WYRD RYDS - E Scooter/E Bike Sales and Service

They were very kind to me when the e-brake fix didn't go according to plan. The brake levers are still a bit finicky and the ebrake often catches -- I just make sure it's fully disengaged when I need to otherwise it shuts down the power to the scooter (A Nami Super Stellar). They didn't do the other things they said they were going to do like tighten up the stem and put a cable management sleeves over the cables -- I had brought in some spare silicone sleeves just in case but the young fella who took the order said they would take care of it. However, I commend them for making up for it, monetarily. I hope they can improve/be more consistent given the other reviews -- I have a feeling I hit them at the wrong time -- and/or they didn't take the proper notes when I came in). For me they are the only official game in town since they are the only official Nami supplier in the area. Alas, I live over 50 minutes drive away which they knew coming in.

Took my son’s electric scooter her because it was making a loud squeak. They fixed it while waiting. We have another scooter with worse problem and we discussed it while we were there. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and his honesty will save me money, as i know more about our e-scooters. Highly recommend!
