Dr. Zanageneh is an outstanding endocrinologist. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely takes the time to listen and understand his patients. His treatment approach has made a huge difference for me and truly given me a new quality of life. I also really appreciate how supportive and helpful he is and how well organized the entire practice is. The staff is always friendly, communication is easy, and everything runs smoothly. I’m very grateful to have found Dr. Zanageneh and would absolutely recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zangeneh's for just about 17 years even driving from Lancaster, Pennsylvania for my appointments for nearly 10 years before relocating back to Virginia. That long distance driving in and of itself gives proof of the kind of wonderful doctor I found him to be. His very professional and knowledgeable care of me has been a true blessing. His straight forward no-nonsense approach is exactly what I needed to keep me on the straight and narrow with my diabetes. I have followed the advice and treatments he has given me and have benefited greatly from it. Dr Zangeneh is not the kind of doctor that sugar coats or beats around the bush when giving advice and I found that I really like and respect him for that. I would without question recommend him to others who are diabetic seeking to find not just a good doctor but one who is exceptional!

I came to Dr. Zangeneh in bad health, way overweight, HBP, diabetes and more. My numbers were way out of control. After about a year and a half under his treatment I was under control with good number and now fast forwarding to three years I have reduced some medications and continue to have great numbers. He is not for the faint at heart or people who make excuses for being in poor condition, but he will help you get better if you are a willing participant! No regrets and life is good now! seriously ridiculous and unprofessional practice; doctor was almost an hour late to the appointment and yelled the entire time. his speaking voice is so loud that the entire office will no doubt hear your entire conversation, so don’t bother coming in hoping to discuss anything just between you and the doctor discreetly. overall a useless appointment, Dr. Zangeneh googled something, i watched him write down the ai generated google overview onto a piece of paper which he then gave to me and sent me out. he scolded the staff at the front desk right in front of me for making the appointment in the first place and told me my insurance were idiots for telling me to go to an endocrinologist for my issue. to be honest, i never really got to explain all my multiple reasons for the appointment at all, since before i could get past the first one he had already started yelling at me and belittling me. there’s a difference between being "no nonsense" or "to the point", and being a straight up bully and condescending your patients for daring to seek your help. overall, this is genuinely the worst doctor i have ever had to deal with, so i was just shocked to the point i felt it necessary to leave a review, when i usually don’t. please, if you must, find a more qualified doctor. this practice will waste your time and take your money.

Dr. Zangeneh has been my endocrinologist for over 20 years. He is an amazing doctor and a wonderful person. He guides his patients and treats them like family, truly caring about their health and well-being. I highly recommend Dr Zangenah.
