Elden St. Service & Tire - Elite Car Care Centers

I had a great experience today at Elden Street Service and Tire. I needed a safety inspection and emissions inspection and expected to wait forever in a car line. Instead, I got right in and was out in less than 30 minutes. Robbie was very helpful in explaining what I need in the future and making sure I understood his advice. I will definitely return again for any inspection or repair needs.

I recently took 2 cars to ECCC for the first time. Both times all the guys were genuinely helpful. They were patient and clear in explaining what work was needed immediately to pass emission and safety inspections and in offering clear options with price alternatives for what could wait a while to get done. Their quote for four new tires was comparable to Costco's prices and the quote for front break replacement was comparable to other places I have used in the past. They kept me informed of when the car would be ready and had it ready on time.

My family has been bringing our cars here for 5+ years and can’t recommend them enough. They’re honest and upfront about what actually needs to get done — no upselling, no pressure, just straight answers. On top of that, the whole team is friendly and easy to work with. It’s rare to find a shop you can trust completely, and this is one of them."

I’ve been going to this shop for a while now, and I can honestly say they’re one of the most reliable places in Herndon for car service. They’re very efficient, they explain things clearly, and most importantly—they never try to upsell or rip you off. Their recommendations always feel fair and practical, not pushy. Customer service is also consistently great. You feel respected and taken care of every time. I 200% recommend them to anyone in Herndon looking for a trustworthy place for car repairs or maintenance.

These guys are great. Have brought our car in a few times now and are always pleased with their service and transparency. Our AC compressor crapped out on us and we took it here to get a second opinion, as we were quoted a pretty high price by another place we had taken it for a tune up. We called them up and they offered to give it a second look to be sure before we sunk the money into replacing it. They confirmed that unfortunately it was in need of replacement and they it for a bit less than the other place quoted us. Unfortunately, the part was defective and we had to take it back in after it started falling apart a week later. They were very busy and a bit understaffed, as something had been going around that week. They told us they might not get to it until the next morning, but they'd try their best and called us a couple times to keep us posted. Sure enough, they had it ready to go the next morning. We felt bad because a faulty part from the manufacturer costs them extra labour and money. Sucks for everyone involved. Nonetheless, they made it right and earned loyal customers. Thanks, you guys.
