I had such a great experience at Office Depot thanks to Michael. Even though I came in early and their system was down, and there were a few issues going on, he remained incredibly patient, calm, and helpful the entire time. He took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and didn’t rush me at all. His professionalism and positive attitude turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a really positive start to my day. Thank you, Michael—you truly made a difference!

I had an amazing customer service experience this afternoon! I recently purchased an WorkPro Quantum 9000 chair (Item#510830) that I tried out in the store. At first, I received a slightly different model, appeared to be similar to the Version 2 of the WorkPro Quantum 9000, but it did not feel the same and looked less durable. I brought the chair back to see if I could swap it out, and the staff was willing to assemble me a new chair for the model I initially wanted. We ended up finding out the issue was caused by a supplier delivering the newer version of the chair under the older version's Item#, and that the store did not have the exact model out on display anymore. Fortunately, the staff was kind enough to let me swap out the chair with the one in the store on display that I tried out the day before and was trying to purchase initially. Overall, very happy with my new chair and the friendly customer service, definitely will return for other office supply needs!

I greatly enjoyed the service I received from Roger at this location. Roger went the extra mile to help me resolve a shredder issue. While we were unable to fix the shredder, the thorough steps that he went through, as well as seeing how best other products could meet my need, were incredibly helpful!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN SCREDDING DOCUMENTS Office Depot has changed its policy of allowing one to self-shred. For some reason they now take your contents and you have to watch them shred and hope some don't fall to the floor by mistake. Do not have them take the documents an say they will shred later. This policy makes no sense and removes Office Depot as a trusted place to shred documents.
