Dr. Ahn was excellent—she was thorough, knowledgeable, and very personable. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I truly appreciated. The medical assistant was also friendly, welcoming, and personable, making the overall clinical experience very positive. My only disappointment was the front desk experience. When I entered the office, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. I waited while the staff appeared to be working on their computers, and no one said anything until one employee told her coworker, "Your turn." The coworker then looked over her computer and asked, "Can I help you?" I completely understand that the front desk staff may have been busy, but a simple smile and acknowledgment—such as, "We’ll be right with you"—would have made a big difference. Being greeted when you arrive helps patients feel welcomed and valued. Aside from that, my experience with Dr. Ahn and the medical assistant was outstanding.

I had a wonderful experience on my first visit with Dr. El Bodgadi and Alisha (PA). They both took the time to go over my medical history, listen to my concerns and answer my questions and set up a plan of treatment. They are very professional and compassionate. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It's a great practice and I'm glad to be a patient at Arthritis and Rheumatism Associates.

Dr. Nicole Thomas is the best rheumatologist in the area. This was my first appointment after the surgery which she had referred me to best surgeon I could ask for.she is knowledgeable and very detailed. She does not rush you out so she can go see another patients. She answered all questions and concerns I had about the medication she recommended and what I am taking now. Her staff is super nice and welcoming. If you are having issues with arthritis give her office a call you will be glad you did.

I saw Dr. Thomas. She ran a little behind, but I understand why as she is super thoughtful and thorough in her evaluation. Office staff was friendly. Office was clean. Parking was easy. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas and the office as a whole!

Dr. Daniel El-Bogdadi is an excellent rheumatologist. He listened carefully to my issues and concerns and made appropriate recommendations. I have been seeing him since last year and he has always taken the time to listen to my concerns instead of rushing through.
