I was excited to go to a hobby shop for the first time in two years. Went in with my kid and was having a good time until a shorter cashier with brown hair says "I only like kids who aren’t whining and all kids whine" while we are next to the checkout line. This happened on April 26 2026. I am extremely disappointed that being in the store with my kid made my family feel unwelcome.

DJ Shivish was the perfect choice for our wedding anniversary celebration! He read the room beautifully all night, mixing in a great blend of Bollywood hits, smooth lounge tracks for the quieter moments, and high-energy bangers that kept everyone on the dance floor. He knew exactly when to shift the vibe — whether it was time to slow things down or get the whole crowd moving. Communication leading up to the event was smooth, and he showed up prepared and professional. Our guests are still talking about how great the music was. Highly recommend DJ Shivish for any special occasion — he helped make our anniversary truly memorable!

ShiVish Ent. was our wedding DJ in June 2026, and we really had such an amazing experience working with the entire team from start to finish. The team listened to all of our requests, handled our last minute changes with ease, and it was just such an easy process to communicate all our music choices, tastes, and styles for each wedding event. On the wedding day, DJ Shiv absolutely delivered, and the guests had an absolute blast during our Baraat in which we had a Dhol player and an emcee from the team. They all made the entire day celebrations so much fun. The dance floor was packed, we didn't see anyone sitting down from the start of open dance floor, which is the best we could have hoped for. DJ Shiv really knew how to take my and my husband's music styles and play music the entire day/night that matched the energy of the room and made all our guests happy. We couldn't have asked for a better team to help bring our celebration to life!

From the very beginning, the ShiVish team was incredibly organized, responsive, and easy to work with. Leading up to our wedding, they communicated promptly and helped us thoughtfully plan the music for every important moment of the day. On the wedding day, Vish absolutely CRUSHED it as our DJ!!!! The music, playlists, and transitions were perfect. Riju was our MC, and his energy was unmatched—he did an amazing job building excitement, engaging our guests. Riju and Vish kept our dance floor PACKED all night! So many of our guests have told us how much fun they had and how much they loved the music and MC. The ShiVish team truly made our wedding unforgettable, and we are so grateful they were part of our wedding.

Our DJ team was such a highlight during our wedding day! From our traditional morning ceremony to our evening reception, they were professional, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. Our morning ceremony involved very specific music cues that aligned with different parts of our religious traditions, and they handled everything flawlessly. They were incredibly detail-oriented and so patient throughout the planning process, especially with our family, who understandably wanted to make sure every song happened at exactly the right moment. They listened carefully, reassured everyone throughout the process, and executed everything perfectly. Knowing they had every detail under control allowed our families to be fully present during such a meaningful ceremony. Our reception in particular was memorable. The LED wall they designed was one of the biggest talking points of the night. They worked with our decor team to create custom animations that flowed with the music and transformed the dance floor into such an immersive experience. It looked incredible and made the entire reception feel unique and energetic. What impressed us most, though, was how well they read the room. Our guest list was very diverse, spanning multiple generations, cultures, and backgrounds. We had lifelong Bollywood fans alongside guests attending their very first Indian wedding, and somehow they created a playlist and atmosphere that had everyone excited, engaged, and out on the dance floor. They perfectly captured the vibe we were hoping for and kept the energy high all night long. If you're looking for a DJ team that is detail-oriented, creative, collaborative, and knows how to create an unforgettable celebration, we couldn't recommend them more highly!

Very discouraged today. I went to your Hallmark store to purchase a Rosh Hashanah card. There were none in the store. A very helpful and professional sales lady named Ashley informed me there were none in the store and mentioned someone else had asked about them. She was kind enough to let me know there would be Rosh Hashanah cards in January during the regular new year. Honestly, Hallmark, Rosh Hashanah cards in January is literally like Christmas cards in April, too late for this year and too far away for next year. Very disappointed, especially when I see all types of other cards that are available for purchase. I know you know better Hallmark, because I have purchased from you before. Kudos to Ashley she’s doing her best.

The staff is always ready to help a customer even if they're very busy. This store always has a great selection of cards and seasonal items. I love this location!

They were so incredibly helpful when I was looking for a graduation teddy bear. I had gone to 10 different stores and they called the other hallmark in leesburg for me. They were soooooo sweet.

