I’ll update if anything changes drastically over the course of my lease but so far so good. The sales rep who walked me through my lease was professional and explained each item very well. The online chat assistant (David) was also helpful for more minor concerns. Al the guy who manages the Ashburn location was very polite and helpful. I bring my own Ammonia free (Tints of Nature) made in England; hair color. Ms. Amina has been doing my color & cut since 2018. She does a GREAT job and a very pleasant person. I think this is a GREAT place and every one is so nice.

We went to Momo & Grill roadhouse and the food is pretty good and the decor and ambience is warm and cozy. Service was excellent. They do add 20% tip automatically and add also add card processing fee to Sales tax on the tab

I had the steak and eggs for brunch. It was good however that cut of meat had more fat around it more than usual which made it less enjoyable. The service was good. The atmosphere was chill and relaxed. The way things are now prices are up everywhere so I’m not surprised to pay almost $100 for 2 people. I would recommend this restaurant to others. The staff is very friendly.

I stopped by Valvoline in Ashburn today (6/23/26) for multiple services and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely focused on taking great care of both me and my vehicle. They handled everything efficiently while keeping me informed and comfortable throughout the visit. I really appreciated their hard work, friendliness, and attention to detail. We have been taking our cars here for a few years and it has been a great experience. The staff is knowledgable, friendly and the prices are fair with no attempt to upsell but simply inform you of what is needed for manufacturer suggested recommendations. If they can’t perform a service they are upfront and honest. Great team and highly recommend.

Came in for a long overdue oil change and the staff was all exceptional and courteous. But most importantly for me, they informed me of the options that I had for services I needed done, but did not pressure me into getting everything right away. They just gave me all the information and made suggestions.

Joanna and Jaimonte definitely know what they are doing. I get an oil change every couple of months and no one has ever provided such excellent service. My car also sounds better 🙂 thank you!!

It was my first time, at Valvoline I thought I only needed an oil change so I went in price is 105-110. At Walmart it’s 30-60 depending on type of oil with hours of wait time 2-4 hours even with an appt. While Valoline is a little more, you stay in car and they walk you through everything- I mean every single thing! No matter how small or big, no charge for checking and educating you!! Who does that?! I got oil change. They scanned my vin, and oh boy- red here and there. I found out I have 2 filters in the car that were original manufactured (I thought Walmart had changed on last service- they didnt!) NICK showed me the proof! He also suggested other services and at 4:45pm was honest with me about leaving at 5pm and my tire rotation was needed but he worked with his tech to ensure I could give it some time. HELLO TEAMWORK! HAI- was fast and a genius. I felt like a minutes had passed but he did hours of work! Fluids changed, oil and radiator and engine stuff and on top blades. I felt like a pit crew was IN ONE MAN! Why you would trust anyone else doing services behind closed doors while you wait is now a thing of the PAST. if I pay for work, I need to see the receipts. Why wouldn’t you want to show your customer, Why….not? GOODBYE other places, HELLO VALVOLINE. VERYY HAPPY! Don’t waste your time hours and hours, pay for the quality and fast service that IS AVAILABLE AND DOABLE. VALVOLINE PLEASE come to Northern VA we deserve you!

The gym charges top-tier rates, but it lacks the extras—no pool, no spa, nothing that justifies the high price compared to other gyms. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars, is because it wasn’t very crowded when I went in and they told me it was their peak hours.

I love the atmosphere of the mall. The parking is, however, limited. If you are visiting the mall visit Patel Brothers. That place is one of the great places to buy groceries.

The complex has groceries, restaurant and service center

This shopping center is kept clean with very few potholes are cracks in the pavement. The parking lot can get pretty packed during peak shopping hours at Patel brothers and if the shop gym is having an event. Multiple food vendors as well as nail salon, barber, dry cleaner, auto zone and gas station.

Look – it is a strip mall just like thousands of others all over the world. It is exactly 💯 as expected, no more and no less. Given that, three stars 🌟 seems appropriate and it is not a knock. It is simply an indication of the ubiquitous nature of the type.

I took a day trip to travel and eat the fish from this place. I'd seen a repetitive tiktok video of a girl eating the delicious looking fish sandwich and fish. So I scheduled a trip around trying it. The service persons were welcoming, this isn't a review about them, this is solely about the fish. The cod. The cod fish is iffy anyway, it can go bad very fast if it's not prepared properly. This cod was bad. My feelings were hurt. It was ridiculously greasy and burnt. There's a difference between extra crispy and burnt and when you mix it with bad cooking oil it even worse. I had watched the young lady eating hers with pure envy and desired the same experience. I went to the Ashburn location. I can't tell you how much this was a disappointment. The taste was very off and unfortunately I wasted my hard earned money for greasy unsatisfactory pieces of fish. The tartar sauce was absolutely delicious. The fries were cooked in the same oil or old oil. The 2 stars is for the hostess and the tartar sauce.

Well renowned chef – Rupa Vira opened her second Indian cuisine – "Celebration – the moden Indian cuisine" at Cameron Chase Village Center. They have delicious Indian menu with exquisite deserts that you should not miss. Bar tender is awesome and makes the drinks that are not available anywhere else. I highly recommend this place.

