Both of drivers were amazing! Tamira, was super helpful when we stopped for lunch. The manager at McDonald's kept putting off serving us until Tamira stepped in to help me get the managers to pay attention to us. I was grateful for her as I was also trying to keep the kids safe.

We’ve used CFH many times t he past, so it was an easy choice to facilitate our family getting to Georgetown for our daughter’s graduation. Marco was amazing! He got us as close to the graduation ceremony as possible and waited patiently until it was over. He was attentive without being overbearing, and he made the trip (with several stops) fun and enjoyable!

I had to use the voice AI that kept asking me for my address. It tried six times it never came close. I ended up being sent to a dispatcher. I just wanna go straight to a dispatcher. I don’t want AI trying to figure out my calls. The dispatchers in the drivers are great. Cab service is wonderful. Don’truin it with this AI BS.

Incredibly timely service when Uber & Lyft were swamped and the bus & train were after-hours. Our driver showed up while I was still on the phone to arrange the ride, drove us right up to where I'd left my car, and put up with us talking about horror movies the whole ride there. And the cost came out to pretty much exactly the same as an Uber would have been had any been available.

The drivers for yellow cab are all so good. Most of them had excellent knowledge of the area. Our last one on Wednesday was especially knowledgeable of Washington. He was born there spent his whole life there and told us many things about watching DC. We never knew I would definitely use yellow cab again while visiting Washington DC.

I had the best ride. Driver was cautious and respectful. Kudos to him for being professional. There was a call that kept coming in but rejected it. I even asked that he could take it but he politely told me that, that would be rude and unprofessional to take a call with a customer in the car. Cab arrived quickly and was clean. Driver was polite. I was surprised that this return trip cost $10 more than trip going and then realized driver took a longer route back. Also, I was told to email the company for a receipt. Other cab companies have allowed me to provide my phone number to get a receipt.

Rented a 30 person party bus for prom. The bus was immaculate! The driver Leyon was professional and courteous. He went out of his way to text me that they had arrived at their destination, that they were on their way home, and that everyone arrived back home safely. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!! I had a very disappointing experience with Presidential Limousine. From the moment my call was answered, the representative was rude and unprofessional. When I tried to provide the pickup location, he claimed I was "speaking wrong" instead of simply asking for clarification. He interrupted me multiple times, didn’t listen, and then abruptly put me on hold without explanation for an extended period. Customer service like this is unacceptable—especially for a company that markets itself for important events like weddings. First impressions matter, and this interaction alone was enough for me to decide not to move forward with booking. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.

Sadly this car service was a disaster from the start. After speaking with Rocky several times about the bait and switch of this business I felt confident I was making a good choice for my group. Max ran a few minutes late, that wasn’t a problem until he sat in the van and had prayer time while us ladies carried everything down to the van. When he was finished he opened the van and the most horrific musty smell was there. So bad we were not sure we could get in. Max looked at our few bags and couple of coolers and started complaining to us about how there wasn’t going to be enough room. We were only 6 ladies. And looking at the contents in our bags and immediately started telling us we couldn’t have chips. Rocky already knew what we were bringing onboard and just discussed being careful. Our ages are from 24-66. We are not some high school party girls. He would not help us with the media player. Said we would just have to figure it out. The 24 yo was picked up midway of our destination and was able to get music for us. Max was very heavy on the breaks and there were several times we had things sliding all around. We were also bothered that there was no partition between the guests and driver and he stated he’s heard it all. There are many more points but this is how our night started. This trip cost $1800!!!! Absolutely absurd!!! Probably the worst business deal I’ve ever done in my life!!

He was very prompt picking me from my home in Bowie, MD to IAD in Virginia, and my return ride 11 days later. He was extremely pleasant and courteous. He professionally assisted me with my initial call, answered all of my questions and concerns, then scheduled the appropriate Limo for my Grandson’s 2026 Prom. When I called prior to the prom Mr Zahid immediately provided me with the information I needed. I have used Ballston Limousine for about a year and I find their service to be impeccable. I've used them 5 times in the last 6 months. Most of my pickup times are in the early hours of the morning. It really helps when you don't have to worry about a missed or late pick up. It's reassuring to get a confirmation text message the night before a pickup. The drivers are always courteous and the vehicles are always clean. The cost is quite reasonable compared to other services.

Absolutely terrible service, I requested for 7pm and driver arrived at 7:45 claiming he "missed a turn" when really he was a driver for a completely different company and regal limo outsourced them. There are much better options out there, save your money!
