It’s always a wonderful experience with Marco, Amanda and the staff when bringing in scrap. They’ve got a flawless process of getting your truck load and special metals weighed in and getting you out of the door in a very timely fashion. I’ve been loyal to have been only dealing with them about 10 years. They’re just the BEST!!!

I'm just impressed at when i came in how hard the employees work and the dedication they have to ensure the smooth running of the company. The two employees that stuck out to me the most we're " Amanda & Kelsey " … They really made me feel welcome and gave me all the help I needed to make sure I had everything I would need. Kelsey and Amanda are amazing workers. They are quick to get their job done in a timely manner. They are always polite everytime you enter. The yard is always clean and they unload the vehicles off your trailer quickly. Will recommend this place to anyone!

The friendly, knowledgeable staff is always eager to take care of the transactions speedily, accurately and with a smile. Amanda, Kelsey, Marco & Jose' always deliver excellent customer service upon each visit, despite the volume of business. I pass several other salvage yards on my 45 minute trek to do business with this one. I've been a regular customer for approx. 6 years and will continue to be loyal here.

Removed they snow/ice from my dad‘s townhouse front, backyard, and deck. Excellent communication and customer service. They were prompt and on time. I was nervous coordinating for my elderly dad and this service was a 10/10.

Absolutely amazing service! The guy cleared everything out in 30 minutes flat, and their quote was 3x lower than every other junk removal company I called. He even went above and beyond by helping me load a Peloton into my personal car. These folks truly put people first — I can’t recommend them enough. 5 stars all the way!

Nice people working here during my brief visit. A reasonable and quick weigh in and payout process, and a fast cash out process at an on-premises ATM that rounds up or down to the nearest dollar. I got a small little chunk of chump change and they gave me two whole uncooked chickens since it was the day before Thanksgiving!

The manager was fantastic. I told him my 15yo son was interested in welded and he was nice enough to let us grab some scrap metal for him to practice on. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. Can’t recommend enough!

Really great experience bringing in a washing machine for recycling. A bit chaotic, but enough direction to figure out where to go and what to do. Neat operation with everyone zipping around, focused on different materials. Proud of my meager 9$ for that terrible washer!

Great service- friendly, fast, did all the lifting for me by owner. They work /are open long hours and are only closed 3 days a year! July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas day.

I had an amazing experience at this recycling center, thanks to a young man named Josue. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand the different materials, making the process so much easier. I walked away not only with money but also with a lot more knowledge about recycling. It’s refreshing to see young people so dedicated to customer service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to recycle. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Don’t rent a roll off dumpster from them unless you want to get entirely ripped off 20k pounds of metal at 60 dollars a ton when the rate of steel is 5 cents a pound and a $250 dollar dumpster fee essential getting ripped off for $750 dollars using there service including the dumpster fee. Victor needs to learn to inform people instead of screwing them over.

I’d like to formally express my disappointment with the way I was treated by the facility manager, who identified himself only as Gaspar. While I fully understand and respect posted operating hours, I believe the situation was handled in an unnecessarily unprofessional manner. I arrived shortly before closing time and was allowed entry into the facility. At no point was I informed that my transaction could not be completed due to the time. Instead, I was permitted to begin the process—only for the manager to abruptly refuse service partway through. If I had been told at the gate that I needed to return another day, I would have understood. However, being let in and then denied service without a clear reason felt arbitrary and dismissive. This experience was especially frustrating given that it came from someone in a management role, who is expected to represent the company with professionalism and courtesy. I will be submitting a formal complaint to corporate, as I believe this type of customer service is unacceptable and not reflective of the standards your organization should uphold. Update : I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation has continued to unfold. This morning, I called the company to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior I experienced from a staff member. Unfortunately, instead of being taken seriously, I was told by a woman—whose name I regretfully did not catch and who claimed to be his manager—that this individual is a "great guy" who has been with the company for years. To make matters worse, I later received a threatening phone call demanding that I remove evidence related to the incident. This is completely unacceptable and deeply concerning. It’s disheartening to witness an institution I’ve trusted and supported for so long deteriorate due to poor leadership and apparent internal favoritism. I now question whether I was even speaking with a true manager or simply someone personally connected to the individual in question. Given this experience, I no longer feel safe or comfortable using this facility, and I will not be returning. The fear of further harassment—or even potential retaliation or theft—by staff has completely eroded my trust in this location. I sincerely hope the company takes a serious look at the behavior being tolerated and the damage it’s causing to customer relationships. It was clear that there was a strong bias in favor of the employee in question, whose conduct was not only unprofessional and rude but completely unacceptable for someone in any customer-facing or managerial role. That kind of response not only undermines customer trust, but also reflects very poorly on the company’s commitment to accountability and respectful service. Update : I had hoped this situation was over, but the favoritism shown to Gaspar — a thug masquerading as a manager — has allowed it to continue. Today, an old coworker went to sell scrap at this site and was harassed by Gaspar simply for driving my old van. It seems that anyone even loosely connected to me is now "not welcome" there. This is exactly the kind of retaliation I feared, and the reason I stopped using this location. It’s pathetic that someone like Gaspar is allowed to abuse his position, intimidate customers, and act without consequence. Worse, his manager, Sarah, enables this behavior by keeping him in place despite the clear threat he poses. Because of this, I now have to go far out of my way to sell my scrap, all while avoiding a location where I fear for my safety. The fact that Sarah continues to protect him speaks volumes about the culture she allows — one where customer safety means nothing compared to her favoritism toward a thug.