I love the American Kolache store. The owner Jing is great and I am so glad she brought Kolanches to the area.

We enjoyed our visit here. The waitress was nice, and helped us decide on what to have. The food is as great, and the place is clean inside and out. Happy with the experience.

Every time I go, I’m hopeful it’s going to be better. Every time I’m disappointed. I have to ask them to wipe down multiple areas again. Then I’m asked to go through the car wash a second time. It should not take complaining and 2 rounds for my car to be slightly cleaned. Don’t waste your money. The outside is just as bad.

Very disappointing experience. The interior was not cleaned properly, with dust still visible throughout the car. The rims were not polished well, and the exterior was left wet instead of being properly dried. For the price, I expected much better attention to detail. Pictures are attached.

Got my car window scratched with one of their brushes. Tried talking with a manager, Anthony came trying for me not to fill an incident report because he said it’ll most likely be denied. Due to him looking at the cameras and saying it was there before. I went thru the entrance 2 times one for the wash and one to try and talk with someone about it. So who knows what they are looking at. They refused to show me the images and treat you different if you are not a member. I’ve been a member but sold my other car and was trying to re enroll with this one too. I was fine with swirl scratches it gives to the paint but multiple scratches in center of my passenger window is too much. I ended up filling the “report” anyway , which was a blank letter page not an actual form. He asked for my information written on that ..which to me for A big company like this is ridiculous.

I’ve been using Flagship Car Wash in Northern Virginia for many years, going back to when the original Herndon location was actually excellent. Back then, you paid and left with a genuinely clean vehicle commiserate with the services requested and prices paid. But that experience appears to be long gone. Over the years, Flagship has bought up car wash after car wash throughout Northern Virginia. From a consumer’s perspective, independent alternatives have disappeared while Flagship signs have appeared everywhere. At the same time, prices have gone up, services have disappeared, and the quality of the actual work has fallen dramatically. Today I went to the large Ashburn location and asked the gentleman at the entrance that I wanted the best interior and exterior cleaning they offered that did not require leaving the vehicle for a full detail. I wasn’t asking for paint correction or a professional detail. I simply wanted the vehicle cleaned inside and out. I also made their job as easy as possible. I completely emptied the vehicle beforehand, removed all trash and personal belongings, emptied the door pockets, glovebox and center console, removed my EZ Pass, and even blew debris out from underneath the seats. I have WeatherTech floor liners, and I moved them specifically so everything could be accessed. The vehicle was not filthy or neglected. It simply needed basic routine cleaning. The attached pictures were taken AFTER Flagship finished. The WeatherTech liners still had dirt, debris and grime all over them. Interior plastics still had obvious spills and streaks. Cupholders were dirty. There was grime around controls. Door panels had visible marks. Large, easily accessible surfaces appeared not to have been touched at all. This is not nitpicking over a tiny spot hidden beneath a seat. These are obvious areas that are literally the things you pay an interior maintenance cleaning service to clean. The exterior experience wasn’t much better. The wash itself seems more abbreviated than what Flagship used to offer, they no longer hand dry the vehicle afterward to prevent water spots (which really was the advantage to this type of service over a gas station car wash), and somehow only three of the four tires received tire shine. I guess the fourth was already shiny enough for them. What makes the whole experience especially frustrating is how much effort seems to go into everything except actually cleaning the car. There is plenty of energy devoted to selling upgrades, promotions, contests, referrals and soliciting tips. I have no problem tipping people who provide good service, but somewhere in this highly optimized process, Flagship seems to have forgotten the most important part of the business model: actually cleaning the vehicle. The whole process is remarkably efficient. And to achieve maximum efficiency they appear to have eliminated the cleaning step from the process. I’ve worked in the automotive industry for approximately 30 years. I understand the difference between a maintenance wash, an interior cleaning and a professional detail. I wasn’t expecting a concours restoration. I expected someone to clean a cupholder, wipe down a plastic console and return the floor mats cleaner than they arrived. The most frustrating part is that I don’t keep returning because the previous experience was good. I return because months pass, I need a vehicle cleaned quickly, and I think, “Surely it can’t still be this bad.” Then I try to think of another full-service car wash nearby and remember that Flagship has bought everybody else out. Whether or not that constitutes a monopoly in the legal sense isn’t my concern. From a consumer’s perspective, it increasingly feels like there is no meaningful competition left, and the result is exactly what consumers fear when competition disappears: higher prices, fewer services and abysmal quality. Flagship used to be genuinely good. Now it increasingly feels like a reverse ATM: you put money in, they get your vehicle wet, and you drive away wondering what exactly you paid for.

I love this store. It has almost everything you need for your home, project, gardening, etc. They have such a large variety of items, you could be in this store forever just looking at everything. I do furniture refinishing and they always have what I need to complete my projects. The staff is so helpful when I have a question and eager to assist. There is a restroom in the back of the store that is large enough for wheel chair access.

