacted us to explain exactly what was happening and asked whether we wanted her to continue with the rest of the service. That showed a great deal of professionalism, patience, and genuine concern for Olivia’s well-being. I was able to come out and help calm Olivia so Kylee could finish her nails, and after that, the remainder of the service went very smoothly. Kylee was patient and professional throughout the entire process, and it was clear that Olivia’s comfort and safety were more important to her than just completing the appointment. It is reassuring to know that when we entrust Olivia to Woofie’s, their team is paying attention to her behavior and will communicate with us rather than forcing her through something when she is clearly uncomfortable. We really appreciated Kylee’s judgment, communication, and care and would definitely recommend Woofie’s to other pet owners.