Had next day service. The 2 guys that came out (Geovanny and Antony) did an amazing and quick job, plus treated my home with care. Will definitely use this service again!

I had an excellent experience with these guys. I looked at many other haul away services worried about price(since it's hard for you to tell beforehand), but JRS quoted a very reasonable price the job was done quick and easy, and had great communication through the process. Not much more than I could ask for.

I give 5 stars for from the time I called until the time the crew came and hauled stuff away. Francesca was my touch point, she went above and beyond to take care of me. I have used anther service and no comparison. Definitely go with this enterprise. The crew, Carlos was awesome. Very caring and sensitive. Definitely 5 stars.

This service is incredibly reasonable and fast. They picked up a toilet for me in about 30 minutes from the time I placed the call. I instantly got a very reasonable quote, and didn't have to leave the comfort of my home. Highly recommend, and will use again.

We discussed a date to meet up so could remove/ purchase parts from a junk car, I was unable to come mon-fri do to his business hours are the same thatbi work. Thankfully I contacted them before driving down to purchase said parts and he stated he sold everything to someone else. I understand its a business, but its pretty disrespectful and terrible business practices. I will never recommend anyone to this business.

Easy and friendly. Was able to pull up on the scale and drop off my scrap metal. One of the workers pulled up with his tractor and offered help. He pulled up next to my car and was able to dump it right in his tractor.

I bought some pieces from this gentleman and they turned out very well and at a good price. I recommend him.

Used auto parts can still be had!

Absolute disgrace of an auto parts store. Tried to scam me and charge 4 times the amount I needed to pay for the part, claiming it was discontinued from the dealer. Which is another lie because I got the part from the dealer for 1/4 of the price the agent from this store was trying to charge me. Would absolutely never recommend to this place to anyone and would like to inform anyone reading this to NEVER ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars because even one star is too high of a rating for such a filthy and dishonest place.

DO NO ORDER FROM THEM!! Would give a negative review if I could. I have had them look up my vin number to my car, so I could order a AC Condenser and the one they send was way too big and did not fit my car at all. I have talked to Ben Smith and Joey Samuel and they had the WORSE customer service. They charged me a ridiculous amount to ship it back to them when they gave me the wrong piece. They also tried to give me 25% off for my next purchase but why would I purchase again when you cant even send me the right AC Condenser? So I was charged for an item that I couldn't even use. SCAM

Ordered part for 2009 Hyundai Genesis. Received in a timely manner. I was able to converse with customer service rep directly to ensure that I received correct part. We texted pictures of part to confirm. I do not like having parts missing from my vehicles. They took care of me. I will do business with them again. Thanks!!

Ordered in July still don't have all my parts, every week there's a difference excuse. Order placed with Keith, Alex, John. They all were quick to want payment, said it would be delivered in 7-10 business days & it's been 4 months only received 1 correct part trunk lift, 2nd complete part wrong the muffler system. Have not received bumper at all. They all sent parts to the wrong address several time. After while no call back or just text with limited communication. Do not order from this company. They are not forthright in conducting business. Now they have to be sued.

Ordered a speedometer assembly from Ray Phillips and was impressed with the effort to get the right part. Received it in good time and unit was exactly as promised. Ordered OEM roof racks for two of my vehicles, having been pleased with the results so far. Ray sent pictures of the parts in question and they were the correct items. This is where the problems began. The parts I received were cheap aftermarket parts, the wrong parts entirely and not even complete. The next few weeks were spent unsuccessfully attempting to get in touch with the person who sold them to me I received excuse after excuse why I had not been able to get in touch with him and why I had not received information on returning the parts. On the 22nd of this month I received a short email giving me an address in China to return the parts to with a promise to refund my money five days after the parts are received. The freight from USA to china is likely to be excessive and coming out of my pocket would make me question if it would be worth the loss to even try. I will attempt to contact them one more time for this but if I fail I will hand all the information over to my attourney and let him deal with them

I live .3 miles away and seemingly every morning, they begin work in their warehouse at 4am. Their equipment produces a loud beeping sound that literally wakes me up and keeps me up daily. As a veteran, I'm unable to sleep with earplugs in, so there doesn't seem to be a solution. It would be really nice if something could be done to minimize the sound produced in the early hours of the morning.

WM is the worst. They show up when not scheduled, can't keep track of what containers I have (they came by the other day to empty a compactor I have never had). I have called them literally every week to correct the schedule and they mess it up again the next week. Today they showed up before we opened and took a container that was practically empty and was scheduled for p/u in two weeks. Calling the office doesn't help, nobody pays attention to what the operators write down. How do I get out of my contract?

From a business account, countless problems especially over the last two years. Tried repeatedly to resolve amicably but constantly overcharged, left without service, sloppy container, container not placed correctly. $150 monthly account charged over $1500. Then find out they trick you into a contract you never wanted to be in. Incredibly disappointing.