This Pet Supplies Store is awesome! I went to the store early Friday, March 20th, 2026 morning. I believe the individual who helped me was Christine. She was absolutely fantastic! She greeted me right at the entrance when I walked inside the store. I told her I was rescuing a cat today and had a list of items I needed; I also mentioned how I was on a time crunch due to a work meeting I needed to attend. Without even hesitating, Christine said, "No problem, let's go" and walked the whole store with me helping me with every item. Not only was Christine so knowledgeable [both as a store operator and personal owner of a cat], but she was so kind, respectful, conscious of my budget constraint, and amazing at every step of the way. Christine was the exact type of person I was hoping to run into inside the pet store, which felt very daunting and intimidating at first to me, as I have never owned a cat. Through Christine's thoughtful and considerate approach though, I was done with getting everything in about 15 minutes or less; I thought it would take me over an hour! Christine deserves a raise, promotion to management, and should be a role model for new trainees, other store operators, and customer service in general, as she exemplifies the best in all of us. Two thumbs up for her and this specific Pet Supplies Plus that has everything I needed!

Great store all around! Christine and all the staff are awesome folks and always helpful. This location has a decent selection of cat food and treats, especially the varieties of Delectables and Churus I normally don't see in other stores.

Poor management! Dog wash being monopolized by 2 adults while only using 1 wash. Reported to management and they did nothing. Not the first time this has happened. Other customers cutting their dogs hair and taking over an hour. Employees never enforced their policy. Never waste time or $ in that store ever again.

The cats that are for adoption are in a dirty cage, the sandbox was full of poop and the smell coming from the cage was unbearable. It is so sad because while the employees were talking and hanging out, that is okay, they could have been cleaning the sandbox and the cage as well. My husband and I brought attention to it talking to the employees, we hope they can start to clean the cats’s space and sandbox more often

This store is smaller than chantilly. Apparently they have a mobile vet here that you can take your pets to. I came here for some Earth Animal chicken Jerly that is on sale, and my girls eats about 1 bag a day. They also have the aquarium Graceland vacuum which they have.

My daughter in law had ordered a huge pickup and catering order and I was sent to pick it up. Ren made it a point to talk to the bakery so that I wouldn't have to go in to pick up the catering order. The catering guy (sorry don't remember his name)brought it out and both were very careful to make sure that everything was placed safely on my car. Big hugs to them ,,❣️

I lost my receipt less than an hour after making my purchase, so I went to Customer Service to ask for a copy. Instead of helping me, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to assist. He claimed I needed a membership just to get a copy of my receipt and told me I would have to contact corporate instead. That makes absolutely no sense for a purchase that had been made less than an hour earlier. What disappointed me the most was that no one even tried to find a solution. Good customer service is about helping customers, not making excuses or creating unnecessary obstacles. This was a very frustrating experience and one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve had at Harris Teeter.

As a local Realtor, I’m constantly asked for recommendations, and the Harris Teeter in Ashbrook Shopping Center is always at the top of my list. The store is consistently clean, well-stocked, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I regularly refer my clients here because I know they’ll be well taken care of. A special mention to Joel in the pharmacy—he is like family to us and provides the kind of personalized care that is hard to find. This is exactly the kind of local business I love pointing my clients toward!

This place been my go too for the last 15 years I enjoyed it over the years I love there sales and the people work there very nice great prices when stuff on sale it’s amazing big place you will find everything you need it use to ope 24hrs but after Corona they start closing early I can understand they want to save money it’s hard on everybody now my daughter use to go there with her friends when she wan in high school late at night for a snack it was so my fund for them really like the place and there sales

Always able to find what I need and great deals. I use the points towards gas, that's another great saving and reason why I shop here.

20260405 Took a bit to figure out where the pick up paking it… keep following the signs for pick up parking. It is on the right side of the building behind a covered metal staircase. The employees came out fast and was very polite. The veggies were fresh. This Whole Foods is conveniently located off Rt 7. I will probably pick up my groceries here from now on since Summer heat is around the corner, too hot for delivery.

I would like to know why they let employees lie down in the social areas of the supermarket. I don't think it gives a good image to the establishment

I absolutely love shopping at the Whole Foods in Reston. They consistently offer top-notch products, and the variety is incredible. One of my go-to items is their organic rotisserie chicken—it’s always perfectly cooked, flavorful, and makes for a great, easy meal. I’m also a big fan of Maple Hill milk, which is hard to find at many other stores, but Whole Foods always has it in stock. You can truly taste the difference in the freshness and quality of their organic and natural offerings. The staff is friendly and the store is always clean and well-organized. Definitely my favorite grocery store in the area!

