Continental Cards

Incredible experience! I have attended this store multiple times, and my most recent one was incredible. I came into the shop looking for a very specific vintage ETB as I have always wanted to open up packs from that era, which they had. When I put my entire order together, I was short of the funds needed to purchase it, so I was about to take cards off of my order to do so. The shop owner then allowed me to make my purchase at effectively a large discount ($50), to which I am incredibly grateful. If you are interested in vintage products, this is definitely a great location, as well as for modern Pokémon as well. So happy with my experience!!!

Sold some old Pokemon cards in binders and card sleeves. Dropped them off with Daniel at the store so they could catalog and get a price list, took about a week but they came back right in the range expected. Full list of cards and prices, offer was more than fair. Payment was quick and easy. Their site and staff are upfront with the prices they will pay off retail for cash or store credit, so it’s clear ahead of going forward. Store was very clean and organized, every staff member I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for selling, buying, or visiting this shop!

Awesome store!! Trying to master an older Pokemon set, and it’s been so hard to find - This store has their bulk organized by set! And they had a ton of the set I was looking for so bonus points there :’) They’re super friendly and chill, and very very organized. Will definitely be back!

My girlfriend and I have visited Continental Cards several times, and it's our favorite store! The atmosphere is exceptionally friendly and inviting. The staff is kind, always willing to help, and their knowledge is impressive. They always recognize us, making us feel like valued customers. They’ve even gone out of their way to look for things that I’m personally looking to collect. Their product selection is vast and interesting, especially for collectors like me who seek out Japanese Pokémon cards. Highly recommended!

Severely disappointed. I had every intention of spending significant money on pokémon products. The selection was not bad, if not a little more expensive than comparable stores in the area. The most egregious offense though, which compelled me to write this review, was a complete lack of welcoming atmosphere. The store is clean and in a nice area but the staff were dismissive. Perhaps some customers like to move in and out without exchanging any words, but I would have expected at least a "Welcome to our store!" or "Anything I can help you find?". Absolutely nothing. I don't expect to be treated like a king, but it was hard to not leave with a bad taste in my mouth when the staff were chit-chatting away across the store, looking at their phones, and not even acknowledging me despite looking at the display case and sealed product for a good 10 minutes or so. These guys were more interested in watching the TV. I saw about four or five other customers within that time whom were also not acknowledged and walked out. It's so unfortunate considering the last time I came, there was a really kind gentleman (asian guy) who was friendly and extremely informative about any questions that I had.
