Sunday after coming home from a car wash my car made a weird sound and I heard a snap. Lucky for me I have AAA and was able to get my car towed unfortunately AAA shop doesn’t work on Tesla’s. However after a simple google search I found Scandia, they have been super helpful from start to finish. I literally dropped off my car at 10:00 am and it’s not even 5 yet and the vehicle is ready! Let me tell you the fact that I just saved so much time and the cost was very fair and reasonable. I’m sure Tesla would have charged me triple. You guys rock, great business, thank you may God bless you guys in the next life too

Great experience with Auto Scandia. The Volvo dealership recommended some repairs that didn’t seem right, so I took my vehicle to Auto Scandia for a second opinion and they saved me $3000. I will be using them for future services. The staff was also incredibly welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I’m very happy I found Auto Scandia!

My 2020 Bmw X7 M50i is all set. Ryan was awesome being the middleman between myself and my warranty company. We resolved the huge issues with my X7 and it runs beautifully. This review is to share my positive experience regarding a recent custom wheel alignment for my 2015 CRV. After installing adjustable coilovers, I required specific alignment values that many shops are not equipped to handle. I worked with Elliott, who was excellent. Despite my arriving on a Monday morning without an appointment, he was able to fit me into the schedule. Elliott genuinely listened to my concerns, took detailed notes on my specific requirements, and clearly explained the process — including the complimentary multi-point inspection and comprehensive vehicle health report. The tech who worked on the vehicle was very commendable. He took my specific alignment values and applied them to the vehicle exactly as it was written. There was no way I was walking out of there without personally thanking him, so I walked to the service bay before driving out and gave him a tip for a job very well done. I appreciate the professional service and am glad to have such a capable shop within walking distance. Now I know where to bring our cars when it's time for service.

I came to get my inspection done for my car, it was also my first time experience with Craftsman, and it has been a very comfortable and easy experience! While waiting for my car to finish, I was sat in their waiting room which had coffee and snacks, as well as being super clean. Michael, from the Sterling location, also made sure that I was well accommodated and walked me through how detailed they are with checking your vehicle’s health, which was also provided in text on my invoice. He has made my experience even better and I’m glad I was able to find a great place to bring my car in!

Every time I’ve asked for help diagnosing an issue, the team has been incredibly kind, honest, and helpful—They took the time to explain what was going on, and thanks to their detailed insights and recommendations, I have been able to get multiple issues fixed by my dealership under extended warranties that I was unaware of. They helped me with diagnosing that a parasitic battery drain was occurring due to a 3G network issue and helped pinpoint a transmission leak. They had the car on the lift and let me go out to look at it myself and Craftsman Auto even printed out service bulletins for me so I could bring them directly to the dealership. That kind of care and transparency is rare these days. What really sets Craftsman apart is their genuine kindness and respect. As a small example of how they are very kind: one time, while they were working on my car, I had just been grocery shopping and forgot that I purchased something that had to be frozen so I asked if I could store it in their freezer during the appointment —and they kindly agreed! They even left a polite note in my car to remind me to grab it before leaving. That small moment, along with every other great experience, sums up why I trust and appreciate this shop so much. I recently took 2 cars to ECCC for the first time. Both times all the guys were genuinely helpful. They were patient and clear in explaining what work was needed immediately to pass emission and safety inspections and in offering clear options with price alternatives for what could wait a while to get done. Their quote for four new tires was comparable to Costco's prices and the quote for front break replacement was comparable to other places I have used in the past. They kept me informed of when the car would be ready and had it ready on time.

These guys are great. Have brought our car in a few times now and are always pleased with their service and transparency. Our AC compressor crapped out on us and we took it here to get a second opinion, as we were quoted a pretty high price by another place we had taken it for a tune up. We called them up and they offered to give it a second look to be sure before we sunk the money into replacing it. They confirmed that unfortunately it was in need of replacement and they it for a bit less than the other place quoted us. Unfortunately, the part was defective and we had to take it back in after it started falling apart a week later. They were very busy and a bit understaffed, as something had been going around that week. They told us they might not get to it until the next morning, but they'd try their best and called us a couple times to keep us posted. Sure enough, they had it ready to go the next morning. We felt bad because a faulty part from the manufacturer costs them extra labour and money. Sucks for everyone involved. Nonetheless, they made it right and earned loyal customers. Thanks, you guys.

