My wife and I have been patients since 2006 when Dr. Gogineni purchased her practice from Dr. Blank. We cannot express our delight more than by saying how very fortunate we were to be under the care of first Dr. Blank and for the last 20 years Dr. Gogineni. Dr. Gogineni is an amazing doctor, and she is a warm, kind and wonderful person. She listens, has patience, searches for the best solution to our needs. The time she spends with not only us, but each person is a testament to how much she cares. Due to some complex medical issues, she has been compassionate and always available for us. Dr. Gogineni is knowledgeable in many facets of medicine which is a strong benefit to her patients. I recommend her highly and in one visit you will see The Dr. Gogiineni excellence. The practice has grown to unequaled proportions, not only in adding many office locations but also in staffing, as Lauren Naughton who is a P.A. has joined the practice several years ago and her knowledge and bedside manner is unmatched. The front office led by Office manager Curtis and the rest of the entire staff, go far and beyond to assist all patients. As I stated before we would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for this type of doctor and you will very pleased with the services you receive.

I’ve been a long-time patient at this practice and have always appreciated the practitioners’ honesty, care, and directness. However, the repeated delays without communication have become a major issue. Despite arriving on time, I now routinely ask if the schedule is running late. Today, I waited over 45 minutes before having to leave without being seen. This isn’t the first time, and it’s unacceptable. I understand delays happen, but the lack of transparency and communication is frustrating. The front desk should be aware of timing based on check-ins and check-outs. I do my part to be punctual and even build in buffer time, but this level of disregard for patients’ time is disappointing and needs to be addressed.

I have been a patient of Lauren’s for years. As a registered nurse I am very particular about the care I receive and often find I have to advocate for myself and family members. However, I have never needed to worry about this with Lauren. She always provides empathic care and if she doesn’t know - she will refer you to the correct provider who can! In addition I am always able to get appointments quickly for urgent issues. I highly recommend her as a provider and often refer family, friends, and colleagues to her.
