Rytech Restoration of Northern Virginia | Water Damage Restoration

Rytech Restoration did an excellent job helping us through our recent water‑damage situation. Shah, the team lead, was personable, transparent, and very professional—he walked my wife and I through exactly what needed to be done and explained the extent of the damage clearly. He treated us like neighbors, not just customers. The entire Rytech team was competent, respectful of our home, and made sure everything was left clean after the equipment was removed. Despite the inconvenience of the damage itself, the experience with Rytech was genuinely positive.

We utilized Rytech Restoration of NoVA for our repair needs after sustaining water damage in our home and the experience has been great. The team lead is Shah. He and his team were great. They contacted us moments after receiving our claim details and reported to our home within 24 hours. Shah and the team were friendly and professional, courteous, kind, thoughtful (safeguarding items in our house), and very skilled in their craft. Our water remediation was resolved within 48 hours. My family and I are very happy with the service we received and recommend Rytech Restoration (specially Shah and his team) to others.

We had a fantastic experience with Rytech today. Our basement required water mitigation services after a sewage flood. Manager Shah Wali and Kabir were very communicative and clearly explained the process every step of the way. We had received super high quotes from other companies and the competitors seemed more interested in taking advantage of us in this unfortunate situation. Once we met with Shah, the difference was clear and he seemed trustworthy. He was conservative on the demo approach yet through enough to ensure that we would have no future mold growth. We are so thankful we used this team.

Shah and his team from Rytech Inc arrived on time and got right to work. Their mitigation work was excellent and thorough! Shah answered all our questions and was very experienced.

We called rytech after our garbage disposal leaked and water went to basement ceiling and they had a crew at our house within 1 hour. From the first walkthrough, crew explained exactly what needed to happen and why — no scare tactics, no upselling. They handled the drying equipment, and mold prevention, and checked back daily until the moisture readings were where they needed to be. What stood out most was the communication. They documented everything for our insurance claim, which made that whole process far less painful than I expected. The crew was punctual, respectful of our home, and cleaned up thoroughly each day.
