Row House Fitness Ashburn

I’m new to rowing so I wanted to make sure my form was correct, but the instructor (Jason), was able to quickly get me prepared for the class. Each machine has a resistance level so they were able to find a solid resistance level for my first rowing session. The group in my class were also very supportive of me for my first time! At this moment the first class is free and there is a 2 week trial for $26. I would recommend trying it. I got a great workout in!

Great group of trainers, very welcoming and engaging. Since day 1, always felt welcomed by the staff and other members. Gym is clean and well maintained. Great workout for those that have prior knee issues.

RowHouse is awesome. Every session is a great full-body workout, and the trainers are super helpful and incredibly friendly. They keep the energy high, the music is always on point, and the whole vibe makes you want to push harder. I always leave feeling stronger and motivated. Highly recommend!

Row House is an incredible workout, the trainers are extremely professional and know how to push you to your limits. It really is a high quality studio that gets the little things right. Each member I have met have been great. I highly recommend Row House.
