Catherine Ellis, M.D. - Endocrine Health and Wellness

Dr. Ellis is an amazing doctor. I have been going through a very difficult time losing so many family members to cancer and at times felt I could not think calmly. Lately someone dear to me is very sick and it tears me apart. Dr. Ellis has the ability to understand my feelings. She has the ability to clearly communicate technical expertise. She explains my options clearly and never makes me feel rushed. I have been in a fog for quite awhile, stressed and worried, but this last visit with Dr. Ellis made me feel informed and cared for. I'm grateful for her warmth and compassion. She has made my scary health situation feel manageable. I feel so lucky to have her as my doctor.

I had an amazing experience via televisit this morning with Dr. Ellis. Her friendly & professional manner set the stage for an excellent & informative appointment. I was impressed by her personal interest in my situation and the needed changes I need to follow going forward. We not only adjusted certain meds but also discussed how to better manage my insulin injections. I felt personally cared for, not rushed and so thankful for her thoroughness. I highly recommend Dr. Ellis.

I can’t say enough good about my experience with Dr. Ellis. My primary doctor sent me to her when my labs came back with some irregularities. She said she’d need more tests done but was pretty sure that I had a tumor on my parathyroid. Turns out she was exactly right. She sent me to the best surgeon and within a couple months, I had the surgery and I’m now feeling great. She is still monitoring my lab work and helping me with my weight loss journey. I feel like her care is all encompassing. She would spend quite a bit of time with me and I never felt rushed. Now a days this is rare. The office staff is always helpful and pleasant even when they are overwhelmed. I felt really well taken care of at this practice and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their help. I cant say enough about this practice. Dr Ellis saved my life. I had severe out of control diabetes. I’m now healthy and it’s thanks to her. She’s an amazing Dr. takes her time to explain everything to you. Amanda Thatcher is also awesome. She’s so sweet and she too knows what she’s doing and has also been instrumental in helping me. I would recommend anyone to this practice. Also the front desk staff super helpful and friendly.

Dr. Ellis + the Endocrine Health and Wellness Team are truly one of a kind. Dr. Ellis made my newfound journey in the diabetes realm all the more easier. She is reassuring, cares for her patients, and is constantly bringing up best practices and ideas of how to manage my diabetes and A1C. And the rest of the team is amazing too. Everyone is always helpful, polite on the phone and in person, and kind. I appreciate Dr. Ellis and the Endocrine Health and Wellness team more than they know!
