Inova Endocrinology - Filigree

I was honestly a bit nervous coming here after reading some of the previous reviews, but my experience ended up being better than expected. My wait time was reasonable, which I appreciated. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and didn’t make me feel rushed, which made a big difference. The front desk staff were fine—not overly warm or welcoming, but professional and efficient enough. Overall, while it may not have been an exceptional experience, it was certainly not a bad one, and I’m glad I gave the office a chance despite my initial hesitation.

I was referred to this group from a friend. When I called they would not schedule an appointment with me unless I had a referral. My insurance does not require a referral but they did not care. I understand now why everyone rates them so low. The person on the phone did nothing to try to help, in fact it felt like she was trying to do everything she could to not make an appointment for me. I finally said it sounds like I need to find another practice and her response was "yes". WOW - I feel sorry for their patients. These people clearly do not care.

Dr. Gandhi is amazing. He's incredibly smart and will make sure you get the answers you need to be healthy

I called for an appoint with Dr. Gandhi. I was told he’s not taking new patients. No problem. After an awkward pause, I said can you recommend one of the other doctors. Her response was I can’t recommend any because they’re all good. I then asked who is taking new patients. The response was we are taking new patients but we’re booked out into 2025. ZERO help. Perhaps saying the next available appointment with doctor "x" is on "x" date does that work for you would be a better approach. It was as if I was distributing her day. Perhaps I dodged a bullet. My goodness.

This place is the worst! Extremely unprofessional and no accountability. I made my follow up appointment a year ago. About 2 week ago, the office left 2 voicemails asking to change my appointment time. I ignored it because I could not change the time. After an email (see below) from them, I called back to say I could NOT change my appointment time. Guess what?! They changed my appointment time anyway!!! They denied changing my appointment and did not apologize . If I could give it zero star, I would. I will not go back.