Whole Foods seems to be hit or miss, this one is definitely a hit. They’ve got a salad bar that’s incredible, and amazing warm food bar that changes throughout the day. Starting with breakfast of course but the food is really good. Their fresh baked bread is better than anything you could get at the normal grocery store. And their cheese selection is pretty expensive, considering the small area in the store. The meat counter is fine, not exceptional but it’s OK. Doesn’t seem as if they deal in much prime grade beef so expect choice grade for the most part. The produce department is solid, everything seems really fresh for the most part. Occasionally they have some questionable vegetables but nine times out of 10 it’s a solid choice. Tons of craft beers if that’s your thing, none of the big namebrand beers so just be prepared for that. The wine selection is great, and though most of their groceries are higher priced than a typical grocery store the wine selection seems to be reasonable in terms of price. They also have a large Amazon return section, that is well staffed and pretty seamless for returns. Really nothing bad to say about this location, it’s the nicest Whole Foods I’ve ever been in.

This is, by far, the worst Whole Foods I've been to. The food bar is predominantly junk food and never has any variety. In contrast, every other store has fish and a much wider selection of non-fried food and boneless chicken. The soup bar is poorly stocked; popular soups are frequently empty. Same goes for the bakery. Complaints to management go unanswered. Visit Wegmans instead.

I would like to recognize Catherine at the Giant grocery store for her outstanding customer service. She was very pleasant, patient, and professional during my visit. Catherine went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and her positive attitude truly made the experience enjoyable. I also wanted to provide a little constructive feedback regarding Aisha in customer service. While she was helpful, I believe a little m more polish and warmth in how she responds to customers would make interactions feel more welcoming and professional. Customer service tone and delivery can make a big difference in the customer experience. Overall, thank you to the team for your hard work and dedication.

What a disaster! I purchased apples they were so hard even after 1 week they never changed week 2 I threw them out baseball hard and no change at all, yeah no thanks. Grapes were in the plastic clam shell container, full of bugs! Moving black bugs! Threw those out as well. Navel oranges found 2 spoiled ones in my bag! Threw those out as well. I saw on the website they had certain other fruits but of course it was not there. Wasted time money and hope on this trip. Really don’t feel I will be going back to this or any other Giant. Thank goodness there’s various options for groceries in the Ashburn/Leesburg area or I’d be out of luck.

This is not the best Giant location. The produce often seems a few days old, and items like parsley and cilantro frequently look wilted or not fresh. The positive side is that if you find an associate and ask, they’re usually helpful and can bring fresher items from the back. However, customers shouldn’t have to go through the hassle of asking — fresh products should already be available on the shelves.

I think this is one of the worst locations available in Ashburn. Many things are often out of stock. And the produce does not look well most days. I've been disappointed more times than I can count. Unfortunately it's the closest one to my house.

Our local Giant Food in Ashbrook Commons Shopping Center is a true staple in my weekly routine. While the store is always clean and well-organized, the fantastic staff and managers are what really makes the experience stand out. From the friendly greeting at the door to the efficient checkout, you can tell the team here truly cares about the community. It’s my go-to spot for everything from a quick weeknight dinner to hosting a weekend BBQ. Thank you for providing such great service and quality right here in the neighborhood!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This store is an absolute disaster. No matter what day of the week you go here, the aisles are blocked by inventory carts with products yet to be shelved. You can't even walk down them to see anything. The last time I was there, maybe 2 aisles were free of the carts. In contrast, the store in Sterling is immaculate, wide open aisles, neatly organized. Its a shame bc this location is convenient to my house, but at this point I will do my shopping in Sterling. The company should be embarrassed. I dont even know how this store is allowed to stay open, it certainly isn't ADA compliant.

Dollar Tree offers budget-friendly options, but it's hit or miss. While some items are great deals, others lack quality. The store's organization could be improved, making it challenging to find specific items. However, their variety is impressive, and occasional hidden gems can be found. Overall, an average experience. ⭐⭐⭐

I have never in my life seen such a mess. Today is 11/14 and there are still Halloween decorations stacked in the corner that were never put out. You cannot get through this store or even shop in it. There are boxes piled as high as the shelves everywhere. You cannot even get down the last aisle. Total fire hazard. If this building caught fire and people needed to be evacuated it would be scary. A uboat blocked the entire back and side entrance. This place is in need of new management.

