It perfectly blends my two favorite things—biking and coffee—into one high-energy hub. The Brews: Usually, I’m an Americano or Flat White purist, but I ventured out of my comfort zone today with the Zebra Mocha. It was delicious—admittedly a bit sweet for my taste, but that’s likely just because I’m a naturally bitter person, at least when it comes to coffee. If you have a sweet tooth, it’s a total winner. The Gear: Warning to your wallet: it is nearly impossible to leave here without a "bike-related" impulse buy. Their selection of bike snacks, electrolytes, and replenishment gear is top-tier. It truly is a one-stop shop for any rider. The Vibe: • The Staff: Consistently lovely and helpful. • The Crowd: Even though I’m not always in the same demographic as the "regulars," I always find myself having a great chat once the caffeine kicks in and my social battery starts charging. • The Location: A beautiful spot in Herndon right along the trail. It’s the perfect place to embrace an active lifestyle, whether you’re on two wheels or just out for a morning stroll. This is a local treasure and I’ll be dragging many more friends here in the future. Come for the Joe, stay for the community (and maybe a new set of tires).

Had two bikes tuned up here, and they did an exceptional job. Both bikes ride smoothly and look nearly brand new despite both of them being several years old. The staff is clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. I gave 4 starts because I noticed after leaving and reviewing the receipt that they replaced the handlebar wrapping on one of the bikes that I hadn't asked them to change and charged me for the wrapping. Not a huge upcharge, it just felt weird and a bit inconsiderate to not be contacted first and given the chance to at least pick the wrapping. I would have definitely picked something a bit nicer. Basically, great team and service but communication could use some work

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Green Lizard. I recently had them build my dream Seven Cycles custom gravel bike, and the finished product exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, Clovis and Sam took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and translated my vision into a bike that fits me perfectly. Every detail of the build was thoughtfully executed and built to my specifications, including a bare frame with no decals, UDH, IN-Route routing, and a third bottle cage. He made excellent recommendations when appropriate while always respecting my preferences and goals. It’s clear that he takes pride in delivering a bike that isn’t just assembled, it’s purpose-built for the rider. If you’re considering a custom build, I highly recommend Green Lizard, Clovis, and Sam.