They recently installed a MAD 5-inch mid-pipe and axle-back exhaust on my 2026 BMW G90 M5, and the entire experience was flawless. From the very beginning, their communication was top-tier. Leading up to the appointment, they were incredibly responsive, answering all my questions and keeping me informed. That proactive communication didn't stop once the car was in the shop; they kept me updated throughout the install and followed up afterward to ensure everything was perfect. Their extensive knowledge of the BMW platform is immediately obvious. They don't just bolt parts on—they understand the platform inside and out, even on these brand-new G90 models. A perfect example of their attention to detail was the installation of the aftermarket valve controller. I've taken three different cars to RRT over the last 5-6 years and have always been pleased with their work, customer service, flexibility, responsiveness and price. Most recently, I had lowering springs installed. I had to postpone my appointment at the last minute… no problem, Michael at RRT promptly rescheduled the appointment without hesitation. I was informed they would probably need to keep the car overnight to finish the installation and alignment… nope, RRT got me out the same day without sacrificing quality. I trust and highly recommend RRT, especially if you have a BMW or Porsche needing professional advice, service or are considering modifications. Awesome experience working with RRT, got KW HAS Lowering springs installed on my G82 M4. The installation was done perfectly and my car look so much more aggressive and drives much more planted. The quality of work they do here is unmatched. If you are looking to modify, fix, or maintain your bmw, RRT Racing is the place to go. I always shop around before I choose a shop to go to, and even though RRT prices were slightly higher, the peace of mind I got is well worth it in my honest opinion. They really know their stuff and will take care your vehicle like it’s one of their own.

RRT did a great, long-term effort in repairing and improving my e46 M3 recently. They replaced a broken clutch fork pivot, installed a new clutch, mounted, balanced and installed a new set of tires, completed the rear subframe reinforcement and replaced a leaking differential seal. In addition, they doggedly researched and repaired my complete SMG system, despite supplier setbacks and limited SMG expertise outside the OEM. To top it off, they got my car expertly detailed before I picked it up. The result was my 64k mile old, 2002 M3 looks and now drives like a brand new M3. When I had an unrelated electrical issue 300 miles later, principal James took a personal interest in my predicament, and offered expert guidance to efficiently help me out and troubleshoot the problem. Overall, I was extremely impressed with RRT’s expertise, work ethic, and even pricing. Well done, James and Mike and your team.

They only care about profits and moving people through as quickly and as impersonal as they can. Went in to make an appointment to have an estimate done. Guy at the front desk made me call the number to schedule an appointment even though he was sitting at the computer. Fine. Made the appointment for 2 days after that. Day of appointment, walked in and the same guy took a while to acknowledge that I walked in and didn’t seem to care about being friendly. The guy who did my estimate didn’t seem to care where I had mentioned the damage was. He took several pictures and the estimate I received was an AI generated one. You could easily tell bc my car was dirty on one side that the AI algorithm thought was scrapes. If I had wanted an AI generated invoice, I would have used the app. I specifically made an appointment as I wanted an actual person to look and do the assessment and give me a better answer than AI. Guess that’s not this company’s business model bc that doesn’t make them enough money. Knowing that…….I didn’t trust them to not cut corners or do too quick of a job just to get it done with the repair. No thanks.

Absolute trash experience. If I could give Caliber Collision zero stars, I would. My wife went there with our baby just to get an estimate after our car accident, and from the second she walked in, they were rude, cold, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Nobody bothered to be helpful, nobody communicated clearly, and trying to get basic answers out of them was like pulling teeth. They acted like we were a burden for expecting simple courtesy and professionalism. What they did to our car was even worse. After we decided to get a second opinion and sent a tow truck to pick it up, they left dirty car parts thrown all over our leather seats and shoved everything into the back like they couldn’t care less. They didn’t put the vehicle back together the way it was brought in, and they treated our property with complete disrespect. So not only were they rude and useless, but they were careless with the interior of our car too. That is lazy, sloppy, and unacceptable. This place gave us every reason not to trust them. Terrible communication, terrible customer service, and zero respect for other people’s vehicles. I would never go back, and I would strongly warn anyone thinking about using Caliber Collision to save themselves the headache and go literally anywhere else. Update: Thank you for your response, but at this point an apology does not really change anything. The damage has already been done, and my vehicle is now at another shop. What makes this worse is that the careless handling was obvious enough that even the people at the new shop commented on it. If your staff needed to place parts inside the vehicle, the least they could have done was protect the leather with plastic or some type of covering. Instead, everything was thrown in carelessly with dirt and debris, which is completely unacceptable. I have already notified my insurance company, USAA, and made them aware of the situation. Since your shop is one of their direct repair facilities, they already have the report and will be addressing the matter directly from here. At this point, I am done dealing with your shop personally. This entire experience reflected a serious lack of care, professionalism, and respect for my property. So while I appreciate the response, there is not much left to say when the problem was entirely preventable and the consequences are already mine to deal with.

