I cannot say enough good things about the apartment community. Very well-structured, clean, and homely, my family and I feel at home from the moment we drive down the road to the rental office, even before signing our rental agreement. The administrative staff, on top of that, are so welcoming. When I initially called to make an inquiry, the staff member I spoke with (Rubi, I believe) was pleasant on the phone and answered all my questions patiently. My family and I moved from Canada, so I had many questions as I shopped for rental apartments from abroad. Other places I called were more about paying for the application; the moment I spoke with Rubi, I honestly stopped looking around and decided to apply to Atley. Also, Joliana is another staff member with a welcome, calm demeanor I sincerely appreciate. She worked with us during the application process, ensuring things went smoothly. Even after we moved in, she continues to ensure we are happy with everything. The maintenance staff is also efficient; they respond to work orders promptly, so you feel almost no inconvenience when things break. For anyone looking for a place to call home, it is worth giving it a try. I hope everyone enjoys their stay at Atley as we do.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well‑managed, comfortable place to live.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the leasing associates at Atley on the Greenway! They made the process extremely easy as I needed to move in right away. They were very friendly, and the process overall was super smooth. I would also like to recognize Ruby, she was awesome and helped speed the process up even more. On top of that, she was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The property is very nice, very accessible to the metro, the greenway, and it has EV charging on the property which was a huge plus for us.
