CubeSmart Self Storage

I have been storing my things at this CubeSmart location since 2024 and it’s been an excellent experience. My things have been safe and the storage location is well-maintained, climate controlled, and clean. Recently, I downsized to a smaller unit (from 7.5x10 to 5x10 and it was a near seamless experience. Raul was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure that I could take advantage of all available discounts and storage options. It is sometimes to catch the staff when they’re in the office since they’re often busy with tours and other maintenance, but, generally, communication via email and phone was very reliable. Could not recommend this CubeSmart location more!

My experience with CubeSmart self storage started When I called to get information, I got great customer support. The entire process from paying to choosing the right storage size and the actual move was so smooth. Manager contacted me via phone, email and texts to ensure all my questions are answered and to make sure my moving was successful. The day I moved my stuff to storage, the manager at the office helped me navigate the system and demonstrated for me how to open the gate, building doors and elevator. There were enough moving carts to use. My unit was cleaned , and the lock I purchased was placed inside with instructions on how to use as well as a welcome package with detailed instructions. So happy with the entire process.

On February 20, 2026, I rented a 10 x 10 storage unit at CubeSmart in Ashburn, VA, and I had a great experience thanks to Ayesha. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain the pricing, promotions, and policies, and made sure I understood all my options before making a decision. Her customer service skills really stood out — she was patient, respectful, and made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy moving or storing personal belongings, but Ayesha made the experience feel comfortable and straightforward. CubeSmart is lucky to have her representing their company. Highly recommend this location! Sincerely, Troy Dunner

I’ve been a Cube Smart customer for 2 years now and have had nothing but a great experience. Iesha has been customer service representative each time I have needed assistance. She is very polite and patient but above all exceptionally professional. Cube smart is very lucky to have such an exceptional employee representing them in the front office

Great experience! Very easy and simple. The young lady, Ayesha, working at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I’m incredibly comfortable storing my belongings there - clean and professional.