The store associate ANGEL is very very rude. I requested him to remove an item that was scanned. He started arguing that I should have made my mind earlier It is very difficult to cancel. Store manager will ask questions etc. is it this bad Really. Very rude.

This store is not ADA compliant and does not allow someone in a wheelchair to shop. The store was so messy and disorganized that you cab barely find product. Please either hire more people or assign workers to organize stock. All people disabled or not should be able to shop this store

This is because I appreciate the efficiency in keeping customers updated about their medications. In my case, I experienced a slight delay in refilling the prescription, but they clearly outlined why and provided me with the exact pickup time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I got an email saying my prescription was ready but when I got to the store I found out it was "on back order and we don't know when it will be ready" and "there's nothing we can do about it." I put in the refill request a week ago. This is a medication I'm supposed to be taking twice a day. If my insurance was accepted at a different pharmacy I would stop going to Walgreens.

Always super helpful and friendly. I'm usually in and out in a jiffy. I get what I need and I'm always welcomed with a smile. What more could I ask for?

the staff at the pharmacy is so rude. the younger staff working at the pharmacy has been very very sweet and they have always helped. It’s the older staff members who have been consistently rude to me when I have been nothing but polite. I think it was one of the older manager ladies who was rude and another one working as well. It would make sense for them to have been rude to me if I was also mean or snappy or anything, but I wasn’t anything even close to that. It’s so sad that some people have the ability to treat people like that.

BEST Walgreens I have ever visited. So friendly and efficient. I was visiting from out of town and they got my prescription transferred to them snd filled it……and they did it while I was there.!!!!!

I won't write a bad review for this store, but I'm going to just try to shed a bit a light on what needs to be improved – the attitude of the older gentleman. I was there when the store opened to get 20 balloons blown and when I came in I felt like my request was a problem. He seemed annoyed that I had not placed an order, and just off putting. I really wanted to confront his attitude but didn't want to risk him not getting my order done or any confrontation. I was the first customer of the day – how are you so cranky with the first customer and I was nice. I'm in the service industry so to be greeted in the way just felt bad. Two young ladies who work there – I hope this work ethic does not rub off on them. They seemed delightful – older gentleman – please be nicer to your customers.

I truly feel sorry for the employees at this store. The older man, who appears to be either the manager or owner, is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant. His behavior toward customers is completely unacceptable, and it’s clear he lacks basic respect for both customers and staff alike. After this experience, I can confidently say I will never shop here again. I’d rather go out of my way and drive further than have to deal with him again. What’s even more concerning is how poorly he treats his employees. Watching the way he interacts with both customers and staff was uncomfortable and disheartening. Based on the numerous reviews describing similar encounters with this same individual, it’s astounding that Corporate hasn’t taken action. His negative attitude seems to affect everyone around him, and it’s truly unfortunate that such behavior is tolerated in a customer-facing business. I hope something is done to address this, for the sake of the staff and future customers. As for us, we will never shop there again as long as he is associated with the store.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. I was trying to buy balloons hoping to get guidance from the employees but an older man was nothing but rude and impatient. He said something to another employee about my "back and forth" when I just asked for more time to keep looking. Luckily another employee came in to help me. I felt more of a bother than a customer and will think twice before coming here again.

Poor experience today. Walked in with my daughter to grab a few things and while I was shopping, an older gentleman accused my daughter of touching things, when in fact she was not. He was very rude. I mean it’s not like this place had expensive items but either way my child knows not to grab things unless she asks me first. I went upfront to talk to the cashier and she was friendly and helpful when I made my complaint, she told me he was the store manager. I was surprised to hear that, considering his lack of customer service skills. I will skip this place and go to party city next time.

Sandy and Shyla (not sure of the spelling) were truly amazing!! Their customer service was the best I’ve encountered in years!! I had originally placed a huge online order for same day pick up. The system glitched and changed my order. Sandy called me and tried to resolve the issues immediately. The moment I came into the store both Sandy and Shyla were super positive, kind, patient, and had multiple solutions for me to pick from. They put me at ease and I ended up cancelling the order and placing a completely new one at the store. Their exceptional expertise had me comfortably step back and have them take full creative control of my order. And I’m glad I did that because the balloons and sweet 16 theme came out better than my original order!! This rating is just for those 2 amazing Ladies because without them this store would truly have a huge loss!! Their customer service makes up for the lack of variety in products that other similar stores have.
