Both of drivers were amazing! Tamira, was super helpful when we stopped for lunch. The manager at McDonald's kept putting off serving us until Tamira stepped in to help me get the managers to pay attention to us. I was grateful for her as I was also trying to keep the kids safe.

We’ve used CFH many times t he past, so it was an easy choice to facilitate our family getting to Georgetown for our daughter’s graduation. Marco was amazing! He got us as close to the graduation ceremony as possible and waited patiently until it was over. He was attentive without being overbearing, and he made the trip (with several stops) fun and enjoyable!

We used Skyhawk Limousine for our daughter’s senior prom. From start to finish, they were so professional, communicative and priced fairly. We reserved a 20 passenger Escalade and the driver was Bilal. He was awesome!! Everyone loved him, and he made us all feel at ease taking the teens around for their prom pictures and dinner. What I loved was the prompt communication with every step. We received an email the day before to confirm, and an email the day of with the driver’s name and cell phone. We also received a text when the driver was on the way for our event. They have EXCELLENT communication. The Escalade was BEAUTIFUL on the inside and the outside and super clean. Wanda took a busload of us up to Tarara Winery for a concert. She's an excellent driver, navigating the narrow gravel roads like a pro to get us to the venue. This review is long overdue but I have been very busy and no reflection on the excellent service I recently received from Reston Limousine during the Mubadala DC Tennis Open. Glad I didn’t rush this because it gave me time to read about your company and how delighted I was it was founded (I think) anyway definitely run by a WOMAN!!!! I wasn’t expecting that. No offense to the highly capable men in the world and actually everyone I met there and had such a good experience with was a man so I’m not discriminating. Haha My unbelievably awesome perfect wonderful every possible positive adjective you can think of applies to my experience last week and weekend with Reston Limousine. It started with my arrival at the Columbia Heights metro station in DC where the DC Open and Reston limousine set up a shuttle. I came from Alexandria and I was volunteering. I don’t drive and take dc metro bus and trains constantly but I have only been on the green line once before to Greenbelt I think. I was of course nervous and worried about finding the bus and definitely finding the place I was supposed to volunteer. Never been there before either. From the second I popped out of the easy to exit Columbia Heights metro I was able to find Eric (I think it’s Eric I waited too long to send this and I forgot everything). His brother works there also and greets you when you arrive at Rock Creek Park tennis center. Will call him Eric can’t believe I forgot because he was there every single day with his beautiful welcoming smile and calm demeanor (totally opposite of me). I love people who are nice to everyone and super friendly and talk to me! I know I talk too much especially to strangers and usually they just want to get away from me. Haha anyway I’m a flight attendant so I can do this at the airport and it doesn’t bother people. Eric was so nice and explained when the bus was leaving and of course I asked too many questions and he ALWAYS answered patiently. Every single bus driver (I volunteered there at least five days) was nice and friendly and a VERY safe careful driver. I couldn’t believe how well they navigated the narrow DC streets with everything going on. No frustration or irritation no nothing negative!!!! Just super duper men and women driving the bus. And so nice and friendly to EVERYONE!!!! I don’t know anyone’s name except Ed I think I talked to a bit. I won’t detail every day except the final day I was there I met Phil (who turned out to be Eric’s brother) and Bill who was in charge. I couldn’t believe Phil was just as nice and friendly as his brother Eric!!! I have never met such nice people in Washington DC ever!!!! Poor Eric when I got back to the metro for the final time I started asking him about his family and his mother especially after I found out his brother Phil greeted us when we got off the bus at the tennis center. I just was trying to find out why they were so nice since I really don’t know people like him. I would like to clone Eric and Phil. Anyway Bill was wonderful also when I was leaving. He tried very very hard to explain tennis to me. Luckily they let me volunteer before they knew how clueless I was. Thank you Reston Limousine for the best transportation experience I have ever had in my life. And I travel a lot and take these kind of buses in Europe when I fly internationally and they pick us up at the airport for the hotel. Thank you thank you thank you and I wish Reston Limousine continued success.

I was in charge of transportation for a very big event with 2,000+ people over 4 days and we needed transportation from the hotel to VARIOUS venues within a 10-30 min radius pretty much non stop for the duration of 4 days. Let me tell you, Mohsin and his team of drivers were amazing. Showing up on time, being friendly, taking my direction and just DOING as they said they would was a breath of fresh air. If you want good service, USE THEM period. The cost is WELL worth it. 100 thumbs up!

Ballston Limousine and Car Service was Fantastic! Mr Zahid was wonderful to work with! He professionally assisted me with my initial call, answered all of my questions and concerns, then scheduled the appropriate Limo for my Grandson’s 2026 Prom. When I called prior to the prom Mr Zahid immediately provided me with the information I needed. I have used Ballston Limousine for about a year and I find their service to be impeccable. I've used them 5 times in the last 6 months. Most of my pickup times are in the early hours of the morning. It really helps when you don't have to worry about a missed or late pick up. It's reassuring to get a confirmation text message the night before a pickup. The drivers are always courteous and the vehicles are always clean. The cost is quite reasonable compared to other services.

