I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Healy and Nurse Abbey throughout my IVF journey. Dr. Healy was incredibly supportive, kind, and compassionate during every interaction. She always took the time to listen, answer questions, and provide reassurance, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Her warmth and genuine care helped me feel confident and supported every step of the way. Nurse Abbey was equally amazing. She was consistently responsive, quick to answer messages, and always willing to provide reassurance whenever I had concerns or questions. Her support and attentiveness made a tremendous difference throughout treatment and helped me feel like I was never navigating the process alone. IVF can be an emotional and overwhelming experience, but thanks to Dr. Healy and Abbey, I felt cared for, informed, and supported from start to finish. I am incredibly grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and dedication to their patients.

Dr. Chason was incredibly personable and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand for me and my Husband, which made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. The front office staff was always friendly, and appointments were consistently on time. A special thank you to our nurse, Haley, who kept us informed every step of the way with updates, phone calls, and scheduling. She made our journey so much less stressful. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team and highly recommend Shady Grove Fertility!

I cannot thank Dr. Mae Healy and her team enough. She is, without question, the best and most compassionate doctor I have ever had. My victories were her victories and my losses her losses. I felt completely safe in her hands, and without her, I wouldn’t have my baby girl today. I also want to thank her incredible team, Katie, her nurse, and Toby who made sure every detail was seamless. In addition, I had a great experience with the front desk staff, nurses, and phlebotomists, who were always warm and kind during a difficult process. I was unsure at first whether to use a different clinic based on some not great reviews of SGF generally, but I’m so glad I trusted my gut and went with Dr. Healy’s team. I am forever grateful to them all.

Reading all of the amazing reviews about Shady Grove Fertility in Annapolis is encouraging, but unfortunately, my experience has been very different. I had high expectations for this office, especially based on the positive feedback I had heard about Dr. Mae Healy. Sadly, my experience did not meet those expectations. It has been months, and I still have not received any communication regarding my next steps or how to move forward with my care. The lack of follow-up has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. In addition, I am still owed a refund under the office's 100% refund policy, and I have yet to receive any updates regarding that as well. I am requesting that someone from the Annapolis office contact me as soon as possible to address these outstanding issues. I would appreciate prompt communication and resolution.

I don't have the words to express accurately how grateful I am to Shady Grove and to Dr. Chason and her team specially. I am currently writing this while my 5 month old daughter is busy napping away, and it's taken me that long, because there truly aren't words or thank you-s big enough to thank the team who helped bring your baby into the world. Dr. Chason was INCREDIBLE. She's kind, compassionate, invested in your care and extremely knowledgeable and those are just the highlights. My nurse Haley, was equally amazing. I never felt like a number at Shady Grove; the team shared in my disappointments and heartaches and celebrated with me when finally finally my greatest dream of being a Mom was coming true. EVERYONE at the Annapolis office was amazing. I also want to shout out my Financial Counselor, Latrice who was so helpful and I know answering questions about financing is not always the easiest. Thank you to everyone at Shady Grove for helping to bring the greatest gift of my life into the world.

Dr. Chason is truly exceptional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and always made me feel heard and supported throughout every step of the journey. Haley and the rest of the nursing and support staff were equally amazing. They were always kind, responsive, and patient even during the most emotional and overwhelming moments. Their encouragement and care made such a difference. Fertility treatment can be a stressful and deeply personal experience, but this team created an environment where I felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. Thanks to them, our baby girl arrived healthy, and we are forever grateful. I will never forget the role they played in helping us build our family.

Deciding to go to a fertility center is a scary and emotional decision. But, deciding to go to Shady Grove in Annapolis was the best decision we made! Dr. Healy was incredible through our experience and put us at ease during the process. Every doctor, nurse or staff we engaged with was incredible. We received so much information through the process and had every question answered.