I’ve been to many Home Depot stores over the years, but the Ashburn location is by far one of the best. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. When you ask a question, they don’t just point you in the right direction, they take the time to understand your project and make sure you’re choosing the right items. Today I went in to buy a refrigerator for our garage, which I thought would be a simple task. Debi, from the appliance section, who is also a U.S. veteran, assisted me and explained exactly what a garage-ready refrigerator is, which brands are reliable, and walked me through the warranty, delivery, and other important details. She made the whole experience easy and actually enjoyable. She also helped me find the other items I needed. I just wanted to give a big shout-out to Debi and the entire team at Home Depot in Ashburn. Keep up the great work! 👏

This Home Depot is clean, well-stocked, and organized, which makes shopping convenient and efficient since items are easy to locate. However, while I noticed associates greeting and assisting other shoppers nearby, I was not acknowledged at all, which left me feeling overlooked and less valued as a customer. Consistent customer service would make the experience much better.

Today I rented equipment from the Home Depot Tool Rental in Ashburn, and I had an excellent experience thanks to Aran. Even though he was clearly short-staffed and handling multiple customers, he still took the time to work with me one-on-one and made sure I fully understood everything. Aran was extremely patient and thorough in explaining how to use the equipment, especially when it came to safety. He didn’t rush through anything and made sure I was comfortable and confident before leaving. That level of attention and care is rare, especially when someone is busy. What really stood out was his professionalism and willingness to help despite the workload. He stayed calm, answered all my questions clearly, and made himself available if I needed help later. That kind of customer service makes a big difference. Overall, this was a 5-star experience. Aran is knowledgeable, dedicated, and truly goes above and beyond for customers. I would absolutely recommend renting from this location because of him.

This place has always been consistently good in the 15+ years I’ve lived in the area. Keep up the good work. I also had a good experience recently with their 3rd party storm door installer, RFI. I will give a review on that separately, but the arrangement for storm door setup and purchase went very well at this HD. Good job!

We visit Ashburn Town Square often as our preferred pharmacy is there as well as we could grab a delicious breakfast bagel or some sushi from Chin Chin cafe, and for some Asian grocery you have the Lotte plaza as well. They have a bunch of other places like Manhattan pizza, GNC, Frozen yogurt, karate classes, dentist, etc. One complain I have is that the plaza needs a face lift and some of the stores need some decent upgrades, it looks like it’s run down and getting degraded.

I visited Lotte Plaza . This place has whole lot of Indian , Japanese groceries . The Mochi Ice creams are available here too . They have every Indian ingredient. They have Readymade Samosa , Idly , Dosa batter, Fresh Paneer , Haldirams Roti, Paratta. And many more . All varieties of Rice are available .

Ashburn Town Square Ashburn Town Square is one of my favorite local spots to visit. It has a great mix of shops, restaurants, and outdoor gathering spaces that make it easy to spend some time whether I’m running errands, grabbing a bite, or just taking a walk. The atmosphere feels lively but not crowded, and everything is clean and well-maintained. The variety of places to eat and shop means there’s always something for everyone. It’s a convenient, enjoyable place that I’m happy to visit again and again.

I was back to jiffy Lube because one of my tires on my pilot was making an unusual noise. I thought maybe that the tire was out of balanced and when I got there, the manager that helped me before was right outside the bay and came over immediately. I told him my concerns and the sound that I was having he immediately felt along the tire and realized that the tire was cupping what just do probably to alignment, but he said he could switch it for the back and that way you wouldn’t hear the front and I thought exactly what he thought that there was no sense at this point Doing an alignment as well just let the tires wear the way that they are Which was they weren’t showing that much where I’ve had this in to do a tire rotation earlier in the Summer and again all we did is just move one tire or two and it basically took care of the noise because it wasn’t right out front where you hear it. This location with the manager Arthur battles really does care. And has a lot of experience to be able to recognize what the problem is immediately I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anybody they’re fast efficient and right to the point friendly and easy-going you can’t ask for anything else.

Very bad experience this afternoon it almost cost me my car. I changed oil and usually they check all fluids but the didn’t I drove my car for few miles and temperature gauge went high stopped a side asked ChatGPT explained everything his diagnosis was check the cooling fluid and I’d was empty if Jeff’s lube I filled that as they promise always “we fill all fluid” don’t trust them anymore.

My tire had gotten flat and with this being my first experience at a Jiffy Lube, Chris was amazingly transparent, supportive, and answered all my many questions. It was an absolute delight to, not only be treated like I know my car but to also not be shamed when I ask questions. He demonstrated and provided deep insights on my tires and what to expect in the future. I will be coming back again! THANK YOU for your help i appreciate it !!

I recently visited here in the morning and there were only 2 people working. Arthur and Dom. Not only were they very helpful and friendly, but they gave me the fastest and most thorough oil change I have had here. I’ve been here before and had 4 to 5 people work on my car and not perform the service as well, not to take anything away from those visits, they were great too, but I’m still just shocked by this recent visit. You guys are great!

Came in for an oil change and it was quick but they left oil finger prints on my seats and the side of the door. I would recommend going back and checking everything before giving the car back to the customers.