Zahid was such a pleasant and easy-going driver who catered to our friends for nearly 10 hours (including a bonus stop we decided to make on the fly!) Would highly recommend for a reasonably priced and reliable high end service.

I recently attempted to work with DC Charter Bus, only to find out they are now operating under the CharterUP platform. Unfortunately, my past experience with CharterUP was extremely disappointing—without question, the most difficult I've encountered in 25 years in the industry. The service for a group over several days in NYC, Virginia, and DC was plagued with issues ( Bus with urine smell, other with many graffitis on the outside, extremely damages, windows not fixed when the bus was moving, AC issues, microphone not working and so on…) Every day, there was something new. I strongly urge you to reconsider your partnership with CharterUP. I will no longer work with them, and as long as your company is affiliated—where CharterUP handles quotes, contracts, and customer service—I won't be able to work with you either. Their team was unresponsive to fixe issues, would lie to say a new bus was on the way, and it never showed up so when problems arose, and given the condition of the buses they sent, problems are inevitable. Pictures as proof of what they sent me and left me with!

This is definitely the way to go to a Nationals game if you live in Northern Virginia. Good clean modern buses capable drivers and easy pick up areas at Clyde's Willow Creek Farm in Ashburn and Taverna 64 in the Reston Town Center. The drive takes about 1 hour and drops off at the first base entrance of Nationals Park. The bus picks up its passengers in the same place and will wait for 20 minutes after the game before departing. Beer and coolers are allowed on the bus, but by DC law, drinking must be extinguished while in the District of Columbia, coming & going. Who needs the traffic and parking hassle – give it a try you'll like it!

Redskins vs Dallas Oct 21 Willow Creek bus. Thought this would be a great way to get to the stadium and tailgate in the RV and Bus lot where there is a lot of fun and cheering. Instead the bus was turned away from the RV/Bus lot because it did not have the required prepaid parking permit. Bus had to park further from the stadium in the cash parking lot which was all grass. Had to cut through woods to get to stadium. No real tailgating was going on in the grass lot. But they were rockin and rolling in the Bus Lot as we hoofed past. Very disappointing. Tough time trying to locate and return to bus located in a large grass field at dark. Today. metro would have been a better option. If you have a party of six or more rent a bus limo instead and purchase the required permit yourself online print and take with you. How unfortunate for careless uncaring operators. Full size bus fully loaded more than 50 passengers paying $29. And didn’t bother to purchase the $100 permit online?

We had a fantastic time Dec 9th Giants /Redskins at Fed X field . Bus was on time , clean, great group, great driver . Got to the field with a solid two hours of tailgating . Location convenient to park. Bus was waiting when we got back victorious ! Overall 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Used these guys to shuttle my wedding party from DC to Sarasota. We had two full buses and the drivers were awesome. The owner roman drove down with us and made sure the buses were available whenever the party wanted to go out for food or events. I don't know what all these other folks are talking about, it looks like they were all on the same trip. Flat tires happen, is def recommend Bus2Hire!

This company overall is very unprofessional! My basketball team filled with children ages 7-16 were all put in danger over the weekend. The driver cont to drive on a flat tire until the tire fell off and he drove on the rims for miles. The ride wasn't smooth and the repairman that fixed the bus said we were lucky that the bus didn't turn over or the other tires didn't pop from him driving so long on just the rim. The bus outlets, tv, and a.c. do not work! The charter bus prices are low for a reason. Please do not hire this company! If you want to keep your love ones safe go somewhere else. They deserve 0 Stars!!

I hired this company for a shuttle service for a month. And let me just say, I'm very impressed with their drivers. They showed up on time every single day. And after being dropped off at the hotel one day, the driver was courteous enough to check my broken down car. He even gave me a diagnosis which saved me a bunch of money. I admire this because that's not part of his job and he's certainly not getting paid beyond the drop off time. I appreciate people genuinely going out if their way to help others. Will definitely use again for our shuttle needs.

Absolutely would not use this unsafe company. They drive with little regard for anyone else’s safety and will kill someone one day. There are other reviews in the past agreeing. They aggressively fly out onto exit lanes of i295 in peak rush hour traffic and then cut off drivers to get back in, effectively "skipping" the line in a way that earns aggressive driving tickets in MD. I witnessed AND caught on my dash camera a driver doing this multiple times at multiple exits. The driver then tried to do it to me as I was ALREADY IN THE EXIT LANE, which would have run me off the road if he didn’t stop half way over! You would be negligent to use this bus service. Their drivers should absolutely not be on the road.

Used bus4hire for a friends bachelor party. Such a pleasant experience..had to leave a review! Bus was 30 minutes early. Clean smooth comfortable ride..Driver was awesome..very professional very friendly. Definitely will be a returning customer..maybe a discount 😉 haha