Best choice we made. The technician called and came to our house first thing Monday morning and fixed it fast. Fully covered by insurance, zero deductible, and the windshield looks perfect. We were only in town for the weekend and called Patriot Auto Glass on a Saturday morning after multiple rocks chipped the windshield on Friday. The owner, Mike, told us to get the car to him before 11:30 because they close at noon and he would see what he could do. We weren't sure if the chip could be repaired, but Mike did a great job and didn't have to replace the windshield. We had the car back by noon and can barely see where the repair was made. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

I brought my car into Mike Delaney at Patriot Auto Glass hoping I didn’t need a windshield replacement since we were leaving to go back to NC in a few days not to mention the cost. Mike was able to repair it quickly and for far less than I expected. I would recommend Patriot for high quality and fast service.

I drove 40 minutes out of my way to this company, drawn by their patriotic name and positive reviews—but my experience was very disappointing. When I dropped off my $70k luxury SUV, I told them it was my "baby" and asked them to take extra care. I would have even paid more for attention to detail to match the condition of the car. The car came back with old urethane residue all over the dash and fresh, sticky urethane on a few spots of the body. A cap for one of the windshield arms was missing. Initially, they told me they lost the cap and offered a small discount for the part, but they later found it on the garage floor and replaced it. They also tried cleaning the dash with a brush instead of using a vacuum, which I had to point out would not properly clean the HUD. Despite providing a list of parts and requesting all OEM components, they skipped replacing a spacer at the bottom of the windshield. The windshield sits higher than the original, and the top seal moves in the wind. They advertise a "lifetime warranty," but I seriously doubt it would actually be honored—any small chip in this area could void it before you even need it. On the positive side, they were responsive when I raised concerns, but after how the car was delivered, I was hesitant to bring it back. Overall, this is not the level of care expected for a high-end vehicle.

There are few customer service businesses that live up to the hype and reviews. Ducky Detailing doesn’t just live up to it but fully exceeds it. They’re outstanding. They took a vehicle with a scuzzy interior and did a ridiculously thorough cleaning on it in just three hours. The communication was great, the quality was outstanding and the pricing was more than fair for the work that was done. Plus it was easy to schedule the appointment. I plan to use them again in the future and highly recommend using them for interior and exterior detailing work.

They since fixed it with their "own body shop" but they are shady and tried to hit me over the head with an already over priced car that’s not in good shape as you can see. Beware of this dealership. They promote a thinly veiled image of luxury, but in reality, provide a very poor customer experience. I came to Exclusive Auto Group to investigate buying a new Bentley Bentayga. When I arrived at the dealership, member of their staff was walking in – I followed. She sat down and proceeded to play on her phone. I stood for a minute or two before she looked up and asked "oh, did you need help?". I expressed interest in buying a car, she told me to go upstairs and maybe I could find someone on the sales floor. Hmm… great customer service. When I text messaged them expressing interest in their cars via their website, I was messaged back by an automated message complete with poor grammar and missing template items. In the meantime, do you have any questions you have by replying to this message." Shortly after I received a message from the same number. It was from "Juliette". She followed up several times at odd hours and always promised to help, however she could never further my requests. It became clear that I was either talking to an AI chat-bot or someone that didn’t have any authority to help with anything besides passing on a message. I needed a car to take my dog on muddy adventures – this fit the bill nicely. I arrived at the dealership on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Trevor. I requested to see the car because I wanted to buy it. He told me it was in the shop and that I could not see it. However, the used car sales manger, Andrew, could help me on Monday. I asked for an explanation as to why the sales manager promised me the car, but it was sold to a different party. He could not provide a good answer. I asked for the dealership manger’s card. It was provided hesitantly. His name turned out to be Mehdi Soltanian. I reached out to Mr. Soltanian, expressing my frustration and asking for assistance. I received an out of office email requesting that I reach out to Omid Azizaldin at EAG. I did. To date (a week or two later), I have not heard from either party. It’s obvious that the dealership is only interested in your business if you are going to spend real money and that they don’t value the time or put in the effort to build a relationship with future customers. I’ll be taking my money to a different Bentley dealership.
